05/05/2025: I’m writing to share my unforgettable experience and describe the delicious dinner I had at the restaurant. We were in Carini, and we usually asks locals for recommendations. As a fact the majority of them recommended Baglio Ciachea so we called the restaurant to book a table for 7. Our first reaction was 🤩 Wow. The location is amazing. The restaurant is inside an old and enchanting Baglio, with an old And Beautiful Garden. It was April, so still cold. but in Summer time people can dine in the garden, which is a truly experience. Upon our arrival, We were welcomed by two lovely people, Katia and Giovanni, whom customer service is beyond any expectation. Thank you. The menu offers both dining menu and a Pizza menu’, however we decided to go for more a la carte menu’ to get the full experience. The highlight of our experience were pasta with Astice (Lobster), a very delicacy, pasta with squid ink, which if you love fish you can’t absolutely miss it. We proceed with a recommendation from the staff, which included “Salmone in crosta and Red prawns) , which was absolutely delicious. Lastly our dessert was a Tprtino Morbido di Cioccolato. A cake with a soft chocolate mousse. Absolutely delicious. Thank you guys for the customer service and amazing food. We will definitely be back soon. if you are in Sicily it is worth the visit :)

07/07/2025: Old fashioned place, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Food neither praise nor infamy, staff not among the most welcoming. Considering the location the prices are very low, we must admit. A good compromise

08/06/2025: Siamo state in questo ristorante perché super consigliato da Gaspare, il nostro skipper. Che dire, pesce freschissimo, abbiamo mangiato un crudo spettacolare, spaghetti al nero di seppia deliziosi ed una frittura buonissima! Tutti gentilissimi, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

27/06/2025: Kinda place that you yearn for. Away from the bustle of the main drag. Absolutely top service from the team and food that you will remember for a long time. Divine Burrata, the MOST amazing carbonara and the grilled octopus which has to be the best so far. Top marks and at very fair and reasonable prices. Excluding drinks €50 for two and we were stuffed.

30/12/2024: Abbiamo partecipato ad un banchetto di matrimonio tenutosi presso questa struttura. La Villa è carina e ben tenuta e dotata di comodo parcheggio per gli ospiti. Cibo buono, personale gentilissimo e professionale. Matrimonio riuscito veramente bene.

10/06/2025: Very welcoming place with outdoor spaces. Great variety of choice of sandwiches and pizzas. Everything is excellent, both pizzas and sandwiches. Both Marco and Angelica, owners, are kind, courteous and very professional. The staff is also very professional, putting customers at ease. Worth mentioning is Marta who advised us on the dishes well.

02/07/2025: The portions are small, the price is high, the food is average, I ordered one dish and they brought me another, the mussels were very small, the salad mediocre... I do not recommend it at all, the quality is not there and the price is exaggerated, the service leaves something to be desired. We were very disappointed 😞

17/06/2025: Very nice place in the historic center of the town along one of the streets that leads to the cathedral. Possibility of eating both inside and outside at the tables along the street. Well-kept place and very kind staff. Excellent appetizer of the house. Good value for money. Excellent materials used and refined flavors.

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

25/05/2025: This is one of those restaurants where you wonder why they dont have a higher rating. They accommodated our group of 9 with very short notice on a Friday evening. The owner/host (Jessica) and all the staff were very friendly and the service was top class. Every dish we had was truly excellent. When ordering desserts, we asked if it would be possible to have candles for 2 of our group who's birthday's we were celebrating. Not only did they have candles but they had numbers for the specific year of the birthday's. The only disappointment was that we only tried this restaurant on the final evening before we left Palermo so couldn't go back again.

24/05/2025: Fantastic restaurant with high class local food. Staff including Celia were amazing and facilitated a party of 7 adults with 2 young children. We wanted to share family style and the staff were great. The food was really delicious and well presented. It had a huge wine list.
