18/02/2026: We've been coming here for many years, but last time we were truly disappointed. The quality of the food has significantly deteriorated, and the service is also very slow. The day after dining there, I spent two days without eating and in bed with stomach cramps and vomiting. I wouldn't want it to have been the food's fault. I will sadly never return...
17/02/2026: Satori is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Florence. I come here often, and each time I'm satisfied. The sushi is delicious, and there's always a wide selection of rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes.
The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a relaxing dinner and a quick lunch. But what makes this place even more special is the staff, always very patient, kind, and helpful, making you feel at ease at every opportunity.
I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good sushi in Florence at a reasonable price.

22/09/2025: Eating on a terrace with a view of wonderful gardens, excellent service, and the entire staff was extremely friendly. It was truly an extraordinary experience. We ordered gnocchi, Milanese, angelotto, and tagliatelle, all delicious, as was the bread basket.

14/11/2025: The A.T.F. Service store is located adjacent to the central Piazza Togliatti, home to Scandicci's weekly market.
The store offers expert repairs or replacement parts for Folletto and Thermomix appliances in a reasonable timeframe.
I had several parts replaced on my Vorwerk Thermomix because they were worn.
They ordered the missing parts and then completed the complete assembly.
The organization was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and generous with advice on any repairs or replacement parts.
The store staff was very kind and professional.

13/10/2025: I spent a few days in Florence with my mother, and this was the best restaurant we ate at. We loved it so much and were so comfortable that we returned several times. The service was excellent, they were very friendly, the food was quality, well-priced, and the dishes were plentiful. Although there were many dishes we didn't get to try, we highly recommend the mixed fries, the grilled salmon, and the tiramisu. The wine was excellent.

08/01/2026: Quisisgrana is like being at home, the staff pampers the customers, the pizzas are TOP 10, as are the first courses and appetizers, and the fried fish is also delicious. In short, if I've been going there for almost 10 years, there must be a reason, and I'M NOT A RELATIVE. Highly recommended!

The only negative was one of the two masseuses who exclaimed, "It's 8 pm and I've been up all day, so I won't give you the total relaxation massage because I'm tired. I'll give you another."

It would be nice if, in the workplace, everyone refused to perform their duties, citing tiredness. ๐

11/01/2026: The pizzas are very good, with a light crust and a vegan option. The icing on the cake, as we might say, are the desserts, specialties of pastry chef Sal De Riso. Friendly service and a family atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.
22/11/2025: Normal atmosphere, nothing special. Small pizzeria with a few tables inside, plus a few outside. We tried the calzone and fried fish, both excellent. The fried fish in particular is recommended because it's dry and crispy, and very few pizzerias can do it like this. For dessert, the classic BABร was a must, where you can truly taste the flavor of Naples. The only downside is the price (too high), but they did offer limoncello (traditionally made). The pizzeria is recommended.

07/02/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance. The music in the dining room was a bit loud, the waitresses were kind, and then came the surprise: the pizza, a unique experience. It's been a long time since I've smelled the scent of raw olive oil on pizza. I'm writing this review 12 hours later. I slept great, no thirst, excellent digestion, and no bloating. Then I discovered they specialize in fish, and not only that... I'll try it... It's a shame about the sparkling water; the machine broke, but it's justified by the excellent dinner. Congratulations. I'll be back.
13/12/2025: We ordered takeout pizzas and when we picked them up we were told that the order had been forgotten. Embarrassing.

06/05/2025: Reading the reviews, it seemed like a retro place, but with a simple but valid offering.
We happened upon a night when pizza wasn't available (perhaps you should specify this when you book, since it's primarily a pizzeria) due to their own problems. We decided to stay anyway, given how late it was, and we regretted it: terrible appetizers, poorly prepared and rushed first courses.
It's a shame because it really gave the impression of a tired, worn-out place. From the staff to the place, I couldn't find a single positive thing... not even the POS was working that night.
I'm sorry, but I would never recommend it.
