07/03/2026: Now I understand why Montalbano always returned there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I admit I almost chose another place. A recent review had me hesitant: someone had complained about the Sicilian red prawns being "too small," the Sicilian ricotta and local cured meats being rated worse than those in the supermarket, and—the icing on the cake—the garbage truck driving by. Reading it, I thought: either this person has never set foot in Sicily, or they simply don't know what they're eating. I decided to take a chance. I was right. The fish was disarmingly fresh—you could taste the sea on your plate, the real thing, not the tame stuff from tourist restaurants. The red prawns? Small, yes, as they should be. The typical products—ricotta, cured meats—were exactly what you come to Sicily for: authentic, local, impossible to find on the supermarket shelf. Vincenzo, owner and chef, cooks with a passion that shines through in every dish. His wife and children serve: a family that manages the dining room with warmth and true professionalism. And then I discovered that Luca Zingaretti, during the filming of Inspector Montalbano, was also a regular here. After that dinner, I understood perfectly why. Some places aren't chosen by chance. I'll be back.

03/01/2026: New Year's Eve 2025/2026: Terrible, it was raining inside, €100 per person and supermarket wine, we had to order wine from the menu, kindergarten music. Terrible experience.

01/01/2026: Lunch, January 1, 2026 Godiva has an excellent reputation for its creative food and flavorful dishes. Compagnia della Vela with Catering, Godiva Restaurant, confirms the excellent lunch, expertly executed by the staff. The appetizers were excellent, with excellent presentation and flavor, and the arancina and mussels were sublime. First courses: Rice flan with a pea and shrimp sauce was excellent. Ravioli with swordfish roe and clams were excellent. Perfectly cooked. Despite the crowds. The main course was equally delicious. To end the lunch, an excellent cheesecake. 04/11/2025: A disappointing evening in every way. I had high expectations, but I left feeling bitter (and hungry). The dishes were bland and the portions tiny, especially considering the truly exorbitant prices. All of this contributed to a frustrating experience. The service was slow and inattentive: we waited interminably between courses without anyone bothering to check if everything was okay. In short: absurd prices, a terrible gastronomic experience. For the same amount of money, I could have eaten incredibly fresh fish elsewhere. Absolutely not recommended.

03/11/2025: I can't believe how exceptionally excellent everything about our experience was dining here. This is by far the best restaurant in the region! The food, wine and service is truly outstanding. We loved it so much we returned three times and when we come back we won't go anywhere else! The carbonara was delicious, the seafood was fresh and amazing and even the bruschetta was the best we have ever had. 😁 What made it most was the service, everyone was so friendly to us and the owner is the best person! We had an amazing time and would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to have the best food and service. Grazie mille!!❤️

08/01/2026: I went to Falena Marina with my family and had a pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean and has a beautiful sea view. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the service was prompt. The food was good, especially the seafood, although we weren't equally impressed with all the dishes. The portions were adequate and the prices were average. A good place for a quiet family dinner. It wasn't exceptional, but it's definitely worth a visit and highly recommended.

12/03/2026: We came from Palermo specifically to eat oysters at this restaurant, only to find it closed at 1:30 PM. If the owner didn't want to open, he could have at least called us. We drove an hour and a half to get here, only to end up on a pointless journey. It's a rural area; there's no need to make a special trip. It's not worth it, and the staff is rude. I hope anyone reading this review avoids this restaurant.

16/03/2026: We were hiking with a large group once when it suddenly started raining, and there was also hail. Luckily we found a small place where we could hide because everyone needed shelter from the storm. The water came in a little, but they fixed it quickly and luckily they were able to quickly bring us some delicious food, which was really nice. Overall, it was an exciting, a little scary, but very memorable experience.

10/03/2026: I had lasagna for lunch, and it was just okay. Honestly, if my mom in Korea made lasagna online, she'd probably make it just as good or better.

22/01/2026: Those who come to Delia often do so for anything but pleasant reasons, but this bar-restaurant offers some consolation: a welcoming place where you can find some solace thanks to good food and friendly staff. The restaurant is simple but well-kept; we ate lunch outside, while there's also a dining room inside. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is genuine and truly memorable. Recommended.

10/12/2025: In Delia, in a small, deserted square that day, we found this restaurant that speaks louder than words. The staff was honest, friendly, and enterprising, and they even made us experience a magical moment on a gloomy day. The cuisine has its own personality, its own entirely positive vibe. I highly recommend this place for many other reasons, which I won't list, just to avoid turning this review into a book. My heartfelt congratulations and thank you so much...
