01/03/2026: It tastes like "I'll never go back." We were served by a truly kind and thoughtful young man. We'll only save him. The menu offers a wide selection, inviting to peruse. Also, it feels like déjà vu at a well-known restaurant in the province. Avoid the polenta appetizer. Perhaps it was fried the night before. Poor-quality tagliatelle with a mushroom sauce that didn't quite match. As for the pappardelle with duck sauce... the duck had gone out, replaced by juniper, bay leaves, and cloves. So, it was pappardelle with aromatic tomato sauce. In short, it needs fixing. Maybe we got the wrong courses, and if we had tried the main courses... who knows?

15/03/2026: We had a very good experience during the Viareggio Carnival. The reservation had been mishandled, and 13 of us found ourselves without a table during the lunch rush. I'm Ligurian, and in Liguria, that would have meant a sandwich in a bar, not here. We were invited to wait, and within twenty minutes, we were seated. Even though the place was full (actually, overflowing), we were served courteously and had a truly delicious meal. Kudos to those who are so eager to work, who overcome the myriad little challenges that such a business entails in busy tourist destinations, and who face it all with a smile.

23/11/2025: The food was very poor and hard to digest. There was no menu and therefore no prices. The owner recommended the famous Tris appetizer, which surprised us at €44 for two, and €22 each for the three-piece appetizer. We felt cheated. I strongly recommend providing pricing information to customers to avoid disappointment. The service was good, the waitress was attentive, and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, but too expensive for what you get.

14/11/2025: The A.T.F. Service store is located adjacent to the central Piazza Togliatti, home to Scandicci's weekly market. The store offers expert repairs or replacement parts for Folletto and Thermomix appliances in a reasonable timeframe. I had several parts replaced on my Vorwerk Thermomix because they were worn. They ordered the missing parts and then completed the complete assembly. The organization was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and generous with advice on any repairs or replacement parts. The store staff was very kind and professional.

26/10/2025: At Michele's restaurant, everything is in its place, and even my dog, who arrived unannounced, found a friendly place. I had a mouth-watering fried juvenile fish platter, followed by a homemade taglierini pasta with amberjack and bottarga. The stuffed zucchini flowers and the grouper steak were also beautiful. A chestnut flan with goat's ricotta mousse rounded out the evening. The price is in line with the food and service. Would you want to spend 50-60 for a dinner like this if a pizzeria costs at least 25? Highly recommended.

18/08/2025: I had the pleasure of having breakfast and dinner at the Mariva Dune restaurant with my family, and the experience was exceptional! The location is perfect: very close to the sea, yet immersed in a green oasis that guarantees a truly relaxing atmosphere. The food is top-quality, with fresh, tasty dishes prepared with great attention to detail. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, and the attention to detail, including that of the property manager, Luca, makes the experience even more pleasant and exclusive. Highly recommended for those seeking nature, excellent cuisine, and a relaxing atmosphere. We'll be back soon!

01/04/2026: The food was okay, but the staff was terrible. The older waitress was very rude to us and very kind to the people at the next table: a blatant and annoying inequality of treatment. I don't know if it's racist. She didn't even ask for the meat to be cooked, ruining the dish. A place that doesn't know what hospitality is.

01/04/2026: Terrible service. I wonder how anyone can work in the restaurant industry with so much pent-up anger. To the elderly lady who ignored us and treated us rudely: it's never too late in life to learn good manners. If you don't enjoy interacting with people, perhaps it's best to stay home. The quality of the food (the steak was wrong because she didn't ask us how it was cooked) doesn't justify such discriminatory treatment.

23/03/2026: Excellent restaurant with a stunning sea view, attentive and friendly service, fresh and very good food, especially the squid ink risotto with lemon air, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I will be back soon, highly recommended!!!

13/01/2026: Welcoming staff, a reimagined traditional venue, and food that's neither good nor bad. We expected more.

01/01/2026: I made a reservation for two people on October 26, 2025, for December 31, 2025, more than two months in advance. The reservation included a TheFork discount on the à la carte menu. Just to be sure, on December 12, 2025, I contacted the restaurant directly to confirm that, for the evening of December 31, a à la carte menu was also available in addition to the set menu, so I could take advantage of the discount. They confirmed in writing that this would be possible. On December 31, I received another email from the restaurant to confirm the table, to which I replied confirming my attendance. Having arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, I was instead informed that it was not possible to order anything other than the set menu, a complete contradiction both to what I had previously been told and to what was advertised on their social media channels. Faced with this evident lack of consistency and respect for the customer, I decided to leave. Since it was New Year's Eve, no other nearby restaurant was available, forcing me to opt for a food truck. I'll leave it up to the reader to assess the reliability and integrity of this place.
