26/05/2025: Este lugar es fantástico. Los sabores están fuera de este mundo y el personal es muy amable. En los últimos dos días mis amigos y yo hemos probado el Coco/Mango, Mango, Chocolate Dubai, Limone Siciliano y Brownie. Todos fueron increíbles. Hay otras tiendas bonitas en la ciudad, pero sus sabores eran bastante básicos.

08/07/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in due con un antipasto piemontese (cipolla ripiena, peperone con bagna cauda, trota salmonata, e altre specialità) dei ravioli del plin ed una polenta concia. A seguire un dolce tipico e due caffè Acqua naturale Costo totale 51,2 euro Molto positiva la disponibilità del personale a sostituire una delle componenti l’antipasto ad entrambi sgradita. Porzioni generose e di qualità Unica nota stonata (che mi fatto dare solo 4 pallini) l’assenza di un menù scritto ; ritengo che sia corretto, al di là dei prezzi onesti, che il commensale sappia quanto sta spendendo prima di ordinare

08/11/2025: The park, owned by Unipol (and therefore not municipal), is very beautiful, and it's fortunate that it exists. However, on the west side (the side facing San Lazzaro), there are few trees; in the summer, you'll have to seek shelter under the few trees and bushes. There are few trash cans, especially for dog owners; you'll need to carry your own waste bags for half the park. Or, as I unfortunately sometimes see, not using them at all :-(. Furthermore, the already few bins are not emptied frequently enough; see attached photo. It's possible to create a circular route around Villa Cicogna, using the bike/pedestrian path. Unfortunately, there's no separate path for cyclists, forcing you to constantly dodge them. But, what can I say, everything can be improved, so for now, it's good that it exists. I "downgraded" the rating because the property doesn't take sufficient care of maintenance. For example, some streetlights have been out for almost six months, and at certain times the nighttime lighting isn't working (e.g., Sept. 2025), and a reminder to the municipality is needed before anything is done.

10/07/2025: In una Via centrale di Novara, abbiamo provato la Pizzeria Pizzium, che si rifà alla classica tradizione napoletana. Simpatico il cosiddetto Menù Regionale che, per ogni Regione propone quelle che sono le specialità tipiche. Abbiamo scelto la Liguria (Fior di latte dei Monti Lattari, datterini freschi rossi e gialli e pesto di basilico) e la Campania (Fior di latte dei Monti Lattari, crena di zucchine, zucchini fritte, fiori di zucca e scaglie di Grana Padano). Giudizio buono in entrambi i casi. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la professionalità dei camerieri e la velocità del sevizio. Prezzi nella media

29/06/2025: Pizza di qualità con prodotti locali, locale pulito, personale disponibile e professionale, posizione ideale in centro a Novara. Durante il soggiorno la città era attiva con gli street games.

11/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze, 1 Margherita e una Margheritana, poi un tiramisù e da bere acqua. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno fatti sedere subito e serviti dopo pochi minuti. Non siamo di Biella ma ogni tanto un giro in centro o al centro commerciale lo facciamo, ora sappiamo dove fermarci a mangiare.

05/05/2025: Cibo ottimo, sala accogliente, personale competente, Ma che il responsable di sala si permetta di rimproverare un cameriere ad alta voce in mezzo alla sala l'ho trovato molto maleducato e poco professionale il gelo é calato al nostro tavolo ci sentivamo male per quel povero cameriere nonostante la pizza squisita che fumava nel nostro piatto ...non so se ritorneremo

10/07/2025: Prenotato un tavolo all’aperto per esigenze di salute con conferma della disponibilità del posto ma , all’arrivo, siamo stati posizionati in una veranda chiusa, al caldo e caotica. Servizio pessimo e con tempistiche lunghe, cibo discreto. Molto scarsa la professionalità.

09/07/2025: Qualche chilometro di salita in più…fa la differenza. Non solo vale la pena per la vista favolosa, ma disino menu a prezzo fisso di mezzogiorno che la carta in generale sono notevoli! La qualità della materia prima si sente, le porzioni sono più che giuste, il servizio è perfetto! Piuttosto di fermarmi già a Graglia preferisco fare …qualche chilometro di salita in più! Mai stato deluso!!

08/02/2025: A place that stands out among the many crowded places, first for its spaciousness inside and out, second for its aesthetics. All glass-enclosed so you can enjoy the view of Lake Viverone 🏞 We arrived shortly after lunchtime, around 2:00 PM, and we looked at the menu 📓, which contained some delicacies and, I must say, fairly reasonable prices. First small problem... the wait! It wasn't very long, but after waiting 25-30 minutes just to be seated, we noticed that just before inviting us to sit, they had let a couple pass in front of us (those who had been waiting in line for a few minutes)... but mistakes can happen; the important thing is to be seated and start eating. We order a Roast Beef 🥩 with arugula and cherry tomatoes for around €9.50, an octopus 🐙 with potatoes for €10, and a "pinsa" 🍕 with Bresaola and Parmesan shavings 🧀. At which point the girl who was taking orders in the OUTDOOR area (VERY KIND AND SUPER HELPFUL) advises that the octopus is finished, then corrects herself and says that perhaps there is some left (but she needs to confirm with the kitchen). The moral of the story is that we wait for the dishes to arrive and, in addition to discovering that neither oil nor salt had been added throughout the entire table service, we send the octopus 🐙 back because all that arrives is a plate full of potatoes🥔 with 3-4 small pieces of octopus. Rightly, seeing dishes at the tables closest to us, we didn't intend to remain silent and not point this out... Instead of this last dish, we ordered a Valdostana pinsa, which arrived at our table in no time. Here, I'd like to point out the quality of the focaccia, or rather "pinsa," in favor of the restaurant. It wasn't "00" flour, but rather semolina or buckwheat. Regardless, it was very, very good 💯 We continued our lunch. I abstained from dessert, but we requested a cone 🍦 to go. I can confirm that I kept seeing many beautiful and inviting ice cream cups 🍨 pass before our eyes. The size of the cones was very finicky, and the quality of the restrooms was decent (considering the packed house). I think 4 ⭐️ stars are more than deserved. A bit of confusion among the girls in the dining room and at the counter, a SPECTACULAR wine cellar 🍷 where I posted the photo. Will I go back? I'm sure it's with friends or a group. 😉

20/01/2025: A very modern venue with large and beautiful windows overlooking the lake, a wide choice of drinks and an excellent homemade cream, friendly service but without any particular suggestions.
