06/10/2025: We come here very often. The food is very good and the service is very intimate. It always feels like coming to eat with family. I recommend it.

04/09/2025: I found this place "by chance," browsing maps to figure out where to eat. What can I say? The hospitality/food ratio is on par.... The dishes are good, fresh, and tasty, as are the authenticity and friendliness of the hostess! I'm really happy I found this place, because it will be a place I'll return to when I'm back in Pisa. The quality/price ratio is excellent; we only ate fish dishes and it was definitely worth the money! We'll definitely be back!

17/07/2025: Absolutamente terrible. Fue muy grosero. El dueño con las gafas. Cuestioné algunas cosas que había puesto en nuestra factura y literalmente me tiró dos euros. Pedimos pescado mezclado y terminamos comprando dos camarones y dos rodajas de pulpo. Él me dijo que el pescado es todo en el mar y sin embargo no conseguimos todo en el mar. Mantente alejado

09/12/2025: The pizza was really good and well-filled, the place was warm, and the service was fast. They messed up the final bill. Since there were a large table, they gave the receipt to the birthday girl, who had to make do with telling everyone how much they'd pay, and then we went to the cashier one by one... But wouldn't it have been quicker to just go to the cashier, tell them, and pay? Plus, they added dishes from other tables... Chaos!

08/12/2025: Enough of this!! Full of oil, it needs to be drier, a crash course for the chef NO?? At 11pm I still had oil IN THE MOUTH 🥺 such a terrible frito!! Never eaten it, yet indifferent staff... WELL DONE

09/12/2025: I had dinner with my wife yesterday, December 8, 2025. When we got home, my wife started having a stomachache and went to the bathroom several times. She was sick for several hours. The next afternoon, I had the same symptoms as my wife. I hope it passes tomorrow, because if not, I'll be forced to go to the emergency room and explain what happened to me. By the way, I'm not a doctor, but the fish I ate was definitely not fresh, or frozen and thawed several times. I will definitely never go to this restaurant again. And then they talk badly about Chinese restaurants!!! This restaurant's low prices, serving fish, means it's not quality. I spent €70 for two, eating all fish, a starter, a main course, a side dish, a drink, dessert, and a cover charge. I'm very angry because it's unfair to treat people this way. I admire restaurants that charge higher prices but serve fresh food more.

11/10/2025: Great! The catch of the day is served, with simple yet authentic dishes. We went back twice in four days without batting an eyelid. We ate pici with DOP lagoon bottarga and a portion of marinated eels. The service was fast and the waiters were very kind and friendly. Reservations are essential. I recommend asking for a table on the veranda to enjoy a stunning sunset over the lagoon.

28/11/2025: I've been to this pizzeria, just steps from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The pizza isn't bad, definitely above average, the prices are fair, and the staff is friendly.

07/09/2025: We found it by chance on our way back from a weekend in Orvieto. We ordered the mixed crostini, tagliatelle with rabbit ragù and crème brulee. The food was homemade and delicious, and I'd definitely return. The service was neither excellent nor infamous.

06/09/2025: It's a great idea to get off the highway and eat here instead of at a rest stop. It's a small place, but perfect for a quick stop and some typical dishes without breaking the bank.

