I went with a friend and my dog ​​(a 3-year-old female Jack Russell, to be precise) and, before sitting down, I asked if there were any problems for the dog and was told no. Unfortunately, after finding a table for two, I discovered that there was another dog at the next table, and mine, always eager to play, barked at it. I scolded her, but the owner (or a friend of the owner, I wasn't sure) started to point out that I shouldn't have brought the dog in. He can't stand these things (she's a dog, and if she could sing, I'd sign her up for the record show). I should have gone out, and according to him, with the cold these days, I should have consumed the hot chocolate outside, obviously not equipped for this period and everything turned off, and much more. I should point out that mine has a strong personality, both for her breed and her age, while theirs, a male, a definitely calmer breed and perhaps older, I don't know, but rather than scold her, hold her on a short leash near me, and even pick her up, what should I have done? And I should point out that there were also families, but the only one who was annoyed was this "gentleman." I believe that, if you have a dog or are with a dog, you should "love" them all and be indulgent, not so hysterical about a few barks. Then the problem was that, rightly dedicating themselves to those who were having dinner, we waited forever for two plain chocolates, even though there were three of us behind the counter and perhaps they should have served us more quickly, so that we could have cleared the table quickly, and we would have relieved the customer, certainly a regular, who was very annoyed by our presence. I'm sorry, but I won't set foot in a place where, because of a specific customer, my furry friend isn't accepted, even if I were intrigued by their sandwiches.

02/03/2026: Family dinner, especially for a proper gluten-free pizza. Excellent dough, fragrant and tasty, and fresh ingredients. Great variety on the menu, and I'm not just talking about the pizzas. Service was a bit slow, not so much with the first order, but with the subsequent orders, such as dessert and then coffee. The atmosphere was clean, warm, and cheerful. Perhaps it could use a bit of a makeover, but that's a matter of personal taste.

Moving on to the menu, I found the prices very high for the quality offered (obviously, I'm referring to what I ordered) and, above all, the portions were truly small, perhaps not even tasting size. Two main courses, one dessert, two glasses of wine for €100.00. I had already been there a year ago, probably with a different chef, and I had a great time. Not this time, though—a shame!

Flavorful, tasty, and light (which is very important!). I had the pleasure of trying it a while ago through the convenient home delivery service. Very good! This evening, we're returning with two couples of dear friends, and I'm sure they'll be satisfied! The staff is always very courteous and professional! 07/01/2026: Family lunch with a pre-arranged set menu, very disappointing. The appetizer consisted of low-quality cured meats and little else. Everything was freezing cold straight out of the fridge. The risotto was the only dish that was adequate. The main course was cold and rubbery and tasted only of microwave. I was hoping to finish with Pinin's famous dessert, featuring gelato and various toppings, but this was also a disappointment: industrial-strength gelato full of ice cubes and frozen fruit. All this in a freezing cold dining room, despite being fully booked. Never again!

07/12/2025: Orta San Giulio, on the breathtaking Lake Orta, gave us a day we'll treasure forever. My husband and I admired this enchanting landscape, filled with silence, reflections on the water, and a truly moving beauty. The Sant'Antonio restaurant, with Elisa making everything special, was the icing on the cake: amazing cuisine, meticulous attention to detail, and a welcome that made you feel instantly at home. Kindness, courtesy, genuine smiles, and a location straight out of a postcard... everything was simply perfect. It was an experience that filled our eyes and hearts. We'll definitely be back... super super super!

15/02/2026: We went for dinner, the staff were friendly but what we ate didn't thrill us, it was completely lacking in salt and flavor, the fish wasn't fresh and was difficult to clean and I had some left over, the veal with tuna sauce was stringy and the sauce was runny and tasteless.
