16/04/2026: If we could, we'd give more stars. A truly unique culinary experience. A very cool place, rustically decorated, with a good selection of background music, and fast, friendly, attentive, and professional service. The food was truly unique and an explosion of flavor. From the appetizer to the house wine, dessert, and espresso. Simply wow. We've never had such good Italian food for such a fair price. We stumbled upon it by chance. Absolutely recommended. My friend, who is rarely satisfied, was speechless.

03/05/2026: A welcoming place, with friendly and helpful staff. The food is truly excellent. It's not just a burger joint! I've had the chance to try the burgers (OBIC is my pleasure) and other dishes, such as the C.B.T. sliced polo, which was super good, and the spaghetti carbonara was amazing! I think it's one of the best carbonaras I've ever had.
The only flaw is that I didn't discover OBIC sooner.

30/05/2026: Don't be fooled by the unassuming entrance... it's nice inside, perhaps a little dated, but the food is what matters: delicious. We tried almost exclusively sushi and sashimi, and the fish was delicious, one of the best. If we ever return to Novara, we'll definitely stop by again! Top!

01/06/2026: Randomly recommended by a fellow traveler from Bla Bla Car (the train strike had almost ruined my four-day Via Francigena), I arrived soaked after four hours of rain, but it was worth it. Excellent and varied food, quality ingredients, red beer on tap, and very friendly staff.

The restaurant is clean and well-furnished, with standard restrooms with towels and paper towels available. The food was high-quality and beautifully plated, served promptly and with synchrony. The homemade dessert, made on-site, was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Recommended.

I also really like the attention they pay to children: with their fantastic customizable cookies that make breakfast for the little ones a fun and imaginative experience. The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly, so there's never a lack of a smile or a shared thought. It's a great place to start the day! ☕🥐👶
