The fish is incredibly fresh, prepared simply but deliciously, showcasing the authentic flavors of the sea. 🐟 The waiter was truly impeccable: extremely polite, professional, and at the same time very friendly, able to immediately put guests at ease. The atmosphere is typical of Sicilian trattorias, warm and authentic. A truly excellent place, which we recommend to anyone passing through Sferracavallo. 🌊🍷✨

But Il Normanno was the highlight, from the quiet location in a side street to the masterful cuisine with all the richness of Sicilian flavors to the personal and humorous service from a competent team. The price is absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended!

09/09/2025: We had a great time at Baglio Ciachea! We visited for dinner as a family of six, the place is just gorgeous and super chill. The menu was vast and many options were available. We tried several pasta dishes and different appetizers - food was great and service was also really good. Would recommend if you are staying in the area of Capaci!

13/09/2025: Inexperienced waiters, I would even say, they do not understand what is happening at all. When opening a bottle of prosecco, they flooded the entire room, they tried to wipe a huge puddle with my napkin, then took more napkins, but it did not help. We found a cleaner with a mop in about 10 minutes. The guys were not embarrassed by the situation, they just poured me the rest of the bottle. They do not have glasses for prosecco either. They brought side dishes before the main course in 20 minutes, the meat was indicated in the order and on the check 800 grams, but in reality it was about 300 minus the bone (100-150). The staff really does not understand the service. They never brought the change. I do not recommend this place.

08/09/2025: The ribs were juicy and delicious, my husband had the al magnum pizza and states it was delicious , music latino which gave us a nice atmosphere and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. Top notch, will definitely come back.

04/11/2025: Perfect Simplicity by the Sea This restaurant was recommended to us by a Sicilian friend from Palermo, and it was a total success. We arrived early and were lucky enough to get a table with a spectacular sea view, like we were on a boat. The food was simple and delicious. I ordered spaghetti with seafood ricci di mare and devoured every last bit 🤤 authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. My husband had fish: beautiful presentation and impeccable quality. The place is simple and unpretentious, which makes it even more special. Later on, it gets busy, and the service becomes a little slow, but that's part of the charm, and it's completely worth it for the view and the quality of the food. We would return without hesitation. An authentic and delightful spot by the sea.

23/08/2025: As soon as we arrived, we wanted to linger, but in the end we gorged ourselves on the food: to start, they offered us a house appetizer, which was fried shrimp. Then we ordered the lobster Catalana, and my eyes lit up because it was the best I'd ever tasted, also because the onions had a very light flavor that perfected everything. Next up was the cheese-crusted fillet, which was incredibly tender and the cheese melted on top was an aphrodisiac. When a friend of mine received the octopus carbonara, he let me try it, and I had the idea of ​​taking one of the chefs home with me. At a certain point, the mupa tartare arrived. Then I had the citrus ice cream, and that was when I finally satisfied myself.

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

07/11/2025: Two weeks ago, reading the positive reviews, we decided to visit this place for two pizzas. We ordered two with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella. The prosciutto was no longer raw, but rather cooked because it had been cooked with the pizza. The buffalo mozzarella had a nasty flavor, making the whole thing salty and inedible. Not recommended!

12/10/2025: Quality and courtesy. The owner is always attentive and friendly. The seafood dishes are excellent! Especially the seafood risotto and the mussels with tomato sauce and crostini. The pizzas are made with excellent dough and well-seasoned. The only flaw is the slow service.

11/11/2025: A very nice restaurant. Very good food and very friendly service. Pizza is only available in the evenings. It's worth a visit, especially since the prices are very reasonable. It's just a shame the grappa is so expensive (but everywhere in Italy grappa is so damn expensive). I highly recommend it!

07/11/2025: This is our favorite restaurant in Terrasini, where we've always enjoyed delicious, top-quality dishes. The fish is incredibly fresh. The waiters Lorenzo and Massimo are professional, extremely friendly, and attentive to every detail. And Claudio, a chef and master chef, delighted us with his generous and passionate cuisine.

24/09/2025: Anna was fantastic taking care of us. Her suggestions from the menu were on point, we loved every single course, including the bruschetta with anchovies, burrata and fruit as well as our pasta dishes. Highly recommended!!

14/09/2025: A beautifully designed, sophisticated, and very unique venue on the ground floor of the former stables of Palazzo Pantelleria. We dined outside, enjoying raw fish dishes and busiate pasta with calamari and Trapani-style pesto, in the evocative atmosphere of Largo Cavalieri di Malta, where the Palazzo stands majestically, behind Piazza San Domenico. An experience to be repeated!!!
