08/06/2025: When I pass by and it's not open I feel like crying!!! Wherever we go on a trip, a stop on the way back is a must for us, even before dinner! That says it all... Excellent creamy flavors without ice, and also unusual. Excellent price and generous portions. We went back on 6-6-25... Nutella, figs and walnuts, cremino, pistachio.... oh my goodness, it makes you want to make the whole dinner with it!

24/02/2025: Ristorante provato di mercoledì sera, ti portano il menù da cui puoi scegliere alla carta oppure uno dei 3 menù degustazione, noi personalmente abbiamo scelto quello da 55 euro a testa, che è il più basso (antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce)sono esclusi coperto e bevande. Servizio molto attento ed educato. I piatti una vera sorpresa, non banali e con tecniche di cottura diverse, per noi è stato un effetto wow! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

22/02/2025: Come sempre, ci ripetiamo nel dirlo, ma questo rimane il miglior ristorante a Novara. Lo staff è preparato , gentile, ti mette a tuo agio. La cucina è a dir poco perfetta. I piatti abbondanti e la scelta molto vasta. Bravissimi !!!!

31/05/2025: Unfortunately I was not allowed to use the toilets, as I was not a customer that day, I pointed out that it was for my 7 year old son who was next to me and needed urgently! A response like that cannot be accepted! What would my son have to ruin in his restaurant? We will definitely never set foot there in the future!!! Furthermore, the law says that "they are obliged to let people into a public establishment"!!!! I think I spoke to the owner and received a completely inhospitable and astonishing response from someone who runs a public establishment in a highly touristic location. I want to point out that I immediately entered the place next door and they allowed me to use their toilets right away!!!! And then after having calmly resolved our emergency we sat down in another nearby place where we had a great time, adults and children!!!

31/05/2025: The view of the lake is beautiful! But the food isn't the best in Arona. The service is mediocre. We ordered lasagna, but they forgot, and they weren't embarrassed to tell us we hadn't ordered it.

I went and still go very often to tic toast, and I have never encountered any problems with the service or food. very kind staff, excellent food at reasonable prices, and a more than satisfactory environment! only the bathroom leaves a little to be desired but for the rest it is truly excellent and I highly recommend it!

11/01/2025: Small, very nice bar and very good coffee (unfortunately drinking good coffee is increasingly rare!). The lady was very kind and friendly.

Beautiful place, kind, polite and always smiling waiters. A very nice thing is the small bookcase in the bathroom, very useful for those who want to entertain a child

18/12/2024: Lo consiglierei a chi non ha grandi aspettative su cosa mangiare, non in cerca di tradizione gastronomica o di qualità. Può essere comunque una buona opzione per gruppi, direi soprattutto con bambini, perché c’è tanto spazio e la vista resta comunque magnifica: tanto bella da lasciarmi un po’ perplesso sul fatto di dare quattro punti, il livello del cibo in aggiunta al prezzo medio hanno avuto però la meglio.

27/03/2025: Fantastic bar both for the environment and for the duality that characterizes it, during the day an excellent bar where they serve various "flavoured" coffees such as: pistachio coffee, salted caramel and amaretto; in addition to the typical frothed/corrected coffees. The brioches are excellent and with a generous filling, even with pistachio cream. Also excellent for a lunch break, a snack or even a dinner thanks to the collaboration with the pizzeria next door "io, mammta e tu", and while sitting comfortably at the bar you can order: Pizzas, Panuozzi, Salads, Piadine or Rotolacci and compose them as you wish. In the evening, however, it is a perfect and excellent Gintoneria which presents a vast collection of Gins of all origins, qualities and characteristics. Despite being a Gintoneria, the classic drinks, but not only that, are excellent thanks to the expert bartenders. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very welcoming and warm, almost like being with family. The place is frequented by very quiet and friendly people, therefore excellent for spending a quiet and fun afternoon or evening. Obviously the various services offered can be used at any time of the day; So why not go and eat a pizza or a Panuozzo while sipping an excellent Gin or an excellent beer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

27/05/2025: The service is excellent. With a little Italian and a bit of English, you'll get by perfectly. I was amazed that the waitress remembered all my requests on our second visit. The pizza not only looks good, it tastes great too. We've now had ossobuco, cozze, and seafood on pasta, and everything has been great so far. The ambiance is a minus. It's an Italian restaurant for Italians, after all.

09/05/2025: We decided to order online as the sandwiches weren't bad but after about an hour of waiting we canceled the order as they had yet to start preparing it. Don't order online if you go there in person

09/05/2025: We had been there in person and liked it, but with Just eat we had problems. They gave us 1 hour to wait for delivery, but we live nearby, so in chat they promised it would take half an hour. After almost an hour of waiting, half an hour before closing, they canceled our order. An hour for two sandwiches not even 5 minutes away by car, and then cancelled? If we found out, we would have ordered elsewhere straight away, given that now all the other restaurants will be closed or will close soon!

30/04/2025: Novara Centro area, you can't see it well because it's hidden by scaffolding, everything is good, but the dessert is €7!!! Coffee 2!!! In Novara... You are not in Milan!!!

22/03/2025: Non conoscevo il locale ed ho organizzato un pranzo con i colleghi di lavoro nella giornata del 20 marzo per 15 persone. Locale ben curato e molto luminoso. Cibo buonissimo, dagli antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci. Tutti ingredienti di qualità e freschissimi cucinati egregiamente. Io ho preso un'orecchia di elefante, la loro specialità, e l'ho trovata deliziosa e cucinata a dovere... Non unta o troppo pesante!!! Ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene e ritorneremo presto perché quello che offrono sarebbe da provare tutto ed è difficile scegliere!!il massimo delle stelle!! Grazie Cristina

15/02/2025: Ordinato con Just eat. Pesce orata con patate per importo di 14 euro. Contenuto? Una mini vaschetta di alluminio con due patate piccole e un pesce??? Vogliamo parlare che neanche si vedeva tanta la quantità?? E voi fate pagare questo 14 euro??? Per non parlare del fatto che se si ordina con Just eat di norma si allegano le posate!! Tovaglioli inesistenti, posate di plastica o carta inesistenti. Delusa al massimo.
