12/05/2025: Well if we go to dinner as a couple and eat three pizzas 🍕🍕🍕 and it's the only place where it happens to us and we're even proud of it......I'd say that the pizza is divine and also digestible. Well done. Our favorite place ❤️

26/04/2025: Really good pizzas with many special and local toppings, my "size 42" calzone was excellent, the preparation of octopus and potatoes as a starter was very linear and equally tasty, the final creme brulee was excellent. The room is not exciting and quite noisy, but being able to dine outdoors in summer will certainly be better, the service is attentive and efficient, the price is truly honest. To be repeated

17/06/2025: We were guests at the restaurant. It used to be much better when they still served pizza. Now it's just overpriced and tastes bad. Plus, the train that passes by regularly is very loud and annoying.

30/05/2025: My first time at Foffo and I was truly and positively impressed!! Octopus with potatoes for 10, then we had seafood carbonara, penne with scampi and cherry tomatoes, shrimp in spicy sauce, it's hard to find the best dish!! All truly above average. Impeccable and fast service, the fish feels fresh and quality. It was a discovery but I really recommend it to everyone!! They also do meat and pizza, maybe next time... BRAVISIMI!!! It's a satisfaction to sit at your table. The location is also very beautiful.

21/06/2025: I had a great time. The Caciucco was excellent and plentiful. The atmosphere was informal and with an enviable view. You eat with your feet in the sand on the sea shore. We will return. 🙂

21/06/2025: Positive experience. The quality of the pizza was appreciated, for the dough, the quality of the flour, the excellent cooking and obviously the flavor. We limited ourselves to the marinara and the Napoli, rating no less than 9 out of 10. The fish appetizer was good, excellent calamari alla diavola. Mussels alla marinara were good, tasty and plentiful. The same for the cacciucco, tasty and plentiful. A few small misunderstandings and a bit of a wait for a drink or a dish do not affect the overall positive judgment. If I return to Elba I will also return to Orano to eat. Obviously, compared to the general standard, in my opinion the quality/quantity/price ratio is 10 out of 10. A heartfelt hug to everyone

12/06/2025: Pleasant and welcoming place just a stone's throw from the sea. The pizza is delicious with high-quality ingredients. The managers are very attentive to the details of both the dishes and the service. I also spotted interesting proposals from the kitchen that are definitely worth coming back to taste. Super evening. I recommend it to everyone.

11/06/2025: I came to the Bocconcino restaurant with my friends.. quality and hospitality come first. There is a wide choice between restaurant and pizzeria. We tried both. The first courses of exceptional seafood, the pizzas excellent and particular combinations that can only be found in places that seek true quality. Various options of homemade desserts, the apple pie served with cream ice cream as a proposal of the day truly excellent. I recommend it

04/06/2025: Il Doria è stata una delle sorprese più piacevoli del nostro soggiorno all’Isola del Giglio. Accoglienza calorosa, servizio attento e una cucina che conquista fin dal primo assaggio. I piatti di pesce sono freschissimi e curati nei minimi dettagli, con sapori autentici e presentazioni eleganti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la carta dei vini, ben selezionata, e l’atmosfera del locale: intima ma raffinata. Un ristorante che unisce qualità, passione e tradizione. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

04/06/2025: Prezzi indicibili per una dubbia qualità. Il ristorante è carino, bella location, bella mis en place, servizio molto accogliente (un plauso particolare alla cameriera dai capelli neri) nonostante i nostri due cani di taglia grande. Detto questo, abbiamo mangiato 1seppia caramellata (qualità scadente del pesce, sapientemente coperto dal condimento) 1crostone frutti di mare, cipolla caramellata e bufala (vedi sopra), 2 chitarrine al riccio di mare (buona, non grandiosa), 2 spaghetti al nero, telline e bottarga (molto buona, ma bottarga gia grattugiata), 2 fritti misti (riconoscerei la bustona mix da campeggio economico da un miglio), 1 filetto di ombrina, 4 caffè, 2 grappe 1,5l di vino sfuso. Spesa: 290 euro, 72,5 euro a testa per due portate e ¼, vino sfuso e caffè... Suppongo, non avendo visto lo scontrino, che il coperto sia 10 euro a testa, il caffè 5 euro, il vino costi quanto uno jerman, l'acqua fosse evian e noi avessimo la faccia dei pori polli da spennare. Peccato perché il giglio lo frequentiamo molto e il pesce buono lo conosciamo. Comunque per chi volesse spendere quella cifra e avere una vera esperienza mi contatti, che sulla terraferma di posti in cui non sei solo un turista da spennare ce ne sono assai

