16/08/2026: We dined here during a stop on our Oropa pilgrimage. Even though we had separate reservations, they allowed us to share tables with other pilgrims we met along the way. I had truly amazing agnolotti with braised beef sauce and an excellent bunet. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was delightful. We received a 10% pilgrim discount, even though we had booked with The Fork! I recommend bringing cash just in case, as the internet connection isn't great and you might not be able to pay by card.

25/07/2026: Roppolo (Turin) – Tarello Restaurant | Aperitif in the Vineyard On July 24, 2026, we discovered an authentic place, where simplicity meets the beauty of nature. Nestled among the vineyards, we were enveloped by the tranquility of the countryside, the scents of freshly cut hay, and a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. The aperitif in the vineyard was a truly pleasant experience: excellent local produce, tasty platters, and an excellent local wine that further enhanced the local flavors. A special thanks to Andrea, Alessia, and Marcello, whose kindness, helpfulness, and hospitality made this experience even more enjoyable.
