09/10/2025: Our waiter was great! Spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave helpful suggestions. We both had the crunch burger which was tasty as were the fries. Our wine and beer were very good and the view was spectacular. The price was fair for the location. €49. I'd go again.

16/08/2025: A must for anyone visiting Biella!! The gelato is truly superb and artisanal (you must try their cream and zabaglione). For breakfast, the cappuccino is excellent, with a truly delicious homemade brioche. The staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. This chalet is the "good" story of Biella!

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We ordered a Happy Meal and two macchiatos. After a good half hour, nothing arrived, so I went to the counter to ask for an explanation, and as if nothing had happened, they simply told me they'd missed my order. Not at all sorry, they prepared everything for me, even though it was incredibly slow. The fries were raw and cold. I took them back, and they re-served them for me, but the coffees were awful. I'm sorry, but either you completely change your tune, or you'll lose a lot of customers if you continue like this.

03/10/2025: The black pizza is super good...the house wine is much less so. Good and fast service. The location is very nice, and the building is on the lake with a beautiful view. A little interior renovation would be nice.

07/10/2025: My wife and I stumbled upon Magnano by chance, only to discover it's a popular spot for hikers: great news :-)
The welcome was warm, with the waitress quickly taking us to our table (booked through The Fork). Bread and water arrived within minutes.
The menu was short, just as we like it: four excellent appetizers, three first courses, and three second courses. Both my wife and I tried the polenta made, as the owner explained, with ancient flour: a delight, with unique and aromatic flavors.
My wife had the trout, and I had the wild boar, and we both loved it.
Two excellent coffees and a thank you to the chef concluded the visit.
Highly recommended.

06/07/2025: Poor quantity, average product quality, service leaves something to be desired, the owner apologizes a little too much for the mistakes... maybe she doesn't know that those who apologize are weak... maybe she should pay more attention to what happens in the dining room and in the garden... and also to the bill, don't charge for a full menu when it isn't and then apologize for the umpteenth time......
