19/03/2025: What an excellent place, we didn’t have reservation but the staff treated us kindly. Veronica's attention was exceptional, she suggested us good options to order with her perfect spanish speaking. We ordered for dinner pizza Margherita, Quattro Formaggi, Napoli D.O.P and Parmigiana, also we ordered a succulent mare soup with a frizzy wine. Me and my friends are definately satisfied with our dinner in Orto del Cigno! Thanks for the hospitality!

16/03/2025: A pleasant tavern-style venue with large windows along the Arno. Garden with tables outside for good weather. Varied menu: burgers, appetizers to share and pizzoni for 2 people even in multiple flavors. Large selection of beers and wines. Quick and courteous service.

15/02/2025: Excellent fish restaurant a stone's throw from the Sant'Ambrogio market and the church of the same name, in good weather it is possible to eat outside. Wide choice of wines with the possibility of having it in bulk. The only small note is that the oil served at the tables for seasoning comes from oils from the European community, considering that Tuscany produces excellent quality oil........

16/02/2025: Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di cenare in un ristorante che ha superato le mie aspettative, offrendo un'esperienza culinaria memorabile in un ambiente caloroso e accogliente. #### Atmosfera L'atmosfera era davvero familiare, con un arredamento semplice ma elegante che creava un senso di intimità. I tavoli erano ben distanziati, permettendo conversazioni tranquille e un'atmosfera rilassata. Il personale era cordiale e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a farci sentire a casa. #### Cucina La vera star della serata è stata, senza dubbio, la cucina. Ogni piatto che abbiamo ordinato era preparato con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Gli antipasti, di mare, in particolare le bruschette assortite, erano deliziosi e ben presentati. I primi piatti al forno con ragu di pesce, erano semplicemente irresistibili. Anche i secondi piatti hanno stupito con la frittura di pesce , morbi, tenero e saporito, accompagnato da patatine fresche. Non potevamo resistere ai dessert: il tiramisù era leggero e cremoso, mentre la panna cotta era un vero capolavoro di dolcezza. Torneremo sicuramente 👍👍👍

11/03/2025: Given that I am not a lover of Neapolitan pizza (de gustibus), I really liked the pizza here. I was expecting the usual slightly chewy thing, but instead I was surprised by a very chewy dough with an excellent flavor even in the crust. In short, tasty pizza and above all very digestible, which did not weigh us down at all. The zeppole are delicious! Good service, helpful and kind and a very relaxed atmosphere with (Neapolitan) music that doesn't slip into the conversation but really does what it's supposed to do: in the background. Well done.

08/02/2025: La gentilezza dei proprietari ci ha assolutamente conquistato, i piatti erano tutti ottimi dall'antipasto al dolce. Consigliatissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

05/10/2024: Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo delizioso ristorante, una certezza! L'ambiente è molto curato, il servizio impeccabile e ti riempiono di premure (ad esempio offrendoti un calice di prosecco e una schiacciata all'olio calda per ingannare l'attesa), il menù è sempre diverso, sia di pesce che di carne. Quello che apprezziamo particolarmente è la riscoperta di sapori tradizionali che non si trovano facilmente. Noi ad esempio abbiamo optato per uno squisito sformato di gobbi (o cardi), per un antipasto toscano con degli affettati squisiti, tagliolini ai funghi e ziti con polpettine, pomodoro e provola. A seguire degli ottimi involtini di asparagi e pecorino con contorno di patate arrosto e funghi!!! Per finire un ottimo tiramisù e una schiacciata con l'uva. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

08/09/2024: Nos alojamos en Villa Petriolo por 6 noches en septiembre de 2024. No habíamos planeado ir al restaurante con estrella Michelin en el lugar, ya que generalmente evitamos los menús degustación y preferimos trattorias y osterías locales más casuales (como la excelente Osteria Golpaja, también en el lugar) , pero estamos muy contentos de haberlo hecho. Pudimos seleccionar platos a la carta de los dos menús degustación - uno vegetariano y otro mixto. Teníamos tres platos cada uno, un aperitivo, plato principal y postre de cada uno de los menús. Las opciones vegetarianas fueron las mejores, quizás no es de extrañar cuando todos los vinos y productos se cultivan en la finca sostenible en la que se encuentra el restaurante. El personal es apasionado por lo que ofrecen, pero sin pretensiones. La comida era divina, y el ambiente y el servicio en este restaurante en la Toscana rural eran iguales a cualquier cosa que hemos experimentado en Michelin - restaurantes con estrellas en todo el mundo. Muy recomendable.

15/03/2025: Terrible....I booked this week for my daughter's birthday and after taking the orders after an hour the waiter comes to tell me that the pizzas will not be possible except in an hour...and that Saturdays are always like this because there are too many people...good for them but with this organization they also lose customers!!! If you don't want to just make numbers and give up on quality maybe you have to take a step back..definitely not to return...

10/02/2025: Il locale è carino con mise en place semplice, ma elegante. I piatti di pesce freschissimo e buonissimo, con impiattamento carino. Il servizio cortese, forse un pò lento nonostante non ci fosse il pienone. Saletta con tavolini da due posti un pò troppo stipata, tavoli vicinissimi tanto che anche il cameriere faceva fatica a passare tra i tavoli.

26/02/2025: Without praise or infamy. We had appetizers and fried fish. The fish was good for being frozen, but the fried vegetables were less so. The starter was bruschetta and polenta with various toppings which unfortunately were soggy but the toppings were good. Truly very kind and professional waiters, always smiling. Perfect price for what we ate and drank. There was entertainment in the evening, we had a lot of fun.
