07/01/2026: Centrally located, very welcoming. Knowledgeable staff. The dishes are top notch 🔝 the menu is excellent. I can't wait to go back!! We booked in advance because it was the truffle fair and everything was full.

02/01/2026: Promising, with a few minor stumbles Let's start with the good news: the trio of appetizers turned out to be very good, delicious, and spot-on. Three out of three: top marks. The fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and black truffle, however, didn't meet with the same enthusiastic response. Let's just say that the magical spark between the dish and my palate didn't ignite that makes you close your eyes and sigh. It's a shame, because on paper, everything was there. The prices are average and still fair considering the quality of the ingredients. There were no surprises when it came to the bill, which is a lot these days. The only caveat: the somewhat cramped layout caused a few moments of hesitation. But let's be honest, I can't expect the owner to demolish a wall to accommodate us more comfortably. In short: the potential is there, you can see it, it's peeking out here and there. Let's trust the place and come back in a few months to check the progress 👍

While similar concepts exist across Italy, none match the freshness and quality of Nostra Manera. The owner, Davide was wonderful in explaining the concept of the restaurant and very kind and genuine - please consider visiting if you are in Alba!
