09/09/2025: We went for dinner with friends; there were six of us, and it was a true culinary experience. Excellent service with spot-on recommendations. The elegant and professional waitress guided us through the meal with much-appreciated choices. Excellent wine list. The quality of the dishes truly exceeded our expectations. We were completely satisfied. We hope to return to the area to repeat the excellent dinner.

18/08/2025: I stayed here for one night with my family. The room was clean, beautiful, and air conditioned. The reception staff were very kind and helped us carry our luggage to our room. The location is excellent, in the center, across from the medieval house, one of Alba's must-see attractions. The express breakfast was excellent.

12/10/2025: As for pizzerias, I prefer those with a wood-fired oven, which they don't have here... only electric. With Alba packed with tourists, they had no more seating inside, only outside in the cool air. Luckily, we were wearing down jackets. One thing that was out of place on the menu book was the many dishes with declared frozen foods. We opted for a pizza, even though it was made with an electric oven, but we asked for them all to be well done since the ones at the neighboring tables were all pale. I was surprised by a YingYang Pizza. After a bit of a wait, given the number of customers in the dining room, four splendid, crispy pizzas arrived, beautiful in appearance and inviting. My YingYang was truly delicious 😋😋😋, two-tone: half red with red onions and Calabrian Nduja, the other half mozzarella and pieces of salami. Everything was very tasty, all three of my companions were satisfied too. I can't give any opinions about the place, the waitresses were kind and you can see that they have a lot of tourist customers... the approach was in English 🫣. I would only do it if I see that the customer doesn't speak Italian.

05/09/2025: A good pizzeria with a varied menu of meat and seafood. Excellent for lunch, with good prices and quality for the price.

02/09/2025: A very atmospheric restaurant with a delicious menu featuring truly local dishes. Authentic Italian cuisine with superb pasta and delicious panna cotta. Not a tourist trap, but an authentic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, even to our two young children. All in all, a real highlight!

23/07/2025: We had a truly enjoyable dinner at Acqua Sale in Alba. A charming, well-maintained, and welcoming location, with a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements the culinary offerings. Excellent food, quality ingredients, and authentic cuisine. We really appreciated the Salento/Piedmont duo, an original and well-executed idea that combines flavors and traditions in a balanced and never forced way. The service was courteous and discreet. The only small point: a complimentary liqueur/coffee at the end of the meal would have made the experience truly perfect. It's not mandatory, of course, but it's that gesture of kindness that often makes the difference—even just asking for it. In any case, we'll gladly return: a wonderful discovery in the heart of the Langhe.

03/09/2025: A beautiful location that combines the remains of a Roman aqueduct with refined modern furnishings. The menu is predominantly traditional, with the addition of fish dishes. Barbara and I chose the traditional tasting menu (€40 per person) and found it very good. The service was also excellent, especially if you're a bit fussy and want to be a bit quick between courses. The price is average. Congratulations to everyone.

23/08/2025: Beautiful, very characteristic place, relaxing atmosphere, very kind and attentive staff. The raw meat was very well seasoned and the truffle was truly delicious. The risotto al blu with raspberry and hazelnut sauce was fantastic! A truly beautiful place, well done! I recommend it!

12/09/2025: A coffee in this pastry shop is a must for anyone passing through Alba. Combined with high quality chocolate with a refined flavour, accompanied by the courtesy of the staff. Spacious and with plenty of seating.

03/10/2025: A large hotel located just outside the old town. Ideal for groups. Functional rooms. Fine dining on the 4th floor with a view. The restaurant has a cool ambiance.
