Excellent pastry and delicatessen shop....

I've been a customer of this pastry shop for so many years I've lost count. The quality is always excellent, and eating their products is always a pleasure, but I have to be honest and say that compared to before, there's a huge difference. The service is disgraceful. The girl at the counter isn't adequately trained, and the guy is a bit snobbish and arrogant. The quantity of products has decreased dramatically, and every time I go, there's practically nothing available. Closing at 3 PM certainly penalizes the production, but it's unacceptable to go at 12 PM and find nothing. No cream puffs, no cream puffs... Before, if you wanted a snack, you knew you could go there and have a nice one, but now that closing at 3 PM, you can't do that. There are certainly reasons for this early closing, but it's truly a shame. And I'd also add the prices... paying €3.50 for a croissant seems absurd to me. It's true that it's new and that quality raw materials come at a cost, but I would recommend changing a few things.

Excellent quality and good service, although the atmosphere is a bit cramped and doesn't allow pets. Inside, only the outside is open, so if you want to be a little more comfortable, you can come here. Elegant decor, perhaps a few more smiles.
