26/09/2024: The pizza wasn't bad, but the slow service was unnerving! Maybe the problem is that I remembered the old owners who churned out excellent pizzas at the speed of light, seeing the current pizza chefs who instead of moving their hands are there looking into the oven which can certainly contain more than two at a time. The environment is the same as twenty-five years ago, not a single painting has changed.

10/07/2024: Children's menu cooked in the microwave, terrible hamburgers and hotdogs. Burnt ribs, overcooked cut. Shameful side dish. Siberian temperature. Aware of having consumed in a restaurant chain and not in a starred restaurant, I strongly recommend hiring more qualified staff in the kitchen. See you never again.

11/08/2024: Finally we were able to taste these ice creams, very good.... the place is open whenever they want since we went there twice when it was closed when it should have been open....

22/12/2024: Siamo stati domenica scorsa in questo nuovo locale che ha appena preso il posto del Bistrot di Cannavacciuolo! Che dire, pizza da Voto 5 servizio da voto zero! Quasi 3 ore seduti per pizza e dolce! Personale non italiano che non capiva benissimo la nostra lingua, ne conosceva il menù . Difficile già eseguire una comanda!! Sui dolci peggio ancora! Il caffè è arrivato dopo 20 minuti! Insomma forse meglio prendersi una pizza e mangiarla per strada!! Peccato perché la location è strepitosa, le materie prime veramente valide e la pizza molto buona e digeribile. Conto molto onesto!! Lavorare lavorare lavorare sul servizio!!

18/12/2024: Appena entrati nessuna accoglienza anzi hanno cercato in tutti i modi di cacciarci,personale maleducato e inadeguato..dicono di prenotare ma hanno mezza sala vuota e sporca sopratutto..come cavolo fa ad essere aperto ancora un locale così in centro..lascio una stella perché non ho la possibilità di lasciare 0 pessimi!

09/10/2023: Prenotato per un compleanno a sorpresa in 15 persone. Arriviamo e il cameriere ci espone la modalità dell’apericena, 5 minuti dopo la collega ce lo espone nuovamente in modo diverso. Iniziano ad arrivare bevande e taglieri, piatti non pervenuti siamo dovuti andare a prenderli noi in cucina e apparecchiarci. Un’ora e mezza dopo mancano ancora 3 cocktail e altrettanti taglieri, mentre a clienti appena arrivati viene servito tutto sotto al nostro naso. All’ennesimo sollecito perdiamo la pazienza e i camerieri chiamano al telefono il titolare col quale riusciamo a parlare: totalmente incurante, indifferente, scocciato, chiedeva a noi quali fossero i problemi al suo locale, una conversazione surreale. Titolare assente, personale allo sbaraglio. Non so come faccia ancora ad essere aperto…. Siamo andati al Mc Donalds.

09/10/2023: I ate here twice and I was sick for a week, because in my opinion they use old oil to prepare the fried foods. In addition, the service leaves something to be desired: we waited outside for half an hour waiting for the table to be prepared, with the place half empty. We sat down at 7.10pm, then another half hour to order and after 40 minutes still nothing. There are two guys serving, but the problem lies with the owners who no longer employ staff for weekend evenings. It's not the kids' fault, they are kind and do what they can, but they have to manage everything themselves.

Of 3 pizzas, one was missing the raw material and could not be made, another had the dough advertised on a flyer outside, a third had a topping and a type of beer on the menu. In short, very approximate. Discount with presented flyer confirmed. Too bad I had higher expectations, I would say a fast food restaurant than pizza
