Sempre una certezza quando si tratta di pesce. Cucina semplice e senza fronzoli o elaborazioni. Materia prima freschissima crudo o cotto. Grazie Giovanni e complimenti a tua moglie.

Sembra un scherzo parlare di un menù di funghi in un ristorante tipico per il pesce. E invece da Giovanni succede anche questo: di mangiare i migliori tagliolini ai funghi, e un secondo di funghi impanati, davvero memorabili. Mio marito, che si è invece attenuto al solito menù di pesce, è uscito altrettanto soddisfatto. Per noi almeno, Saraceno da Giovanni è sempre la certezza di uscire soddisfatti.
