01/11/2025: We've known Fulvio, the master waiter and excellent host, for 17 years; the legendary Chef Alessandro (a 5-star in my opinion); and the superb waitresses AnnaLisa and Fiorella. A team of competent and kind people, not to mention incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.
28/10/2025: Lunch with a group of colleagues, choosing from a quality set menu: cheese lasagna, pork loin with Montecarlo red beans, and cantuccini with vin santo.
Served by very friendly and approachable staff.
I recommend a visit.

13/09/2025: Great value for money (everything is a bit dated, but absolutely fine), great pool, beautiful view. There's a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground, two pools, and a restaurant. The pool bar is also very good. All in all, it's simply fantastic, especially with children.
26/08/2025: I only used the pool, the on-site restaurant, and the bar. The location is beautiful, green, quiet, and relaxing.

31/01/2026: A disgraceful restaurant! We went because of the good reviews, and to our surprise, nothing could be further from the truth.
It was terribly cold and unpleasant on January 31st.
The food was a real shame... but what shocked us was charging 25 euros for a hamburger with stale bread and cold pickles.
And what can we say about the Florentine steak? It was like shoe leather. A truly awful experience.

01/05/2025: Abbiamo preferito l'ottima cucina senese, a base di carne e pasta fatta in casa a mano, al menu di pesce, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: i piatti, molto curati ed appetitosi, di grande qualità, serviti con attenzione, sono stati tutti molto piacevoli.
Il locale, di lunga tradizione, è molto piacevole.
30/04/2025: Era la prima volta che ci andavamo, anche se in pieno centro della nostra città.
Sapevamo già che non sarebbe stata una cena da poca spesa, però l'importante è che siamo stati benissimo.
Le pietanze erano veramente ottime, ci siamo sentiti "coccolati" . Il personale è veramente professionale e più che cortese.
Siamo stati veramente bene

03/02/2026: The location is very beautiful, with a distinctly seaside vibe that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you enter. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not up to my expectations. I chose the "polpo fritto" panini, but the octopus was quite hard, not very tender, with a slightly "rubbery" texture. It may have been just a fluke in my case, but I expected more, considering the atmosphere and the concept of the location.

Very beautiful location. Excellent service. But we were disappointed with the food. We had a few appetizers and the fish soup, but none of the four of us liked it. One of us even had stomach problems right after dinner. Too bad.

25/10/2025: We ordered two lobster chitarrine, a gnocco with Gorgonzola and truffle, and fried fish with vegetables.
The lobster entrees tasted of tomato, not fish. We had half a lobster, but it was overcooked, rubbery, and tasted like ammonia. For the price, I expected much more. The fried food was undercooked, with more vegetables than fish, and the fries were undercooked.
The gnocco was nothing to complain about, very good.
I don't think I'll return, although I'm sorry.

03/01/2026: A good location for visiting San Gimignano, about a 10-minute walk to the historic center. You can drive right up to the entrance, and even if there's no parking, you have plenty of time to get settled in. Simple rooms, a good breakfast in a lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely picturesque view of San Gimignano and its towers, even more beautiful at night, from just outside the entrance, but perhaps from some rooms as well. I removed one star because the information says "wheelchair accessible," which isn't entirely true.

16/09/2025: Very kind and helpful staff. We went to Sunset on Monday (the day before the season closed). We had a great time. They reserved a table for us with a spectacular sunset view. Even though we'd booked with The Fork, we had a dog and they welcomed her with water. The food was plentiful, delicious, and of high quality.
Highly recommended.

09/12/2025: It was my first time at the restaurant, and I'll be back soon. I found friendly, helpful people who know their stuff.
The food was varied and excellent, and stood out from the usual seafood.
I highly recommend it for its variety and quality.

A relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service.
The selection of raw fish... incredibly fresh, prepared with care.
The attention to the ingredients is undeniably evident!
Another highlight of the evening was the porcini mushroom risotto with pink shrimp and almonds, perfectly creamed and fragrant.
A nice selection of wines.
I found the price to be fair given the quality of the ingredients.
If you enjoy good food and good food, this restaurant is the place to come.

13/01/2026: Welcoming staff, a reimagined traditional venue, and food that's neither good nor bad. We expected more.
01/01/2026: I made a reservation for two people on October 26, 2025, for December 31, 2025, more than two months in advance. The reservation included a TheFork discount on the à la carte menu.
Just to be sure, on December 12, 2025, I contacted the restaurant directly to confirm that, for the evening of December 31, a à la carte menu was also available in addition to the set menu, so I could take advantage of the discount. They confirmed in writing that this would be possible.
On December 31, I received another email from the restaurant to confirm the table, to which I replied confirming my attendance.
Having arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, I was instead informed that it was not possible to order anything other than the set menu, a complete contradiction both to what I had previously been told and to what was advertised on their social media channels.
Faced with this evident lack of consistency and respect for the customer, I decided to leave. Since it was New Year's Eve, no other nearby restaurant was available, forcing me to opt for a food truck.
I'll leave it up to the reader to assess the reliability and integrity of this place.

15/08/2025: It was a wonderful discovery, with dishes worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, showcasing sophisticated combinations and meticulous preparation, all in a waterfront setting and at fair prices. The staff was truly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
