Book during holiday periods. Very crowded, excellent quality, not for everyone's budget.

The fish steamer is worth the visit! Excellent restaurant in the center of Forte dei Marmi, with attentive and knowledgeable staff...the dishes are truly delicious!!

Excellent fried food, excellent wine, and impeccable service. As for the rest, unlike last time, I was left perplexed. The tartare was good quality, but drowned in a questionable cream; the tiramisu, on the other hand, tasted practically nothing but cream. The price, for the quality of the food, was quite high. I don't think I'll return.

There were four of us for a weekday dinner. Antipasti, a main course, and dessert with two bottles of Tuscan white wine. Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere, and good quality food.

Excellent hospitality, delicious off-menu items, Massimo, between courses if the service allows, never misses an opportunity to chat and make you feel even more at ease, what can I say... 5 stars well deserved!

The two Michelin-starred restaurants in Forte dei Marmi are horribly expensive, in a city where everything is more expensive. The Tre Stelle restaurant is therefore an excellent choice, although it's certainly not cheap, but the food is excellent, with very friendly (sometimes overly attentive) staff and a lovely atmosphere. The seafood is incredibly fresh. It's in a very central location.

26/07/2026: We dined outdoors in this beautiful square, enlivened by live music from street performers, which created a romantic atmosphere. The service was good and fast. I had an eggplant parmigiana that was out of this world, so much so that I ordered seconds! The veal with tuna sauce and meatballs were also delicious. A wonderful evening. I recommend it.
15/07/2026: Nice atmosphere. Food rather poor and mediocre. Pizza so-so, yet high prices. Caesar salad was in a category that could have been omitted; the croutons were burnt, the chicken was clearly dead, and the salad seemed to have come from a funeral and was also quite old. When paying, I was given the bill from the next table; I'm sure the guest would have been thrilled to pay for four people instead of two. So, definitely no thanks.

31/07/2026: The wine recommendation from the more experienced waiter was excellent, and generally speaking, the wines in Tuscany are superb and exactly to my taste, but that's nothing new for many Tuscany enthusiasts. The location and the setting are breathtaking. I felt very comfortable, and the ambiance was fantastic. The waiter was extremely friendly and professional. My steak was very good, exactly as I wanted it, and not too rare. My girlfriend had a pizza, and it was also delicious. I can't understand some of the comments, but perhaps the choice of dish was simply the wrong one. Enjoy!
