19/08/2024: My girlfriend and I came on holiday here to Peschiera del Garda for 3 days to visit the lake and go to Gardaland. I was looking for an elegant restaurant near the lake where I could spend a nice evening with my girlfriend and I must say I got it right. The place is very very beautiful, it is located in a small house in the middle of the water, inside it is elegant but not too much and inside there is no smell of fish or cooking. To eat we had an appetizer, a first course and a dessert each, all accompanied with a wine. I must say that everything was very good and despite not being a fish lover I didn't leave anything on the plate. The total cost was €94, well deserved! I would happily go back, friendly and nice waiters!

17/08/2024: I have always snubbed it because from an aesthetic point of view it is not very inviting on the outside, however it surprised me positively because inside it is well looked after and there is a romantic and elegant atmosphere inside. Excellent food, fresh fish and expertly cooked. Worth it to enter the ranking of my ❤️ places

01/08/2024: Excellent service. Kind and attentive waiters.... Good cold appetizer. I really appreciated the creamed cod and the octopus and mashed potatoes but the spaghetti with clams had absolutely no flavour... and the clams were overcooked... Tiramisu nothing special so exciting and I'm sorry to always say it but we never give importance to dessert when in reality it is the dish that encloses the dinner

20/08/2024: What a pleasure to return to this hotel every year. We have been going to the Vicenza Oro fair for over 20 years and we still stay at the same hotel. We sleep well there and the breakfast is plentiful. At the restaurant level, the owners recognize us every time. The restaurant is delicious and inexpensive. You will be amazed by the capacity of the restaurant and the speed of the service. They are truly the best. They were the first to have the telephone to place orders (we saw it 2 years later in France). Sincerely, I recommend with great pleasure :) this hotel is perfect for going to the fair or as a stopover. Bravo to you, and thank you for your great welcome,

03/10/2023: Many restaurants in central Verona are an insult to Italian cuisine, as the old city has become overwhelmed with tourists. This one, just about 200m the ‘wrong side’ of p. dei signori, is an exception. The food was outstanding, service impeccable. Not cheap but better value than many. We went a second time a couple of days after our first visit, and were not disappointed. The menu is less extensive than some (no fish of any kind when we went, for example, and a choice of only about 8 or 10 for each of primo and secondi) but all was extremely good. 10/07/2024: Savored 3 pizzas salamella capricciosa and Hercules and I must say cup a go go zero skimping and must satisfaction, relaxing and nice environment then well chosen bottled beer the Kapuziner attention to the customer then end of the meal with a latte latte in an interesting cup and saucer. Clean bathroom well cared.

01/07/2024: On 22 June 2024 we decided to celebrate our wedding with a civil ceremony in their wonderful garden and subsequent dinner and party in this splendid Hotel Restaurant Pergola, we received all the necessary attention from the staff and above all the Montagnoli family who welcomed us divinely and knowing how to transform our desires into a simple reality!!! Specializing in fish-based dishes for more than 100 years, it satisfies its customers with courtesy and authenticity. It has recently renovated the layout of its main room. In summer it is possible to dine outdoors. Recommended for any occasion, from informal to special occasions. more important.

21/08/2024: We came here pretty late, they were still open and kindly sat us. We had delicious pasta!! Shrimp pasta was great as well as a very spicy tomato sauce pasta. Staff was very kind.

30/07/2024: On the recommendation of the very friendly innkeeper, we had the mixed seafood starter platter and then Gnocchi alla Putanesca. Both shared by two people, which wasn't a problem at all. The world's best tiramisu and mandarin sorbet for dessert. Everything excellent!! Ambiance so nice and quiet right on a canal, just two parallel streets from Via Garibaldi. You have to want to go here to find it. And actually you shouldn't rate it at all, so that nothing but nothing changes here! Liquorizza as a digestive a new discovery for us...

09/08/2024: Our best experience of a traditional italian restaurant on our trip so far. Firstly, we were not haggled into the restaurant. The staff were happy, helpful, and attentive. The menu was fairly limited, but I feel that's good as chef can concentrate on quality. There was a specials menu in addition. There was a cover charge, but this seems fairly standard in Italy. The cover charge was worth it for the breads, nibbles, oil and balsamic vinegar. The food was delicious! Meals averged around 22 euro some more/less, but it's a tourist area so pretty standard pricing. The Tiramisu was amazing! All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back... and I'm sure we will tomorrow! 😂

08/08/2024: Even though we just wanted a drink, we got a table outside. The waiter was very nice and offered us different grappa to taste, that's a real service! The espresso martini was also extremely tasty! Thank you for the friendly and attentive service!
