07/01/2026: A homey inn with friendly and attentive staff, quick service, and truly excellent food. The owner, also the chef, is very kind and friendly. The dishes are prepared with passion, showcasing the flavors of the sea, and the fish is incredibly fresh, arriving daily. Reservations are recommended to secure a table, especially on weekends. The quality/price ratio is good, and pets are welcome. This restaurant is highly recommended.
06/01/2026: We had the sea bass all'isolana, simply spectacular! The owner/chef was incredibly kind. If you're passing through Viareggio, it's highly recommended!

03/02/2026: The location is very beautiful, with a distinctly seaside vibe that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you enter. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not up to my expectations. I chose the "polpo fritto" panini, but the octopus was quite hard, not very tender, with a slightly "rubbery" texture. It may have been just a fluke in my case, but I expected more, considering the atmosphere and the concept of the location.

We hadn't booked, and the chef himself had a new table set. Then the dishes kept coming, mostly truffle-based—it was simply divine.
Bravo, bravo!!
28/12/2025: Simply the best.
Excellent ingredients and cuisine that never fails. If you're visiting during white truffle season, the tagliolini and tartare are unmissable. For me, Carrara has become synonymous with "La Tavernetta": it's worth the trip alone!

Unpresentable appetizers.
Overcooked spaghetti with seafood. We reported it and they acknowledged that the dishes were unpresentable.
Despite the fact that out of nine people, only one ate, and she ordered a Catalana (the only good dish).
€35 per person, not including dinner!
I'm sorry, but I strongly advise against it.

The prices are moderately high for a pizzeria, perhaps reasonable for a seafood restaurant.

The food is always excellent, the service is quick but not rushed, and the atmosphere is relaxing, almost like being at home. The location on the seafront is also excellent. It's a place I'm fond of and would recommend to anyone in the area—it's worth it!

05/01/2026: I'm hesitant to write this review, but I wanted to point it out. It happened on December 20, 2025, at a birthday party. A waitress fell with the beers and stained my jacket. Okay, it happens, but the laundry is fixed. However, the staff should have been more careful when cleaning the floors, because a girl on crutches from another birthday party next to us slipped and seriously injured herself. Otherwise, everything was fine, except for a small mix-up with the order involving the wrong pizza, but nothing major.

29/09/2025: We asked for a table for three. They didn't listen to us and reserved one for two. When we arrived, we asked for a table inside because it was cold and were told there weren't any. We told them we'd seen them, and they moved us to one inside.
The entire meal was brought to us cold, and it was the worst entrecote I've ever eaten.
We won't be back.
22/09/2025: Great pizza! The takeout was ready in 10 minutes, a record! There's just too much white light inside; perhaps it would be better to replace it with off-white yellow lights for the sphere...

12/01/2026: I want to thank the staff at Bagno Delfino for the wonderful evening. I celebrated my eighteenth birthday and the welcome was fantastic, the room perfectly decorated, the food excellent, they let us do everything, without ever losing their smile and professionalism. I highly recommend it.
12/01/2026: A favorite spot. The food is excellent, the view is stunning both summer and winter (you can eat outside on nice days), and the staff are incredibly friendly. A must-visit!
