06/07/2025: Great for lunch if you want to sit down and be served comfortably in a nice environment. Delicious food and a good idea the 4/5 various menus that go from the first, second, side dish, water and coffee at a fixed price (from 12 to 14 euros if I'm not mistaken).

30/07/2025: Marciana offre uno spettacolo dall alto veramente splendido e la terrazza del ristorante valorizza appunto il panorama... ahimè c'è da dire qualcosa a riguardo il rapporto prezzo/quantità ( scarso) la qualità del cibo comunque buono ; 3 euro di coperto che vanno ad aggiungersi al malumore per dei set di carta da Pub che un ristorante in quella posizione e comunque ben curato non merita; lo STAFF: in serata il locale è prevalentemente frequentato da vacanzieri " perché mettergli tutta questa fretta?" Perché mettere in tavola questa ansia di dover arrivare al caffè in men che non si dica? C'è un panorama di tutto rispetto che le persone vorrebbero godere. Insomma il lavoro del ristoratore prevede sacrifici e pazienza d'altra parte non credo che l abbia consigliato il medico di farlo. Sicuramente un/una gerente coscienzioso/a saprà sicuramente valorizzare questo commento.

23/07/2025: I went there on Monday evening for dinner. The inn was beautiful and the food excellent. Parking in front of the building. I recommend it. We'll be back.

21/07/2025: The game-based first courses are excellent, especially the tagliolini with pigeon; a good selection of meat and seafood second courses, generally fresh and not frozen; a wide selection of Tuscan wines; and finally, homemade desserts or ice cream. A decent restaurant among the many in the area, though not always up to par.

Impossible not to pass by the Tessis tavern in Portoferraio: Massimo n.1!! Indescribable as an experience and impossible not to pass by here.......

12/05/2025: Fun local restaurant I found ona Sunday in May on Maps. Glad I did. Food and atmosphere were great. Entered at 7:30pm as the first customers and the place was packed when we left. Spaghetti Barbarossa was spectacular.

02/08/2025: The tagliatelle were so overcooked they tasted like baby pasta! The fried food was limp, the service was courteous, friendly, and helpful, but the quality of the food was truly poor. No value for money. What a shame. I had eaten well there years ago!

27/07/2025: Dopo aver preso l’ombrellone siamo andati al ristorante. Erano le 14:30, e la cucina sarebbe chiusa alle 15. Nonostante ciò, non ci hanno fatto sedere, dicendo che avremmo potuto mangiare al massimo un’insalata nell’area bar, per giunta pre-fatta. Mentre ci stavamo sedendo, siamo passati davanti alla cucina a vista, e abbiamo visto i piatti che erano ancora in preparazione, la gente al tavolo che ordinava, e i piatti che uscivano. Persino alle 14:50 uscivano ancora piatti dalla cucina. Sono andata a chiedere al personale il motivo per cui non ci avesse fatto sedere, e hanno iniziato ad inventare scuse. È stata un’esperienza spiacevole, dato che il personale, oltre ad aver detto cavolate, le diceva pure con tono sostenuto. Quando si ha poca voglia di lavorare purtroppo è così. Di certo non torneremo

Ci è stato servito su un bel piatto decorato di plastica dura e soprattutto la porzione di mio marito era il doppio della mia...assolutamente insapore, le vongole le dovevi Carcare con l'aiuta...3 in tutto il piatto!! Per quanto è come abbiamo mangiato CARISSIMI...a mai più!! Se passate da lì il consiglio è di passare oltre...

01/08/2025: La Rocca at Castelfalfi is a dream come true if you enjoy masterfully prepared dishes that are composed of locally sourced ingredients and combine flavor and texture in ways you can't imagine. Chef Davide De Simone and his crew really outdid themselves with incredible combinations. Every course of the tasting menu was exceptional and creative, but the escargots and the risotto just blew us away. As always, the people make the difference, in our case Mr Jacopo made us feel at home from the minute we stepped into the gorgeous dining room. His knowledge of the dishes, ingredients and preparation techniques was outstanding, but above all he was a kind person with a captivating smile - and outstanding Spanish skills :-) Thank.you for a wonderful evening, Valeria and Daniel

25/07/2025: Good experience, as many have written. I had stopped years ago... I was there about 15 years ago. Like many restaurants now, this one is run by foreigners. Good food. Good prices. Good service. But just a little atmosphere...
