02/11/2025: I gave one star because I don't know how to give half a star. Two covers Two glasses of prosecco Two sautéed mussels for a total of €50. The place was cold and empty. When asked why the €6 cover charge was the answer was "these are the prices." We're in the Capalle industrial area, not in the center of Florence. We ran away and went somewhere else to eat!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!! I wonder how it's possible that this place is recommended by TripAdvisor (or at least they have this sticker at the entrance).

26/12/2025: Terrible experience....very disappointing, the quality and attention to the customer have dropped significantly...as a regular customer I was disappointed...the quality of the dishes is poor and the restaurant's care is terrible (cobwebs inside the aquarium) left behind in time...staff not up to par...truly terrible experience...clean dishes still dirty, absolutely no hygiene...I don't recommend it to anyone

26/12/2025: We arrived on December 26, 2025, a group of seven for my birthday. It's a truly exceptional restaurant, frequented by my parents beforehand. It's a safe bet every year, but since this year, unfortunately, they've really gone downhill. As a welcome drink, they served prosecco in a lipstick-stained glass. When we first switched between the cold and hot appetizers, one dish had a piece of meat stuck to it (we ate fish, mind you), and another dish had hair on it. It was all tasteless and tasteless. After the fried food (the only good thing), they only cleared one dish without even asking if we wanted coffee or dessert. After a 5-minute wait, we went to the cashier to ask for the bill. We spent €250 and they wanted €280. I'm truly disappointed because I've been going to this restaurant since I was little, and seeing a place like this abandoned only makes me sad. The biggest disappointment was celebrating my 23rd birthday there.

07/01/2026: Pizzeria on the promenade. The pizza used to be good, but I think pizzerias don't exist anymore.

22/09/2025: Service: The wine we wanted to drink, which the staff said was a great decision, wasn't available. The bottle that we then ordered was brought to us open, but we couldn't even test it first, so we had to pour the first glass ourselves. The waiter had problems speaking english and was not flexible at all with the dish selection, since many dishes weren't available. We had to pay inside at the register, so with all that in mind, why does one have to pay cover charge? Food: The mozarella in the caprese salad was very jewy and the olive oil and aceto balsamico came in plastic bags, again why cover charge? The fish was okay but bland. The gnocchi were mushy and the shrimp sauce tasted frozen with a weird rotten fish aftertaste. Also the shrimps were cut open and there were scissors of other sea animals in the dish. We had to return it because it was inedible.

07/08/2025: Eccellente pranzo e soprattutto una cena superlativa con l'atmosfera esterna che ti fa sentire coccolato con la super gentilezza di tutto il personale. Ottimi crudi di mare freschissimo e presentato in modo scenografico. A prestissimo!

26/07/2025: Rimasto veramente deluso da tutto. Personale non professionale, cibo molto deludente con un piatto di crudo da 60€ scarso e non curato con 2 tartare di bassissima qualità. Sono andato lì in base alle altre recensioni e non capisco dove possono esserci tutte quelle qualità lette. Spero per loro che sia stata solo una serata negativa

19/06/2025: Piacevole ritorno dopo 4 anni in quello che viene considerato il miglior ristorante stellato della costiera degli Etruschi. Qui la materia prima la fa da padrone perché viene trattata secondo i dettami della tradizione. Un plauso anche alla gentilezza e simpatia del personale. Bravi perché da anni con fatica e dedizione siete sempre in vetta.

29/08/2025: A restaurant in the center of Porto Santo Stefano with a beautiful view of the pier; fast and efficient service. Excellent variety of pizza flavors. The pizza is thin and well-cooked. We recommend ordering the pizza because there isn't much choice of other dishes.

23/02/2026: We arrived at 1:00 PM and ate two crostini with anchovies. At 2:00 PM, we had four slices of baguette with an anchovy in oil on top. After several requests, they brought us two seafood risottos. Now, at 2:30 PM, being very hungry, I asked for the bill. Two glasses of wine, two crostini, two seafood risottos, one water, the inevitable tablecloth and paper napkins, terrible service. €65 for two... a rip-off, plus unbelievable rudeness. I'm from Viareggio, and this isn't good for tourism.

