08/07/2026: Under new management, this restaurant, with limited seating but excellent quality, offers a small selection. After all, they say "good things come in small packages," and it couldn't be otherwise, considering one of the partners is a producer of excellent wines. The food is equally excellent, the ambiance is refined, and the staff is courteous and highly trained. In short, what more could you ask for in Borgo?

03/06/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant inside the Ripaverde Hotel.
We chose a selection of Tuscan crostini and typical Mugello tortelli with an excellent ragù. Everything was truly excellent. Recommended.
