30/08/2025: Strategically located for exploring all the Maremma attractions. It's worth noting that it's just 5 minutes from the shopping center (very useful). The property is clean and tidy, with a pool and indoor parking. The apartments are simply stunning, fully furnished (even kitchenware). Each apartment has its own outdoor area. The owner, Dalida, is incredibly kind, polite, and always available with a smile. We'll definitely be back.

16/09/2025: An unpretentious place on the beach. We've been twice, once for the restaurant and once for the pizza. We weren't thrilled with the restaurant at all; the warm sea was inedible... so much so that we left... The pizzeria, on the other hand, was better; we liked it. The service isn't excellent; it seems improvised... it seems like they're doing you a favor by serving you...
14/09/2025: The food was okay, but there were a few minor things we didn't like. The bread was carelessly placed in a paper bag instead of in a basket or on a plate. Empty plates were cleared away during the meal.

31/08/2025: A negative experience to say the least. The place was very nice, but it was incredible that, on an already sparse menu, most of the dishes we chose were no longer available. The appetizers were decent, but the entrees were tragic. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù was actually tagliatelle, overcooked, and served with stew rather than ragù; tagliolini with truffle, with the most flavorless truffle I've ever eaten.
Slow service, dishes brought in batches; an experience not to be repeated.
30/08/2025: An osteria that aims to combine Maremma cuisine with Argentario seafood.
It doesn't succeed in either.
The charcuterie board is unremarkable; good but not refined.
The sliced steak was tough and flavorless, despite being rare.
The grilled calamari...to be forgotten; it's obviously a frozen product served as if it were fresh.
A real shame, because the service was good and all the ingredients for a good osteria were there...

17/09/2025: The portions were incredibly small for the price asked. The uncleaned shrimp had a bitter taste. With smoking another interesting story, one waiter told us we could smoke and brought us an ashtray, the other said no because the people next to us were eating. The unpleasant experience was quite expensive and we left half hungry. I do not recommend

29/09/2025: A restaurant inside a campsite. I booked using the TheFork app, but even though it was still summer, they gave me a table inside. The food was good but nothing special, especially considering the amount ordered (an appetizer for two, a first course, a fried dish, water, and house wine) and the 20% discount. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.

19/10/2025: Maybe I was just unlucky, but if I order a burger, I can't expect a half-centimeter thick, half-burnt slab, and if I order coccoli, I can't expect something as hard as rocks. Low prices, but the quality needs work.

26/08/2025: I've been to this beach resort for lunch and dinner and have always had a great time.
The food is good, especially fish, the staff is friendly, and the location is truly beautiful. I recommend going there for dinner because the atmosphere in the evening is very welcoming and relaxing.
18/08/2025: I'm not reviewing the bathroom because I only went here for dinner, which was excellent. Prices are a bit high, but they're in line with the quality of the food.

Ci tornerò sicuramente quando tornerò a San Vincenzo.

29/10/2025: Very rude and aggressive staff. I stayed here from July 14, 2025, to July 17, 2025, and had a terrible experience. The value for money was terrible, and everything was exorbitantly priced. The lounge chairs were broken and dirty, and the beach was littered with animal feces, cigarette butts, broken glass, plastic, and seaweed. The sea was fairly clean, but there was still a lot of seaweed and garbage there. A shame.
09/09/2025: We stopped in for an aperitif and a snack at sunset, comfortable at the tables facing the sea, which served as a soundtrack. We had excellent, crispy, warm focaccia with clams, caramelized onions, and peppers, along with a fried dish, and then we had dinner. We returned after about ten days and had a wonderful time. The location was superb, the staff were incredibly kind, as was the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming. We'll be back.

One important thing: it's the dirtiest place I've ever seen.
18/09/2025: We went at the instigation of some of my clients.
It was a pleasant evening. The food was delicious and plentiful, even taking it away with a bag. Last but not least, the young man who served us was knowledgeable, attentive, and also friendly.
We'll be back.
