Abbiamo più volte scelto di pranzare/cenare, non solo per la qualità e bontà del cibo, ma anche per la cordialità e disponibilità del Sig. Mimmo e dei suoi familiari. 22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

04/06/2025: Horrible pizza, I ordered a pistachio pizza that I paid a whopping €13, and they brought me a pizza with small slices of mortadella, like Hungarian salami, the kind you buy in large supermarkets for 60 cents per 100 grams; for chopped pistachios, just a sprinkling of pistachio flour... The waiters understood the situation and were certainly sorry for my disappointment The manager wanted to make up for it by taking €1.50 off the bill, which I clearly left on the table I will never repeat this experience again

26/04/2025: I've been going on holiday here to Balestrate for a long time now and the hermit crab is now a guarantee among my favorite culinary destinations. The quality of the products and the service are excellent. If you are in the area I recommend it.

11/05/2025: The room was one floor up the stairs. No one accompanied me or carried my suitcases. I looked out the window and saw a man taking drugs on the sidewalk. Parking was very difficult. Austere breakfast. I would not return.

Personale di sala qualificato, preparato, gentile, mettendo il cliente a proprio agio specialmente in presenza di clienti con intolleranze dando ogni supporto e consigli validi. Qualità dei prodotti ottima ed equilibrato il conto. Ottimo x trascorrere dei momenti di relax mentre di consumano i pasti specialmente in famiglia.
