02/06/2026: Terrible organization. I ordered pizzas for 8:00 PM; when I got to the restaurant, I paid and waited in vain. At 8:30 PM, I asked if they were ready and discovered that the order hadn't yet been sent to the pizza chef. I finally got the pizzas at 9:00 PM.

07/04/2026: Quick Easter Monday lunch. The restaurant is located in the Il Corallo beach resort in Tirrenia. Good food and service.

02/05/2026: Unfortunately, we completely chose the wrong dish. Spaghetti with clams was beyond bland. The pasta was overcooked, and the clams were few and far between, some still sandy. If only they had used good olive oil... I recommend revising the recipe... €16 isn't cheap... not even in a cafeteria...

27/06/2026: I can't rate the food since I didn't eat it. An hour and a half late to deliver a Just Eat order and then mark it as "delivered" even though nothing had arrived. Clowns.

27/05/2026: They had a written reservation for months and simply ignored our group of 25 people with children.

23/05/2026: Worst Place ever. Messed up our reservation wasn’t able to solve it. Left the entire group outside ignored.

06/06/2026: We were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived late and the restaurant was packed with cyclists. I'd return to Tuscany just for them.

14/11/2025: I need to update the restaurant's opening hours. I went to the restaurant on Friday, November 14th. Google Maps said it was open, but upon arrival, I found everything dark. The number was clear, and they responded to my question if they were open. The answer was a terse no, and they hung up in less than a second, maybe a tenth of a second. Well, I can't review the food, but based on how they responded to my call, I definitely won't be returning.

09/08/2026: Pleasant atmosphere, but unjustified bill The place is really nice, and the wait staff was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the downside is the food: decidedly small portions at truly exorbitant prices. Paying a lot for quality is fine, but when the dishes don't even wow your palate, you feel cheated. It's definitely not a place for everyone, and in my opinion, it's definitely not worth the expense. I won't be returning.

08/08/2026: I stopped here for lunch with my boyfriend. We ordered two starters: linguine with mussels and zucchini flowers and linguine with sea urchins and clams. Unfortunately, both dishes were very bitter and tasteless, and both portions were small. The quality of the fish didn't seem fresh at all, definitely not a good value 🤷‍♀️ With the two starters, a bottle of water, and cover charge, we paid €63.00. We were very disappointed. The place itself is very nice and well-kept, but it's a shame about the food.

19/06/2025: Piacevole ritorno dopo 4 anni in quello che viene considerato il miglior ristorante stellato della costiera degli Etruschi. Qui la materia prima la fa da padrone perché viene trattata secondo i dettami della tradizione. Un plauso anche alla gentilezza e simpatia del personale. Bravi perché da anni con fatica e dedizione siete sempre in vetta.

15/07/2026: Last evening on the island of Elba, we were looking for a special place for dinner. Near the port of Marina di Campo we saw the L'Approdo restaurant, and we were won over by its charming appearance and the view of the sea!!! Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience on all fronts!! Terrible food, poor quality and even worse cooking, the staff gave me the impression of intolerance, the prices too excessive for the quality and service. They brought one dish at a time, practically we didn't all dine together, a terrible mistake for a restaurant. I sent back the fried fish twice, it was soaked in oil, uneatable. They didn't bring the menu to my son, who is on the autism spectrum... He can read very well... I decided with bitterness to leave this extension, which I usually don't do. I am ending my stay on this beautiful island, which has given me so many emotions, with this unfortunately negative experience. I hope it is constructive for the restaurant.

30/05/2026: Excellent!! The spaghetti with clams was delicious. The fried food was dry and plentiful. And the staff was very friendly.

09/06/2026: Beautiful place, delicious food and equally excellent service, I recommend it to everyone because it's not easy to find a place this beautiful and with excellent fish and cooked really well!

27/05/2026: It's no longer the powder keg it used to be... they have a fabulous place but I don't know what happened, we came in at 1.30pm to eat and left at 4pm, we only ate one course otherwise we would have left in a week... the Catalan only had 5 prawns and a plate of vegetables thrown on the plate like rabbits, 🤦 risotto seemed to be made with the bags and spaghetti allo scoglio hard as a brick... seafood salad passable.... I'm sorry because that place would have incredible potential... behind us a couple was complaining badly both about the wait and the courses.... In front the usual thing... and at the cash register there was a couple who was complaining badly I think they got up and left without finishing..... I don't know if I had a bad day for the restaurant or if it's always like this, in any case I don't think I'll come back again... I'm sorry because when I wanted fish... for me it was a powder keg

08/07/2026: Beautiful location, but the experience was terrible. We ordered drinks at the bar and only afterwards were told about all the restrictions. The staff were rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. The security guard kept running after the children, grabbing their attention in a very aggressive way and staring at them in an intimidating manner. He was also carrying what looked like a stun gun, which was very unsettling, especially around children. Instead of enjoying the beach, we felt stressed and uncomfortable. We will definitely not return.

05/07/2026: Excellent dinner with a sea view. The pizzas were good, but the fish dishes were special, especially the abundant soup filled with mussels and clams, very rich and delicious. The peppered mussels were also delicious. The view was incredible. Since it was a Saturday, we managed to get a table for two by booking that morning. A truly pleasant, quiet, relaxing, and peaceful atmosphere.

03/06/2026: Book during holiday periods. Very crowded, excellent quality, not for everyone's budget.

29/05/2026: One of the better meals we’ve had. Standout for me was the Florentine steak and the sardines.
