Disappointing experience at this piadina shop. As soon as you enter, you're immediately hit by a strong smell of fried food that lingers for a long time, soaking your clothes and hair—definitely annoying. The wait was excessive: 23 minutes for a single piadina, with only four orders in front of us, each for two piadinas. This slowness is inexcusable, especially considering the simplicity of the preparation. Furthermore, no soft drinks available, not even a light option, which is quite surprising these days. Overall, slow service, a shabby atmosphere, and no customer service. I don't think I'll be back.

Disgraceful staff. Today we were served by a large, curly-haired, dark-haired guy with glasses. When we ordered, we insisted on putting mayonnaise on the piadina, since almost every time we went, they forgot to put it. The guy goes into the kitchen and yells at his colleague, "Make sure you use mayonnaise, we're idiots here." My daughter and I were truly devastated. I hope it doesn't happen again, and honestly, I'd advise you to choose your staff a little better.
