27/07/2025: Tutto molto buono, accompagnato da una vista stupenda e da un servizio rapido e attento. Abbiamo preso antipasto le terrazze, tutto veramente buono. Le cozze molto buone e I primi spettacolari. I dolci anche non ci hanno deluso!

15/08/2025: A pathetic place that dares to call itself a “restaurant,” run by an equally pathetic owner. Charging €3 per person is both shameful and abusive for such a disgrace: noise, plastic chairs, endless waiting times, and rude staff. The way you respond to negative reviews shows your complete lack of education and professionalism. You will soon learn the true power of reviews, and that moment will be far from pleasant for you. You had the nerve to tell a customer they “don’t know how to eat at a restaurant,” yet you have no clue what a real restaurant actually is. Your behavior makes it clear that your place is anywhere but in the hospitality business.

24/02/2025: Buono Trovato per caso grazie ad un passante a Milazzo al quale ho chiesto dove si potesse mangiare Paghi 43 euro e mangi un menù di pesce discreto ... Ovviamente nn si può pretendere niente di più a questo prezzo ... Ci ritornerò

04/01/2025: Fort Apache per noi è una garanzia. Ci torniamo ogni anno durante la nostra permanenza in Sicilia. Stavolta abbiamo preso il menù di pesce con antipasti e primi. Porzioni abbondanti e rapporto qualità/prezzo insuperabile.

20/07/2025: It will probably be good to eat!? We haven't had the chance to evaluate it!!! 😥 after having immediately placed an order, after about 45" we were informed that the order had not been sent to the kitchen 🥴 and it would no longer be possible due to the time, to prepare it... So we opted for another order, which we reluctantly did by halving the courses, only to be told again that this one too would take too long... To accommodate us, they could have made us something quick on the grill 🥴. It's really true that there is always something to learn, in all the years that I have been going to restaurants, this is the first and only time that it has happened to me. 😥

05/05/2025: Even though it has been around for decades, it was the first time I set foot there. The restaurant is spread over two floors. Rooms not very large but welcoming. The waitresses (all women) are friendly and efficient. I ate well. Advised!

22/07/2025: We were given a table right away... then we had to wait at least 20 minutes for the menu (there was only one other table of three at the time). We ordered three oysters as an appetizer, which arrived hot, and two calamari skewers, which arrived with about ten... The first course, spaghetti with scampi, was drowning in oil. The mixed fried fish arrived at the same time, which obviously got cold in the meantime. Slow, rude, and superficial service. In the end, I paid about €70 and then was sick for two days because of the oysters... Total disappointment!!!!

07/07/2025: If you are looking for a place where you can feel at home, this place is a great choice. The environment is simple and unpretentious, but this authenticity gives it an old-fashioned, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is kind and helpful, and will make you feel at ease right away. Speaking of the dishes, in particular, the fried fish seems to be well-proportioned and satisfying. As for the spaghetti with clams and mussels, I would have personally appreciated a greater abundance of seafood, and that the overall taste was more decisive. The dish was good anyway.

06/07/2025: This restaurant was opposite our hotel and we first tried it for home made ice cream - it was delicious and staff were really helpful so we went for dinner more than once. It’s position in the cliff is great enhanced by the decor and setting - really great service and tasty food if limited menu - I have a food allergy and they cooked a separate not on menu meal for me - you cannot ask for more than that. It’s is a great place to sit and enjoy the view - thank you to the staff for helping to make a really enjoyable holiday. I see someone thought it pricey - not for this standard of food and place.

01/09/2025: Raw octopus, swordfish rolls with nonexistent swordfish, unspeakable mussels au gratin, delicious fried calamari, sardines a beccafico with the same filling as the mussels (they kept me company all afternoon). Excellent lemon mousse, beautiful location.

31/08/2025: Divine mussels with tomato sauce. Spaggeti alle vongole nice. Nice view, next to the sea. The lady at the reception could have been more polite when I asked her what time the restaurant closes.

22/07/2025: Durante una splendida serata a Mondello, abbiamo cenato al Ristorante da Nicolò e Figli, un locale accogliente a due passi dal mare, specializzato in cucina di pesce. L’esperienza è stata più che positiva. Il menù offre una varietà di piatti di mare freschissimi, preparati con semplicità ma grande cura. Il pesce era di qualità eccellente, ben cucinato e servito con attenzione ai dettagli. I sapori autentici della tradizione siciliana si sentono in ogni portata. Un plauso particolare va al cameriere Claudio, che ci ha accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. Sempre sorridente e disponibile, ha saputo consigliare con discrezione e competenza, contribuendo a rendere la serata ancora più piacevole. L’atmosfera del ristorante è rilassata e familiare, perfetta per una cena tranquilla con vista sulla vita di Mondello. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo ci è sembrato adeguato, soprattutto considerando la qualità e il servizio. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vera esperienza gastronomica marinara in un angolo autentico della Sicilia.

