15/08/2026: Everything was delicious, fresh fish and friendly staff, portions were not large but the price was fair.
07/08/2026: 🍕 Very good pizza, but some service details need work
Let's start with the most important thing: the pizza was really good. I have to admit that, when it first arrived, I wasn't very impressed aesthetically: personally, I'd pay a little more attention to the presentation and even order a different plate, because appearance matters. But when I tasted it, I had to change my mind: the pizza was really good, and in the end, that's definitely what matters most.
There were, however, a few small details that left me perplexed.
I asked for a pizza with sausage and fries, but the waiter told me it wasn't on the menu and therefore couldn't be ordered. I had to get a separate portion of fries and add them to the pizza myself. As you can see in the video, I honestly don't think it would have been that complicated to just grab a few fries and add them directly to the pizza. 😅
Another peculiar episode: At the end of the dinner, I complimented the pizza, saying it was very good, and the pizza chef simply responded, "Oh, I know." 😂
It certainly could have been a joke, but personally, I found it a bit arrogant. Faced with a compliment, I would have appreciated a simple "thank you," especially since humility and the way you interact with a customer are as much a part of the experience as the food itself.
One last small detail: a table that arrived after us, who had ordered practically the same thing as us, was served first. Nothing serious, but it's one of those little things I personally notice during a dinner.
That said, I'm really nitpicking, because I can't really say anything about the product: I really liked the pizza. In fact, from the look of it at first, I wouldn't have given it a cent, but after tasting it, I completely changed my mind!
With a little more attention to presentation, service, and especially customer service, the experience could be significantly better. 🍕