23/01/2026: A well-kept restaurant with a large outdoor area. Good cuisine with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. Excellent service. The quality/price ratio is fair. At the end of the meal, we were kindly offered a sample of dessert, which we greatly appreciated. Four-legged friends are welcome. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: I waited till the beginning of September, I was extremely happy, i visited a friend we decided to spend some time at the beach club, one of the best decisions !!!! We ended up having a aperitivo, delightful, warm welcome even in the end of season, drinks to die for, we started light with Aperol Spritz, an other friend joined us and he ordered a Vodka Martini with twits fantastic service, knowledgeable bartender, everyone spoke English, a plus because my two friends did not speak Italian. We later had Negroni, Old Fashioned and a Manhattan, let me tell you as professional Bartender I can tell you those drinks were made to perfection. We decided to eat, that turned into a sublime experience, we asked Francesco ( Owner ) if he could put some appetizers together for us and sure he did it, light crispy Fritto misto, un crudo di Gamberi Rossi di Mazzara Del Vallo, and for one of us that asked for something not from the see Carpaccio di filetto con crema di tartufo. Everything was in the company of a cold bottle of Gavi Di Gavi La Scolca. At that point we decided to have the owner to go a head and decide for the main dish……. Whole branzino for 2 roasted side of spinach, carrots, string beans and one Fillet mignon all cooked to perfection we asked for red and white wine and they brought one bottle of : Chianti Classico l”Aura and a bottle of Gavi Castellari Bergaglio. Fantastic dinner all together. Francesco offered us a bottle of Cozza Prosecco extra dry at the end the dinner. Which was perfect because got us ready for wafter dinner drinks, Macallan 12 years old scotch whisky. All of it including the service was superb experience, not to mention the honest prices. If you ever in Pisa, Livorno, Florence or anywhere close by you must try this fantastic establishment.

16/11/2025: We returned to this restaurant for the second time, but the experience was disappointing. The fixed menu cost €25, and we were given only the menu of dishes, without the drinks menu or prices. The quantity of food was average, but essential information was missing, such as a list of allergens and a specification of whether the products were fresh or frozen. The extras were not very transparent: desserts €5, freshly bottled wine €6, plastic water €2, cans €3, coffee €1.50. The restaurant really needs a refresh, especially the veranda area, which appears neglected. If the goal is to offer an experience similar to other "all-you-can-eat" restaurants, then imposing kitchen closing times makes no sense: doing so only risks disappointing customers.

06/10/2025: Incredibly friendly. The portions are very generous (twice the usual in Italy). And the taste is delicious. The view is gorgeous. A must!

28/08/2025: An experience I definitely won't repeat!! €100 spent in the absolute worst way!! Bland appetizers, unclassifiable first courses, penne with scampi cream (a cream that actually made from 1/2 liter of cream?!?) with a scampi hidden at the bottom of a 400g plate of penne and shrimp. Spaghetti with crabmeat, undercooked and with a flavor reminiscent of pre-cooked sauces from discount stores. I was hoping to finish on a high note with fried shrimp and calamari, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite disappointing: limp, full of oil, and the shrimp definitely had a strange flavor. Alas, in a place as beautiful as Porto Ercole, I wasn't expecting a restaurant like this; it deserves better.

28/09/2025: We came in a group of ten for pizza. The pizza was average, the service simple and adequate for the location, and the price was fair. The idea of ​​having one-liter bottles of beer was a good one, which isn't bad, and the price was fair.

08/03/2026: Old, overcooked, and dry mussels. Pasta and clams tasteless. Uggly octopus with tomato sauce also tasteless. Grilled swordfish barely edible. I hope the reason they tasteless is because the ingredients were frozen. In conclusion, avoid.

18/01/2026: The atmosphere is very refined, well-furnished, with spacious rooms and a beautiful outdoor space complete with a pool and ample parking. It has enormous potential, but it's been poorly exploited. Pizzas with a tough dough (like unleavened bread), and a seafood main course with frozen, not fresh, ingredients. The restaurant's veranda is cold; some of us dined in our down jackets (January). The service, however, is professional, with a very knowledgeable and attentive young woman.

06/01/2026: I hope it was because it was New Year's Eve because the food was all cold and without soap, the environment was also cold and to top it all off there wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on the table to toast.
