07/10/2025: Well...my friends reading this, my expectations were high, in the sense that when they tell you about a gourmet restaurant, you don't just expect a beautiful plating but something more. Punta Lena is a charming restaurant, nothing extraordinary, right on the sea. Perhaps the downside was that when we went for dinner, it was already dark, and we couldn't tell we were right next to the sea. In any case, the dishes were well-cooked, but like pretty much everywhere else in Stromboli. It didn't stand out compared to the rest in terms of food quality. One flaw I absolutely didn't expect was the peppered mussels, which were so salty it tasted like seawater. And we Sicilians know how to cook mussels...when we pointed this out, we were simply told: oh...strange... Anyway, my calamari was good, but it was frozen. Maybe it's because I'm used to eating fresh fish; I can tell right away. The flavor was very good, anyway. That said, I can't give more stars because, guys, it's truly impossible to mess up a Pepata... The prices are truly outrageous for the type of food.

16/11/2025: First time in this restaurant, I was very happy with the service and the kindness of both the owner and the rest of the staff, very good and very fresh fish served with a lot of imagination and elegance, we stopped at just the tasting because it turns out to be abundant and we didn't pay a fortune... so we will return and I highly recommend it

12/11/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant in Scoglitti! Everything was truly excellent: from the friendly and attentive service to the thoughtful and generous dishes. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. I would definitely return!

17/10/2025: It's very much a venue for parties (I.e. birthdays, special occasions etc.) and not a place for which individuals would be adequately looked after. In our experience, not our idea of relaxed dining (on our third visit within a week we were given a table in a corridor where party guests were walking in and out constantly, while (presumably) the lady owner/manager of this place was loudly bartering prices with local punters for future party bookings).

08/10/2025: Food? Fantastic! Staff? Friendly and courteous! You have to slow down your expectations of speed to really enjoy eating out in Sicily.

04/11/2025: We went there twice in the afternoon and the food served was worth the trip.

25/10/2025: We had a lovely break on the sea side here. The people were lovely, the coffee was good and we rrally enjoyed the Lemon sorbet and the lemon gelato.

13/09/2025: Service is great. Place is very nice - quiet and moody but food is just about average. Bland, not salty and very conservative with spices. Value for money is quite low here.

12/09/2025: The seafood platter consisted of entirely raw products, squid and mussels as well as shrimp. We didn't eat anything but we paid for everything without any commercial gesture or any offer whatsoever.

17/10/2025: Salvo was an excellent host! The hospitality, the service, and the fresh, top-quality food make this place a must-see in Capomulini! Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for years and have always had a great time. The tasting menu is excellent. They also cater to those with gluten intolerances. Highly recommended.

07/11/2025: Average food. We ordered two glasses of Prosecco, and they arrived with just two fingers of Prosecco (which hadn't been filled at the table, so the brand couldn't be determined). I called the wait staff, and the man came over, saying that for him, that was a full glass! Given the amount, we had the bottle brought to us (thierra!!!) for €18. The staff lacked empathy and were incapable of interacting with customers! People take your money home, and you're incapable of fulfilling your duties! Finally, considering the quantities, the prices are high.

29/09/2025: We stopped for dinner! Excellent caponata and gluten-free focaccia paired with a nice glass of Nero d'Avola! Everything was delicious at a more than fair price! See you next time!

23/09/2025: I was there alone for lunch. You can enjoy a cheap lunch here. For a sea bream and salad plus a plastic bottle of water, you'll pay a leisurely €46 and be scared off by wasps and bees 🐝.

05/11/2025: The location is absolutely beautiful and convenient, as there's parking directly across the street (not free, but supervised). Access isn't wheelchair accessible unless you're in good shape, as it's uphill. I received very quick and friendly service, though I only had a drink. It's a lively and typical beach bar. The music was just right, not too loud, and perfectly complemented the lovely, relaxed holiday atmosphere. A great place to enjoy myself!

09/11/2025: A charming and welcoming place. The name doesn't lie—it's right on the sea. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The food was excellent. We tried the appetizers and the first courses. The tagliatelle with lemon and bottarga and the casarecce deserve special mention. The lemon and basil granita was outstanding, and the tiramisu was superb. We'll definitely be back.