27/07/2025: I'll start by saying I didn't want to add anything to the reviews, which already speak for themselves. But then I read the restaurant's response to one of the latest reviews. It was a response to a negative critique, which stated, "It's the fault of those who raised you." And there I felt like I'd been catapulted into a dystopian spin-off of Quentin Tarantino's "Courtesy of Guests." The funny thing is, we thought we'd simply been unlucky... but then I read the other reviews. And it's a journey. A collage of similar experiences, where the pasta is bad, the service is terrible, and customers are treated like disobedient children in need of re-education. Infinite sadness. We are all protagonists of the same collective nightmare. My heart goes out to you, brothers and sisters at table 7. At the end of the evening, it was 10:30 PM and we hadn't had dinner. We went for a crepe somewhere else, and guess what? It was delicious. Warm, welcoming, quiet. No one yelled at us. No one insulted our manners. It seemed like a dream. I laugh so as not to go back.

27/07/2025: Ancient traditions of teasing customers: we ordered LINGUINE with clams, a seafood appetizer, and fried fish for two. We specifically asked for all the dishes at once because we had to wait for the pizza. SPOILER: The pizza arrived first. There must have been three batches, which we later discovered the owner didn't even know were on the menu. Two arrived with a burrata and three cherry mozzarellas, the third arrived with a discount mozzarella. Maybe they thought the third diner was stupid and wouldn't notice. SPOILER: He did notice. But back to the obviously frozen clams, and especially with EGG TAGLIATELLE. Perhaps they thought we weren't able-bodied enough to notice (we did). But the best part is the owner's genius, telling us that these are just homemade linguine, holding a package of pasta with the words EGG FETTUCCINE written on it. PURE POETRY Ah, the appetizer has arrived after all. A digestif, for example.

20/07/2025: Il locale è davvero molto grazioso curato e il personale accogliente. Purtroppo il piatto ha totalmemte deluso le mie aspettative: lo spaghetto era scotto e frutti di mare mix tra vecchi congelati e andati a male... Avevo una gran fame e ho mangiato gli spaghetti sperando di lasciarmi poi il piacere dei frutti di mare alla fine e invece non ce n'era uno buono! Insomma una vera delusione ma più di tutto, quando l'ho fatto presente al personale, non c'è stato nessun tentativo di compensare la mancanza.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato nella migliore trattoria di Lampedusa per tutta la settimana...devo dire che abbiamo degustato tutto il menù...e mi sento di affermare che è la migliore cucina di Lampedusa... personale molto gentile e disponibile, un locale adatto a tutti , famiglie,coppie,ricorrenze..ma la solarità di Carmen è un qualcosa di eccezionale..😘

29/04/2025: Il locale si presenta abbastanza accogliente, personale disorganizzato, cibo pessimo, mi hanno servito una frittura di pesce congelata, il fritto misto già pronto, pronto da friggere, gusto amaro e pesce di paranza, di legno!! Peccato perché potrebbe essere un posto carino! È proprio difficile in questa zona fare un posto che si mangi bene!!

16/04/2025: Beim ersten besuch war die pizza hervorragend. Beim zweiten nicht, wohl weil der pizzaiolo krank war. Der salat ist gut, auch die dazugereichten brötchen. Die musik ist ziemlich laut. Tolle lage direkt am strand. Das personal sehr freundlich.

20/08/2025: Beautiful property, well-maintained common areas, and a lovely pool. Comfortable rooms with barely adequate furnishings (low-end 3*), not soundproofed, and lacking privacy. The restaurant offers good value for money. Reception staff are sparse and can be reached by cell phone. Check-out policy: 11:00 AM, late check-out at 12:30 PM for €50, and full room rate at 6:00 PM.

18/08/2025: Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. The atmosphere may be nice, but the welcome was truly unpleasant. The owners were rude and unhelpful, with a cold and unprofessional attitude. I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

14/05/2025: Lokalet var fint, vinen var god, og pizzaen er en av de beste vi har smakt noen gang. Elsket det. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

08/04/2025: Ho festeggiato qui il mio compleanno e non potevo scegliere posto migliore a Palermo! Dall'antipasto fino alla pizza, ogni piatto è stato una vera delizia. L’impasto della pizza è leggero, ben lievitato e cotto alla perfezione: croccante fuori, morbido e saporito dentro. Il personale si è dimostrato attento, cordiale e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a rendere l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole. I prezzi sono sopra la media, ma l’esperienza e la qualità del cibo ripagano ampiamente. Tornerò presto!