12/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante con amici e famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il cibo è molto buono e curato,il personale gentile e disponibile. La carta dei vini molto buona.Il servizio è stato un po’ lento ma il locale era veramente pieno.

15/06/2025: È la seconda volta che vado in questo ristorante e il giudizio è sempre positivo. Il ristorante è situato in Calafuria, il nome stesso lo dice, a picco sul mare con un panorama mozzafiato, oggi in particolare c'era anche una piacevole brezza. Il personale è gentile, premuroso e professionale, il cibo buono e ben presentato. Personalmente ho mangiato un ottimo cacciucco e gli altri commensali li ho visti soddisfatti delle loro scelte. Un problema però c'è, è il prezzo, purtroppo oltre al cibo paghi il luogo, il panorama è oggi anche la brezzolina. Comunque sicuramente un posto da provare magari di tanto in tanto.

14/06/2025: Posto eccezionale!! Si trova proprio dentro le mura di Giglio Castello e mi ha colpito per la professionalità e cordialità del personale, sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Pizze buonissime e location suggestiva, immersa tra i vicoli! Tornerò sicuramente!

04/05/2025: We decided to go there with my group of 15 people for lunch on this beautiful Sunday and we chose a menu of both meat and fish. I found it good, the seafood appetizer and the Tura peach risotto, the fish ravioli and above all the fish patties, the end of the world, very hot dishes and especially the fried food with vegetables then the dessert, plenty of water and wine, staff, welcoming and kind and professional above all very fast I will be back

10/05/2025: Let's go to eat in this restaurant (called a trattoria but it has nothing of a trattoria). Kitchen or restaurant? …We see the pizzas going to the other tables and they don't really entice us at all, so he cooks. On the menu there are “Tuscan soups” depending on availability). On the pizza oven I see a board with the "soups of the day" written on it. I choose one and order it from a girl who unfortunately understood little Italian, she couldn't tell us which ingredients some dishes contained and it took us a quarter of an hour to order. He immediately comes back saying that the soups aren't available today, and another shouts at me as he passes by with some pizzas that they didn't make today because it was hot but if I want there's tripe...?! Alright. Plate change and the order finally leaves. The dishes arrive slowly and are nothing special. In the end we order two more coffees which we are still waiting for. The table, however, is the highlight of the evening. Positioned in the outdoor area, the floor was made up of wooden planks placed at random, near the entrance, which every time the waiters came running in they blew up, making the whole table dance. Set with a paper placemat. And with this table and this service you pay a cover charge of €2.50.

Ogni piatto, curato nei minimi dettagli, ha saputo stupirci con ingredienti ricercati e abbinamenti inediti, sorprendenti e perfettamente equilibrati. L’armonia dei sapori e la bellezza delle presentazioni parlano di una cucina creativa, consapevole e profondamente ispirata. 21/05/2025: What if you think... you just find the best place to eat.. when in Siena??.. because I am at the place. It's hidden. I really guess, this is what they like. But not... now I have been here.! What a great place, between all these expensive, all the same food and price places. Here is just as you would suspect from a typical Italian restaurant. Why ask 16 euro !! For a half liter of house wine ?? Here just 6 and a great one. Food and prices . You simply can't get a better deal. The service. Just as the complete place just getting " home " and have your meal. No doubt. This is the place to be. And I really hope. They stay as it is. And 1000% I will get back
