07/04/2024: We stayed at Villa la Borghetta for 2 days using the "romantic escape" package, staying in the Charme room... the first important thing for me since I have vision problems, is the low lights in the corridor to get to the room as well as in the room same .... only 2 lamps and a floor lamp ... as in the bathroom (without window)... Room furnished with little furniture where you can place things ... but the bed is comfortable and the room is quiet (thank you also to the neighbors)... As for the SPA which was a bit too small and cold...the only positive things were the treatments even if the massage lasted less than 30' (but unfortunately we didn't have a timer).. .. A particular positive note goes for dinner... we ate very well and were accompanied by the kindness of Mr. Claudio. The breakfast is not very rich... we expected much more especially not to find only one waitress who "poor thing" was left alone to manage everything especially on Saturday morning..... the service suffered... I believe that to aspire to 4 stars, the Management should review a few things...

05/04/2024: The staff are very welcoming and the service excellent. Unfortunately the small details of the room should sincerely be sorted out as it is considered luxury, I will be back very soon, but luckily I will definitely change the room...
