18/07/2026: The place appears to be welcoming. Welcoming staff, but the very surly managers favor tables. The food was below expectations. They don't know what hospitality is. We asked to move our table because they sat us next to the pizza oven, but the managers didn't even show up to apologize, ignoring our request. They told us the kitchen was closed, leaving us without a main course, but they served food to a table after us. So I didn't know if the kitchen was closed for us and open for others. Moral of the story: don't be fooled by appearances.

06/07/2026: Clean place, friendly staff. The anchovies are truly delicious, the cheese from the cured meats appetizer is a true specialty, and then, as promised, the review for the pizza wizard cannot be missed, a margherita that is a spectacle for the eyes and the palate, which pleasantly surprised me, I have to recommend it. I happened upon it by chance from Rome on June 28, 2026, and I already miss it, you know, I highly recommend it for its excellent quality, and the quality/price ratio that could not be missed. 11/05/2026: Wonderful place, small spa but proportionate to the number of rooms in the structure, very large and beautiful outdoor area, relaxing massages that do what they are supposed to, restaurant with small portions but high quality.

27/04/2026: I purchased the Botticelli voucher as a gift for my wife. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Debora, kind and smiling. We were placed in a Charme room, which could use some minor maintenance to bring it up to a 4-star standard. Overall, it was satisfactory. The spa experience was excellent, especially given the limited number of other guests. The staff were polite and courteous. One suggestion: I would provide the herbal tea corner with a kettle and at least a couple of herbal tea bags. The restaurant area for dinner was very popular, as were the dishes we sampled. The wait staff were also professional, yet had a pleasant, friendly demeanor. Bathrobes and beach towels were provided. Breakfast was also satisfactory. We will definitely return and I recommend it! Special mention goes to Giovanni at reception. He was excellent at resolving a mix-up!

21/07/2026: Pizza Diavola was okay. Fungi, on the other hand, was a sad-looking pizza. Taste was nonexistent. The waitstaff didn't notice us, so we couldn't order drinks again. When we waved to get their attention and ordered something else, it simply didn't arrive. We then went inside to pay. There are better restaurants.

14/11/2025: The pappardelle with Chianina beef ragù was very good, as was the Croatian steak. The apricot tart was noteworthy, and the cantucci tiramisu deserves special mention. The prices are moderately high, but worth it. Ample parking outside. The place is spacious and the staff are very helpful.

29/04/2026: We had three kinds of seafood as a starter—it was amazing. For the main course, we had excellent lobster with pasta and mussels with pasta. The service was fast and pleasant, which unfortunately can’t be said about other restaurants here. 99% of the guests in the restaurant were locals.

29/03/2026: A great place to eat unusual burgers. The place doesn't look great... we're on Via Pistoiese and it looks like the garage of a house down the road. Inside, they've done everything they could to make it nice and welcoming. That aside, my family and I appreciated the young woman who served our table for her proactive presence and helpfulness. The burger was also very good, without too many frills. The meat and fries were good. The cheesecake was also good. Everything was homemade. The beer from the masters is a sure thing. Well done.

29/06/2026: Toasted pizza, hamburger served without bread, and never specified why, with four potatoes on top. The square is beautiful, but no credit to them.
