09/12/2025: It was my first time at the restaurant, and I'll be back soon. I found friendly, helpful people who know their stuff. The food was varied and excellent, and stood out from the usual seafood. I highly recommend it for its variety and quality.

14/09/2025: Excellent seafood and land in the heart of Cecina! A relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service. The selection of raw fish... incredibly fresh, prepared with care. The attention to the ingredients is undeniably evident! Another highlight of the evening was the porcini mushroom risotto with pink shrimp and almonds, perfectly creamed and fragrant. A nice selection of wines. I found the price to be fair given the quality of the ingredients. If you enjoy good food and good food, this restaurant is the place to come.

30/04/2026: From the moment we booked, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I changed the number of people for lunch three times, and they did everything they could to accommodate us. The restrooms were very clean, and the restaurant was welcoming with a high-quality menu. Impeccable service. Excellent! We'll be back!

13/07/2026: It wasn't our first time at this restaurant. Originally a Neapolitan pizzeria, it has evolved over time and now offers a wide selection of seafood and meat dishes. They also make various "pinsa," but I can't comment on them. The wine list isn't extensive, but it's still good. We saw excellent platters being passed around the tables, and they were truly generous. We opted for a meat option, and the first courses we tried (pici with Cinta Senese sausage and Tuscan pecorino cheese, and tagliatelle with Chianti ragù) were completely satisfying in terms of flavor and quantity. Free, spacious parking. The location is close to the walls of Buonconvento. The only small drawback: the service, despite being friendly, was objectively a bit slow.

19/07/2026: Well, what can I say... when we arrived, they didn't even consider us. I looked for the reserved table... alone.... 30 minutes and they threw us the blackboard with the menu. ... not a good evening or a look. We took our time ordering.... an hour later, the appetizer. ... 5. The first course hasn't arrived and I don't know if I'll order it because it's late and I'm sleepy.... AH... arrived, right on time... but it's overcooked and salty... 😰 I understand everything... but in a seaside place in July, there are two of you to serve and you also have to take multiple shifts for dinner. 🙄 Sorry... BUT WE'RE NOT HERE. I'd heard good things about this place... I'd even read the reviews... Too bad, I have a house nearby, it would have been a discovery. I don't think I'll go back. Very disappointing experience.

18/07/2026: Roadside restaurant. There were two of us, and we each ordered a dish, a bottle of white wine for €35, a rum, and a passito, for a total of €115. A price that was completely unjustified, neither by the location nor the quality of the dishes. The menu, written on the blackboard, listed "spaghetti with lobster." However, lobster wasn't available and was replaced with crawfish; it would have taken very little to erase and rewrite the name correctly. Furthermore, the price remained unchanged compared to the lobster, and while I'd rather ignore this detail, the main problem was another: the pasta was very sticky, giving the impression of being pre-cooked. Furthermore, for €30, I'd expect a lobster dish to include the tail with the meat, which unfortunately wasn't there. I will definitely never go back and I strongly advise against it.

18/08/2026: I ordered spaghetti with clams, and what I got was a soup of water with spaghetti floating in it. Whole garlic cloves are a real insult to the cuisine. The children next to me were throwing toys on the floor and screaming while their parents were minding their own business. That's a good indication of the kind of people who set foot in this "trattoria." My pizza arrived with the pasta and got cold. I don't think I'll ever set foot in this place lost in the cosmic void again.

18/08/2026: Bad experience, tomato bruschetta and Napoli and Margherita pizza, inedible, I would not recommend it to anyone.

10/05/2026: Wonderful restaurant, decorated like a small tavern with countless bottles. Their strong point (for me) is definitely the stuffed crust pizza, incredible dough, and super-quality ingredients. The restaurant area is also delicious, with its first and second courses. In the summer, they also have a beautiful terrace with a view. Highly recommended!

In my opinion, I would change the name from Ristorante to Trattoria, and this is meant as a compliment to convey the homely atmosphere, the good food, and the simplicity of the place. 04/04/2026: The fish appetizers and first courses are truly exceptional. The service is also excellent. The location, which is very close to the sea but not very beautiful, is compensated by an excellent menu; just look at the dishes and you'll be amazed.

25/06/2026: The mussels were so delicious! The tomato soup with bread was amazing! The owner, Marco, was super friendly! Both the red and white wines were great! If you're looking for good food, you have to come here!

19/06/2026: What can I say? As a Florentine, I can tell you that this is one of the places where you can eat good fish in Florence, and if I look at the quality/price ratio, it's definitely the best.

Mrs. Vilma welcomed us with her usual kindness and warmth, and was available to explain the menu to us. The dishes we ordered were appreciated by everyone at the table, so a round of applause goes to the chefs, as well as to all the dining room staff. 17/01/2026: I'm reluctant to leave a negative review, especially since I'm a local from the single municipality of Castelfranco Piandiscò. Dinner tonight, January 17th, we ordered three pizzas for the kids, and we adults all ordered first courses, including two gnocchi with crab. The service was a bit slow; the first courses arrived before the kids' pizzas after a 30-minute wait... and then the pizzas for the little ones arrived after we'd asked for them too... but that's not the reason for this review: THE REASON IS THAT THEY DON'T SERVE SPOTS OF FISH THAT'S GOING ROOT. STINKING, INEDIBLE, COVERED BY A HUGE BLOOD OF TOMATO AND CREAM SAUCE TO MASCERATE THE SMELL OF FISH THAT'S GOING ROOT! Yes, this happened. The two plates of crab gnocchi the ladies ordered had a strange taste... a flavor that, when I tried to eat the crab meat, turned out to be the same as the internal smell of DEAD! WE TELL THE WAITRESS THAT SHE'S GOT A COLD DAY AND SHE CAN'T SEE ANY SMELLS... WE TELL HER TO LET THE COOK SMEEL... SHE COMES BACK WITH AN APOLOGY, as we were, unfortunately, right. When we get to pay, only one dish is taken off our bill (even though both crabs on the two plates smelled like loot), and we pay without receiving a receipt. I can only say two things... first, never again, since at my house, two dishes were taken off the bill, not one. second, the POS hasn't worked for I don't know how many months, receipts aren't being issued, a generator is running outside to manage the restaurant's electricity... plus, the dishes being made like this... All that remains is to wish you a happy end to 2026....

31/12/2025: We ate at a temperature comparable to the North Pole, everything else was ok. Friendly staff, good pizza.
