12/10/2025: A dinner in a truly historic and delightful setting, quiet and elegant, yet still retaining the character of an osteria. Daily and seasonal menus, carefully selected dishes divided into fish and meat. Pasta, such as tonnarelli, is homemade. Chef Rossella is attentive and professional, and I love it when she stops by to say hello and ask for feedback, also sharing the history of the village and the little church. The waiter is expert and professional. The wines are a good selection.

15/08/2025: Good breakfasts, a slightly dated but well-maintained atmosphere. Small outdoor space, but on the street. Suitable for quick meals, good variety of pastries and croissants.

16/10/2025: I decided to celebrate my birthday in this pizza restaurant (Saturday evening) The dishes from the kitchen are really excellent. But the pizza is really super. Thin and very easy to digest with great ingredients. Even though there were a lot of people, we were served quickly. Friendly and welcoming staff

11/07/2025: La Pizzeria Centro era un'istituzione a Novara, ci venivo dai tempi della scuola, pizza buona, prezzi onesti. Ci sono tornata ora dopo un paio d'anno, che tracollo! Pizza salatissima, cozze passabili, birra alla spina con più schiuma che birra, dimensioni bicchiere più piccole della norma, buffet delle verdure decisamente triste, prezzi carissimi!!! Coperto 2 euro e mezzo, il personale nemmeno saluta. E la gestione non è che sia cambiata. Da novarese, la sconsiglio.

17/09/2025: Crazy prices (coffee 1.80, cappuccino 2.50), mediocre croissants that taste like nothing, and the staff is snobbish. If you come in dressed a certain way, they smile at you from head to toe; if you're not wearing any well-known brands, they'll say hello.

12/09/2025: It's a somewhat dated bar, at least inside. As for the outdoor seating, I'd say it's very nice. However, for an aperitivo, it's barely adequate, and while the place may look super tempting from the outside, I wasn't thrilled with it, as it clearly needs a bit of a makeover.

05/10/2025: The €4 cover charge with straw placemats, a bottle of water another €4, a regular coffee and a sparkling one €6, are details that overshadow the well-prepared food and the otherwise excellent service provided by friendly staff. After all, it's an out-of-the-way place. Spending less would help...

16/08/2025: I liked the name of the place. I liked the place, too. But the price was too high. Starting with a cover charge of €4, no tablecloth, woven straw napkins, and no welcome drink. A bottle of water = €4. A bottle of 2024 Erbaluce wine = €30. It all seemed disproportionate for what I ate. Perhaps the proximity to the Golf Club raised the prices? Too bad!

02/10/2025: We went on Saturday at 12:00 with 9-year-old children after a soccer game. When ordering, they told us the Picanha was out of stock (be careful, it's a Saturday). Children's drinks and water were brought after several reminders... Adult drinks arrived intermittently. Finally, the food arrives... Cold burgers!!!! And to think the place wasn't full... Never again First and last time

09/09/2025: My favorite pastry shop in Novara. Every time I stopped by, it was a guarantee: the freshest pastries, croissants, and brioches were always freshly baked. The Venetian pastry with cooked cream remains unbeatable for me; the cream was simply fantastic. Since the end of July, however, I've only seen a "closed due to illness" sign and no indication of holidays or reopening. It's already September, and I'm truly sad to think it might have closed: it would be a huge loss for the city. I'm crossing my fingers and sincerely hoping it will soon return to sweeten our days.
