21/09/2025: Great gluten free food! Consigliato!

20/09/2025: My husband and I had dinner last Thursday at this delightful restaurant in Marciana Marina. I'll say right away that everything was absolutely perfect. From the crisp white tablecloths and simple, simple table settings to the warm, welcoming smile of the blonde lady who also greeted us with a welcome and unexpected glass of bubbly. The appetizers were excellent: he had ricotta gnudi, I had a selection of antipasti, followed by perfectly cooked baked sea bass, fragrant with the sea and good olive oil. Desserts: I had a selection of macarons, my husband had an orange parfait, both delicious, and were even offered as a surprise with the bill. What can I say? The genuine friendliness and extraordinary professionalism of the lady and her elegant assistant are truly unforgettable. A beloved place, a place to return to whenever you can.

21/11/2025: La Sirena is my favorite restaurant in Sinalunga. You can't find such a good seafood salad anywhere else, not even where the sea is just a few kilometers away. Sushi lovers won't know they're missing out. The pizzas are also delicious.

17/02/2026: Not a pleasant experience. Half a portion of pasta for the little girl with four shrimp cost us 18 euros. The pizza, too, wasn't exactly pizza... small, half burnt, and barely any mozzarella. Avoid it... it's a shame we didn't read the other reviews before going.

03/09/2025: I came to eat on Saturday, August 30th with my friends and I was disappointed with everything: the rooms, the location, and ESPECIALLY the service, due to a waiter with orange/red hair. To begin with, he came to take our orders with reddish eyes, and we could see he was quite dazed. Then he spilled the cheese, which I am HIGHLY allergic to. From then on, he continued to use a cocky tone, so my group and I decided to give up and finish our dinner as quickly as possible. All I can say is: FIRE HIM!!!!!!!!!

27/08/2025: Spectacular location, immaculately maintained, super helpful staff, pool with breathtaking sea views, hot tub, access to the sea... All at absolutely fair prices! Worth visiting several times!

19/12/2025: I go there often. Very nice place, very friendly staff, and everything is delicious. My favorite dishes are fish soup, spaghetti with mussels and clams, and grilled calamari and octopus. I recommend it to everyone.

22/02/2026: Terrifying. They assigned us a table right away. We ordered two appetizers and two first courses within 15 minutes. The appetizer arrived after an hour of waiting, with one arriving first, then the other after 15 minutes. One of the first courses arrived after another hour of waiting. In the meantime, we had to change one of the first courses because the sauce we ordered (spaghetti with clams) was out. We sat down at 1:30 PM, the appetizer arrived at 2:20 PM, and the first courses arrived at 3:20 PM. I gave up on the spaghetti with seafood. Bread was basically my lunch. Never again. Highly not recommended. We will never return. I'm giving one star because it's impossible to give less.

18/08/2025: Excellent fishmonger. Punctual and well-organized. Very fresh fish. The fried food is really light and not greasy. The cacciucco is superb. In short, a sure thing.

31/07/2025: Despite spending many summers in Follonica, it was our first time trying this fish and chip shop... and the experience was beyond positive. We ordered fried shrimp and squid to go: good-quality fish, fried to perfection—crispy, dry, and not at all greasy. The staff were friendly and the fresh fish counter was well-stocked, making it a surefire way to return for more to cook at home. A great find!

03/02/2026: My partner and I booked a table here for one evening during our stay on Elba Island in June 2023. I should start by saying we don't know what the restaurant is like inside, as we dined on the covered veranda overlooking the sea, which was very pretty. The staff was friendly, but not at all professional or knowledgeable. The service was clumsy and bordering on ridiculous. We ordered two plates of seafood linguine; the pasta was overcooked, and the fish was visibly frozen (which I couldn't understand, given that Rio Marina is located by the sea and Elba offers a wide variety of fresh seafood everywhere). Everything was way too salty, wallowing in the watery sauce. The bottle of wine we ordered wasn't available, so we relied on the waitress. The wine was good. The fried fish was extremely salty and overcooked; we had to leave it because it was inedible. We finished with two terrible coffees, but they didn't ruin the dinner we'd just finished. The bill arrived, if possible, more expensive than the dishes listed above. A real disaster. I never write negative reviews, but that dinner ruined the rest of the evening, and we were annoyed that, even though we hadn't eaten anything, no one bothered to ask what the problem was. I don't recommend it.

05/01/2026: We stayed at this resort for three nights and had a truly positive experience. The real added value is the staff: wonderful and always available. Special thanks go to Stephane, the bartender and chef, who welcomed us every morning with a smile and spectacular breakfasts: his homemade cakes and brioches are unforgettable! The rooms are lovely and very clean. My only small complaint concerns the housekeeping service: I was disappointed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned daily. Overall, however, it's an excellent property where we would gladly return.

11/10/2025: Excellent restaurant! Every course, from appetizer to dessert, was delicious! The chef and his staff are incredibly experienced, bringing quality and kindness to the table! Highly recommended!

30/12/2025: New management raises the bar! A beautiful venue with refined decor, yet still a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The real leap in quality comes with Valeria in the kitchen, with exceptional dishes and exquisite ingredients. One of the few restaurants in the area that deviates from the usual, and only, traditional dishes, while at the same time maintaining a connection with the local area. Highly recommended.

21/10/2025: An absolute favorite spot on the beach! ☕️😍 The cappuccino is simply perfect—creamy, rich, and super aromatic. They also serve a huge selection of fresh cornetti (that's what croissants are called in Italy)—filled with jam, vanilla, or chocolate, all divinely delicious. 🥐✨ The staff is friendly and relaxed, the atmosphere is totally chilled—and the view directly out to sea is priceless. 🌊💙 A perfect start to the day!