08/12/2025: An experience NOT TO BE REPEATED. €723 for two nights for two. Dated hotel, tiny room, torn bathrobes, wear and tear, and dust everywhere. They gave us a massage as soon as we arrived, without even having time to put down our bags, not considering that people also arrived from out of town. Everything was rushed. First negative note. Second extremely negative note: we asked for two toasted sandwiches because, in fact, they gave us the massage at lunchtime without the slightest concern, and made us get it ourselves, waiting twenty minutes for a measly toasted sandwich. In the afternoon, we decided to relax in the "spa," but it was a kid-sized pool, packed with people from outside, with a maximum of 10 loungers. At that point we left and, to do something, given the UNUSABLE spa (also tired from the trip), we asked for the prosecco WHICH WAS ALREADY INCLUDED, but they told us they wouldn't give it to us before 6 PM. After insisting, they made us get it ourselves upstairs AGAIN without a single concern, and they even wanted to charge us for it since it wasn't within their established time (from 4 to 6, who knows what would have changed). The welcome fruit at 6 PM (also included in the package) was a strawberry cut in half, a few grapes, half a pineapple slice, and two orange slices. The staff was rude and unprofessional from the start. Dinner was all quite okay only thanks to the competent chef and a few kind waiters. The massage staff was the only positive thing about the facility (it almost seemed like a separate thing). Once we checked out and spent a very substantial sum on these unpleasant services (excluding massages), they charged us an extra €83 for the aforementioned toasts, water with dinner, accommodation, and four glasses of wine worth up to €5 each for the quality. After GIVING AWAY this money, they can be sure they'll never see us again, not even with binoculars. We travel every weekend and pay half of what we spent here everywhere, but even though this was the most expensive stay of all, it was the worst from the moment we set foot there. I repeat, ladies who gave the massages were very sweet and attentive, except for the massages, everything was terrible for the price. We returned to Rome more tired than before.

08/12/2025: I stayed at this property with a friend; the cost of the stay included accommodation, dinner, breakfast, spa access, and a treatment of your choice...truly excellent. The dinner menu offers a good selection, all tasty and beautifully presented. The classic breakfast, sweet and savory, perhaps a little below expectations. I want to emphasize the skill, professionalism, and friendliness of the spa staff, Maria Francesca and Lucia, who made our treatment even more enjoyable. A truly appreciated stay. 03/09/2025: We were there a few days ago. The location is stunning, both for the garden and the hotel-side entrance. The friendly service is perfect for those who appreciate attentive service. They even seat you with the person who sets your chair. If your glass is empty, the waiter will come promptly. The pizza is good, but not the best I've had. The dough is easy to digest, and the ingredients deserve a 4 out of 5, so it gets a thumbs up. The desserts also get a thumbs up. The price is obviously higher than average, but it's justified by one of Florence's most prestigious locations.

16/10/2025: This was a fantastic spot to celebrate our anniversary while visiting Florence. The sophisticated atmosphere and impeccable service made this a very special meal. Bedsides our delicious multi-course meal, we were greeted with a lemon/vodka/prosecco apertivo, a tasting platter, and an elegant presentation of four types of bread. Between our dishes, we were served a very light palate refresher with green chartreuse. Cestello has an extensive wine list; another table ordered the wine flight and it was lovely admiring the presentation! Both the charred sea bass and chef-special branzino were phenomenally tasty. My husband ordered gnocchi, and amberjack from the Crudite menu. Each dish delivered layers of flavors, a real distinction in a city filled with good food. The service included at least four different servers attending to our fresh flatware. Each course seamlessly blended with the best. It was a feast for the senses. For dessert, we chose the chocolate dome with banana-rum sorbet, and espresso. Finally, when my stomach felt ready to burst, our server brought out a tiered sampler with six bite-sized dolci for us to taste. The whole evening was exquisite!

16/10/2025: We had a group of ten. Table was set so we were quite spaced out but it was quiet. Food prepared nicely but not great for the price! Slow service. There were lots of great extras like a starter lemon vodka drink, bread, fabulous bread sticks, crackers with oil. And yummy candies at the end! Quite pricey!

11/10/2025: Nice place, good food, excellent service but €47 per person for 2 and I underline 2 stuffed mussels (excellent) 1 plate of spaghetti with seafood (good), 1 bottle of Prosecco for 5 and 4 Branca mint seems a bit excessive.

14/09/2025: Excellent seafood and land in the heart of Cecina! A relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service. The selection of raw fish... incredibly fresh, prepared with care. The attention to the ingredients is undeniably evident! Another highlight of the evening was the porcini mushroom risotto with pink shrimp and almonds, perfectly creamed and fragrant. A nice selection of wines. I found the price to be fair given the quality of the ingredients. If you enjoy good food and good food, this restaurant is the place to come.

11/09/2025: Tried it for lunch as a quick stop in Cecina. The place isn't huge, but it's nice. Fast service. I tried the first courses, which were good and had decent portions.
