5 Stars – A Truly Sicilian (Dining) Experience
A visit to Quattro Stagione in Falcone is so much more than just lunch. Host and chef Francesco, with his warm and welcoming personality, creates a truly memorable atmosphere.
The freshly caught fish, cooked directly on the wood-fired grill, was perfectly prepared and served with vegetables and fresh herbs. The accompanying house wine was a wonderful complement. The Sicilian cuisine, prepared with great care, was simply excellent – including the perfectly chilled red wine.
To finish, we enjoyed a homemade limoncello, which perfectly rounded off the experience.
We will definitely be back. This address in northeastern Sicily is one to remember – a visit to Francesco's is absolutely worthwhile. ❤️

We had the pleasure of dining at this trattoria in Oliveri, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The menu caters to all tastes, whether you're a fish lover or a meat-eater, and every dish we tried was simply exquisite, prepared with the freshest ingredients.
An added bonus is definitely the staff: the father and son were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a relaxing lunch.
We'll definitely be back and won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone staying in the area. A truly worthwhile place!

We had a wonderful meal at Francesco and family❣️ You step into a warm bath of friendliness and hospitality! The food is super tasty because the dishes are prepared with love! We only ate there, so no review of the hotel.

What can I say! Don Salvatore, Signora Lucia, and Francesco are a trio of aces.
I've been coming here for years, especially the trattoria, where, believe me...the food is superb.
