05/12/2025: Very appetizing and inviting food, freshly prepared. We enjoyed delicious tajarin with white rabbit ragù, truly exquisite! The gnocchi and tagliata were also excellent: a must-try! I recommend serving the zabaglione warm with the hazelnut cake, as is traditional.

29/11/2025: Taglioni with grated white truffle 🔝 The veal with tuna sauce was decent, but I wasn't thrilled with the braised beef. Anyway, a very good and recommended place in the center of Alba.

06/10/2025: Beautiful, tastefully and elegantly furnished restaurant in the center of Alba. The intimate and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for enjoying the excellent, unique menu, a true explosion of flavors. To top it all off, the service is top-notch!!! A must-try!

20/06/2025: I was on holiday in Alba and there was a cozy Caffe al n 4 near my house. Friendly and hospitable owners. Delicious cappuccino and fantastic pear cake. An opportunity for a tasty and cheap lunch. I highly recommend it.

While similar concepts exist across Italy, none match the freshness and quality of Nostra Manera. The owner, Davide was wonderful in explaining the concept of the restaurant and very kind and genuine - please consider visiting if you are in Alba!

09/11/2025: I booked for 1:45 PM. I arrived 5 minutes early, so I went in to say I was outside waiting for my table to be ready. The owner didn't even say hello, just turned around and left. I waited outside for 15 minutes. When I returned, I politely asked how long I had to wait. She replied in an aggressive tone, saying she didn't know what to do, and that I could just leave. I think I need to change jobs and learn some manners. Thanks anyway!

Everything is excellent, but special mention goes to the cavatielli with tomato sauce and ricotta cheese, the parmigiana, and the plum tart. Excellent hospitality and fair prices. Maria Giovanna

09/12/2025: A profoundly disappointing experience at Momenti Gourmet in Alba. We arrived with a reservation for four, only to be greeted by a staff that seemed bothered by the idea of having guests. The mood was unwelcoming from the start. Things got worse when we were told that either all four of us had to order the truffle menu or none of us could. No explanation that made sense — just rigidity and disorganization. After an absurd amount of back-and-forth, they “allowed” two of us to order the truffle menu. At that point, expectations were already low. The food managed to go even lower. The tagliolini — which should be the star dish — were overcooked, dry, and completely failed to carry or enhance the truffle. To make matters worse, the truffles were shaved in the kitchen, not at the table, which is standard in any place that respects the ingredient and the guest. Unsurprisingly, the truffle itself was flat, lacking aroma and depth. For a restaurant that positions itself as gourmet, the whole experience felt more like a disorganized tourist trap than anything close to quality dining. Alba has extraordinary cuisine. This was not it. Avoid at all costs.

01/12/2025: A perfect spot to end our weekend in Italy! We had lunch at Gusto Madre with friends, and as French food lovers, we were absolutely delighted! The pizzas are incredible: a smooth and crispy crust, authentic flavors, in short… a real treat. A huge thank you also for the impeccable service, especially to Chiara who took such good care of us :) We trusted her to choose the desserts, and she delighted us by introducing us to specialties that were as delicious as they were indulgent. A perfect moment from beginning to end... We came for a pizza, we left with huge smiles! 🍕✨

17/10/2025: During a motorcycle tour, we stopped for a snack at this place, where you can enjoy various types of focaccia, which you can eat on the spot. The selection is excellent, from sweet to savory, you're spoiled for choice. The sweet focaccia, with raisins and turmeric, is a specialty. We'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: A super bakery La Corte del Pane is truly a wonderland. Bread, focaccia, pizza, savory snacks, and desserts of all kinds are simply exceptional. And so are the entire staff. Attentive and thoughtful to their customers. Thank you for pampering us every day!

29/11/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting this café, and the overall experience was very positive. The place is neat and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. The staff deserves special mention: friendly, helpful, and well-organized, they immediately put customers at ease. One aspect I think could be further improved is the breakfast service. In particular, I noticed that the pastries are often served well before the coffee or cappuccino. This can be less than ideal for those who prefer to enjoy a pastries and a hot drink together, as is often the case in other cafés where the two are served at the same time, allowing for greater freedom and enjoyment. Despite this detail, the café remains highly recommended. With a little more attention to service coordination, it could reach even higher levels, offering a perfectly harmonious breakfast experience.
