27/05/2025: Trattoria d’altri tempi dove il proprietario , un personaggio che sembra uscito da un fumetto, ti elenca a voce il ridotto menu fatto con ciò che offre il mercato. Abbiamo mangiato uno spaghetto con sugo di pesce in bianco con cozze e vongole da urlo ed un polpo affogato di unica morbidezza. Prezzi fuori dal tempo. 35 euro in due compreso dedica sullo scontrino fiscale

27/04/2025: Con alcuni amici siamo andati a farci due spaghi da Nedo, personaggio eclettico, che in ogni caso fa il 90% del posto. Cibo senza infamia e senza lode. Prezzi Onesti. Non ci porterei la fidanzata, ma per un pranzo al volo o una ribotta con gli amici è il posto perfetto. Ci torneremo!

02/06/2025: Bellissima location con un giardino interno molto grazioso con piante verdi in giare giganti. Personale cordiale e molto attento. Consiglio cinghiale alla cacciatore e risotto allo scoglio. Spaghetti alle vongole porzione abbondante ma non così saporita. Frittura mista di pesce troppo pastellata. Prezzo medio alto. Consigliata la prenotazione.

01/06/2025: 1 ora e 30 di attesa per mangiare male male male. Cibo di bassa qualità e prezzi troppo elevati. Non lo consiglio assolutamente

03/05/2025: Cena veloce,un buon compromesso come soluzione, l'ambiente per essere un fast restaurant è gradevole.purtroppo la scelta proposta è largamente ridotta in fase di ordine,si ha quasi l'impressione di terminare gli avanzi del giorno. Sarà stata una serata storta, peccato.

30/04/2025: Ci andiamo spesso per mangiare una buona frittura mista.Ci piace la location,il cibo e la pulizia. È di poco impegno,ordini,pranzi se avanza del cibo hai già il contenitore e te ne vai. Mangiare circondati dal verde e dai fiori è una delizia!! Dimenticavo ..la spesa è onesta.

14/06/2025: Negative experience: lack of transparency and disproportionate bill We were 20 people at this restaurant. When we booked, we were offered the pizza tour formula, which usually includes a fixed price per person and a number of pizzas served until full. A solution that seemed adequate for a large group. When it came to the bill, however, we were faced with an unpleasant surprise: each individual pizza was charged at full price (between 12 and 15 euros each), as were all the drinks. The total was 830.50 euros, a figure completely disproportionate to what we had been told. Some details from the receipt that leave you perplexed: 7 coffees = €17.50 8 bottles of water = €28 40 medium beers = €280 Cooking fee: €2.50 per person, for a total of €50 We pointed out the inconsistency with the initial agreement, but we did not receive any convincing explanation or signs of willingness to review the situation. A real shame: an evening with friends turned into a disappointing experience, marked by a lack of clarity and poor communication. We would not recommend it for group events, nor will we return.

13/06/2025: We got the truffle pizza and calzone. The pizza was confusing with the menu saying it had truffles and it came with black balls that I wasn’t sure what they were but it was average, not worth the price. The calzone was bland, all the toppings were on top and it was kinda hard to eat. The waiter didn’t check on us unless we called on him. The tiramisu was good but not really coffee like. While sitting inside all the doors were open so it was like we were practically still sitting outside. Over all felt full but not satisfied. I felt they focused more on looks not taste.

01/06/2025: Let yourself be blown away by this hidden gem of a restaurant where TRUE passion for hospitality, food and wine pairings with cool beats in the background gives you the total package of a evening that will have you talking about this place and the experience you had for years to come!!!!!!We were told about Cestello by Paolo our Concierge at Villa Medici and will be forever grateful for the tip that had us have one of our best meals and evenings out for years. Francisco our server and Juan our Sommelier had us try the blind 5 course menu and wine pairing that from the get go had us guessing the many flavors exploding across our taste buds. It was sublime and had us enjoying every second of our dinner and wine we were blown away by. The chef and team in the kitchen had a great experimental vibe complimented with incredible ingredients and beautiful presentation that had us excited all the way thru the almost 3 hour experience. You cannot leave Firenze without at least 1 meal here!!!!!

The staff’s smiles were not just polite gestures, but truly heartfelt. A very special thank you to Izadora — her presence elevated the entire evening. She wasn’t just serving tables, she was creating a memorable experience with every movement. Her smile was sincere, her energy unstoppable, and her kindness felt real. She worked with the grace, precision, and determination of an F16 in full flight, yet always made us feel at home. She is the kind of person who turns a good dinner into a great memory. Thank you, Izadora — you truly made the night unforgettable. And my sincere compliments to the chef for the incredible food. I will definitely be back!

02/06/2025: Possibilità di mangiare nel parco accanto alle mura, fiorentina meravigliosa servita su piastra calda con grado di cottura a piacimento. Contorni di alta qualità come i salumi dell'antipasto. Cantina dei vini ben fornita. Staff attento e gentile. Bravo Ciro e tutto lo staff

22/02/2025: Siamo tornate per l’ennesima volta in questo ristorante e come sempre abbiamo mangiato da 10 e lode. Gennaro il titolare è una persona molto competente e gentilissimo. Ristorante consigliatissimo!!!!

08/02/2025: Trovare il mare a Firenze non è facile ma al 7 scogli si sentono le onde...... Da provare gli abbinamenti dei piatti con birre artigianali attentamente selezionate. La ribollita di mare un capolavoro......

06/05/2025: Reading the reviews, it seemed like a retro place but with a simple but valid offer. We happened upon an evening in which it was not possible to eat pizza (perhaps when one makes a reservation, given that it is mainly a pizzeria, perhaps specify it..) due to their problems, we nevertheless decided to stay given the late hour and we regretted it: terrible starters, poorly made first courses and taken away. It's unfortunate because it gave the impression of a tired, finished place... from the staff to the place, I couldn't find a positive note... not even the POS was working that evening. I'm sorry but I would never recommend it.

21/02/2025: Family-run hotel with really large and very well-furnished rooms. The excellent cuisine, then, makes the stay even more pleasant, adding "flavor" to the relaxing atmosphere that you experience in this structure.

26/11/2024: Ormai sono più di 30 anni che se voglio mangiare pesce squisito devo recarmi qui. Tutto sempre molto curato nei minimi dettagli e posto veramente elegante. Le mie impressioni sono le stesse che hanno provato coloro che nel tempo hanno pranzato o cenato con me in questa oasi meravigliosa. Se potessi darei 10 stelle perché in tutta la Versilia solo pochissimi ristoranti possono competere con La Chandelle.

09/06/2025: Spectacular fishing lodge where you can taste the goodness of the lagoon. If you are in those parts it is worth going there and maybe waiting a little You will not regret it
