10/05/2026: Highly discouraged due to the complete lack of seriousness and professionalism. I booked a table for two through TheFork on April 30th for Saturday, May 9th at 8:30 PM, and received a proper confirmation. Despite the reservation having been made a full 10 days in advance, the restaurant dared to cancel it, just four hours before dinner, with a notification at 4:07 PM. The excuse? A "private event." Such an event should be planned in advance; it's not decided on a Saturday afternoon at the expense of guests who already have a confirmed reservation. I find it unacceptable and profoundly unfair to give such short notice on a Saturday evening, making it impossible to find a valid alternative. If you're looking for a reliable place that honors its commitments to its customers, look elsewhere. This restaurant treats reservations as mere suggestions, to be cancelled at will.

03/05/2026: It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once inside, you'll have a great experience: good pizza, a beautiful place. The outside is also beautiful, with a well-kept garden perfect for spending a cool evening with friends or even family. The staff is attentive and friendly.

01/01/2026: Lunch, January 1, 2026 Godiva has an excellent reputation for its creative food and flavorful dishes. Compagnia della Vela with Catering, Godiva Restaurant, confirms the excellent lunch, expertly executed by the staff. The appetizers were excellent, with excellent presentation and flavor, and the arancina and mussels were sublime. First courses: Rice flan with a pea and shrimp sauce was excellent. Ravioli with swordfish roe and clams were excellent. Perfectly cooked. Despite the crowds. The main course was equally delicious. To end the lunch, an excellent cheesecake. Congratulations, until next time.

05/05/2026: Rustic trattoria, neat and clean location, friendly, efficient, and professional staff. We ate well, the fish was very fresh. Prices were average. We'll see you again.

07/04/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant. The location is truly beautiful, the sea is spectacular in that area, and the place is very characteristic. The food was excellent and the portions were very generous.

02/10/2025: A very beautiful place on the sea, with ample and convenient parking with access from the main road. The food and wines are quality, though the desserts, I'd say, are less so. We returned after three days.

24/09/2025: A charming place to visit, especially in summer to enjoy the view. The first courses, the desserts, are good, but the selection is limited, and the semifreddo and almond parfait are very icy. The selection of bitters is very limited (only two).

16/04/2026: Hotel Review – Location right in the heart of the Ballarò Market, Palermo *Good* - *Cleanliness*: Both rooms were impeccably clean. Full marks. - *Restaurant*: Outstanding, truly Michelin-star quality. Service, friendliness, team – everything was extremely courteous, charming, and service-oriented. Every dish we tried was flawless in both taste and presentation. The restaurant alone is worth a visit. - *Bed in Room 1*: Large and very comfortable. - *Room 1 Amenities*: Two bathrooms with toilets and showers, plus a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom, and two TVs. - *Service during room exchange and check-out*: Very friendly and competent staff member. Extremely helpful. - *Luggage storage*: Luggage storage was offered while waiting for the room to be ready. - *Size of Room 2*: Spacious. - *For my needs*: It was perfectly adequate for my needs. I'm very easygoing about this. *Bad* - *Location*: Right next to the Ballarò Market. Extremely loud and dirty. Construction sites everywhere, jackhammers all day long. No vacation atmosphere whatsoever. The views from the rooms are nothing but renovations and construction noise. - *Noise in Room 1*: Located directly in the courtyard. Restaurant patrons sit just 1 meter from the room door. A compressor behind the bed kept switching on all night – as loud as an air compressor next to your pillow. Sleep was impossible. - *Technology in Room 1*: Flickering lights, probably 20 different switches, transformer noises, until eventually nothing worked at all. - *Smell in Room 1*: It smelled musty. We had to empty the dehumidifier in the room three times in one night. - *Building Condition in Room 1*: Questionable. - *Room 2*: Extremely small bathroom, no bathtub. Dirty balcony. A less expensive room category below the suite would have even included a whirlpool, which we had actually expected with the suite. - *Check-in service*: The employee seemed arrogant, lacked charisma, no smile, and was neither charming nor service-oriented. No explanation was given about the room. The concierge did not offer the woman assistance with her luggage. There was also no greeting in the restaurant in the evening. - *Value for money*: €774.85 for 3 nights in a 4-star hotel. For that price, we had construction noise, technical problems, and a musty smell on the first night.

14/04/2026: A lovely and very quiet hotel right in the city center. We had a simply furnished room and the breakfast was adequate. The building itself is very nice and the staff was friendly. Great location.

14/06/2026: Terrible experience at lunch today! A relative wanted to celebrate his birthday by inviting us to lunch at the Via Belgio location. Some appetizers, like the eggplant rolls, were sour, as were some croquettes. The first courses tasted like slush, and in general, many dishes were left half-full because they were inedible. The cake cutting (the only truly good thing, because it was purchased elsewhere) was done in the next room when it could have been cut in a more "transparent" way at one of the empty tables next to our gazebo table... We didn't say anything to the birthday boy so as not to embarrass him. We told a waiter, but I'm afraid the owner still charged us as if everything had been fine... I definitely won't go again!

21/03/2026: I've been going to Solunto Pizzeria for years and am always completely satisfied. The location is impeccable, the staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions or concerns, and the food is excellent, made with quality ingredients and prepared with the utmost care and professionalism. I've known the owners my whole life, and the welcome is always the same. A visit here in the summer is a must; it's absolutely worth it.

03/09/2025: DON'T SET FOOT IN THERE!!!! The phenomenon here thinks he can advertise himself with The Fork, with a 50% discount... and since you pay 50%, he thinks he has the right to have to cook at 50%! He made me half portions of both the appetizer and the pasta portion... 10 mussels in total and four strands of pasta counted without sauce... shame on you!!

28/06/2025: High level Sicilian seafood / pasta experience. Cozy little enclave with AC blasting on a blazing hot summer day. Antipasta mare, seafood fettuccine with amberjack and shrimps and the pasta with lobster all 5/5. Great service, clean and lowkey space. One of the best meals in Palermo

05/04/2026: Open all seasons. Arrive early or reserve a table to dine. The pizza is made by the meter and is fantastic. The service is friendly and has a sense of humor.

05/04/2026: Best pizza I've had in a long time. Perfect. Friendly staff, good service. Reasonable prices. Not a typical pizzeria atmosphere, rather large and quite noisy, but that doesn't detract from a pleasant get-together. I'd go back anytime.
