It was my first time at the restaurant, and I'll be back soon. I found friendly, helpful people who know their stuff. The food was varied and excellent, and stood out from the usual seafood. I highly recommend it for its variety and quality.

Excellent seafood and land in the heart of Cecina! A relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service. The selection of raw fish... incredibly fresh, prepared with care. The attention to the ingredients is undeniably evident! Another highlight of the evening was the porcini mushroom risotto with pink shrimp and almonds, perfectly creamed and fragrant. A nice selection of wines. I found the price to be fair given the quality of the ingredients. If you enjoy good food and good food, this restaurant is the place to come.

Tried it for lunch as a quick stop in Cecina. The place isn't huge, but it's nice. Fast service. I tried the first courses, which were good and had decent portions.

Excellent food, exquisite quality, and excellent service! We had linguine with squid ink and spaghetti with shrimp and truffle, each one better than the last! To round out the dinner, we had a fresh crudité and a creamy pecorino cheese gelato with white chocolate crumble. Highly recommended, excellent value!

10/05/2026: I wish we could give this place 10 stars.Delicious, fresh, high quality, delicate and sumptuous best describe the food we had at Al Cancelletto. This restaurant has the best food by far in Amalfi. A true hidden gem.We had the eggplant, Parmesan, ricotta and eggplant, ravioli, spicy pizza And two different types of bruschetta. And the service was truly amazing, including the manager, Augustino.
10/05/2026: An absolute highlight in Amalfi! The food at Al Cancelletto was simply outstanding – fresh ingredients, authentic Italian cuisine, and perfectly prepared specialties. The pasta and seafood were especially divine. The service was warm and attentive, and we felt welcome from the very first moment. Add to that the beautiful atmosphere with its typical Italian charm – perfect for a relaxing evening/day in Amalfi. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with passion. For us, it's one of the best restaurants on the Amalfi Coast. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

01/05/2026: Good fish, though rather overpriced. Dessert is forgettable. Service needs rethinking, very disorganized and confusing.
28/04/2026: I really liked this place ! Always a little wary of restaurants in touristy areas but this was great. We had mussels & shellfish parmigiana to start, followed by a delicious carbonara & spaghetti with clams, all superbly cooked & reasonably priced, washed down with a nice bottle of crisp dry white Fantastico 👍👍
