21/06/2025: A place that allows you to travel through time and find yourself in the 80s, with lots of cream on the menu, at the highway exit for Augusta, in a post-apocalyptic industrial atmosphere with a petrol station attached, the kind where in video games you find medipacks and ammunition. Quick welcome, chair with mosquito net, ice cold beer, chips and perfect pizzas, all in about 30 minutes. We finish with a half-liter glass of amaro. Very fair price, plus an extra gift from the friendly owner. I will return, certain to find everything as it is. I give five stars because I can't give millions.

13/06/2025: An inconspicuous place with a nice atmosphere. We ended up there somewhat by accident on our way to the airport in Catania. We ate delicious pasta. We were served by a very nice gentleman who didn't speak English but we managed to communicate without any problems despite not knowing Italian. I recommend the carbonara and penne alla norma.

12/08/2025: Esperienza enogastronomica fantastica nel complesso. Pur non avendo prenotato, con un locale pieno ed una discreta coda all'ingresso, ci hanno fatti accomodare molto presto, rispetto alle mie aspettative, e per di più, nell'attesa ci è stato offerto un prosecco al banco, molto gradito, testimoniando la particolare attenzione che hanno delle persone, viste come ospiti più che clienti. Le stesse attenzioni le ho riscontrate nella preparazione del cibo, di gran qualità. Abbiamo mangiato sia pesce (crudo e cotto) che la pizza, affidandoci letteralmente alla gentilezza ed alla competenza del titolare, sempre presente tra i tavoli e d'aiuto al suo altrettanto valido staff. La carta dei vini è ben fornita ed i prezzi delle bottiglie sono onesti. Che dire di più, in questa gestione familiare si vede che la ristorazione è una cosa seria, fatta con passione da professionisti che provano a restare "umani" in un mondo di Masterchef. Complimenti

26/08/2025: This is my second time here. I've found truly five-star service. I don't think you can do better. It's the typical Sicilian factory-style hospitality. The whole-wheat pizza was delicious, with top-quality ingredients. The knives aren't very sharp, but that's a minor detail. The location is beautiful, just a few meters from the sea, immersed in a green oasis, a romantic, serene atmosphere, and definitely highly recommended. Finally, the real surprise is the price, which was very, very affordable. I'd like to thank the management for their kindness.

19/08/2025: Fish specialties. We ordered fish starters and a Palermo-style cutlet. Overall, they were good, average for the place.

20/05/2025: We celebrated my daughter's Communion and Confirmation on April 18, 2025. We had never been to this place, well what can I say, we left very satisfied! From the dishes, to the service and the location, everything was perfect! We ate really well. We will definitely be back to celebrate other events. Many thanks to the owner who was able to advise us best and to the person who took care of the entire service of our table from start to finish, a very polite, nice and kind person.

25/07/2025: This place is really nice and right on the water. The menu is primarily seafood and pizza. I can't speak for the pizza but the seafood is fantastic. Nero di Sepia is one of the best I tried in all of Sicily. The fish capacio is also very good. Ambiance is nice and it's right by the coast. One drawback is that it can be a little hot inside especially in the summer when it doesn't really cool down.

18/07/2025: Beh la location…sulla spiaggia nera di Vulcano. Staff informale ma attento e cortese. Pizza buonissima. Consiglio la Sicilia Bedda, quel pesto di agrumi….buona e fresca. E la Salina, più decisa ma rispettosa dei sapori delle Eolie. Al tramonto poi…. Consigliatissimo

08/06/2025: I am returning to Messina for the first time after changing my diet, dinner booked at the last minute to share a moment with friends I rarely see. Already on the phone you could feel the courtesy, we were informed that it was possible to change several items on the menu to make them vegan, they also told us that by booking in advance they can also offer more things, including a mixed appetizer that I will definitely try next time. Fast service, dishes rich in flavor, I felt at home. Even the people who were with me at the table and who instead ordered seafood first and second courses, found the dishes delicious and perceived the quality and freshness of the raw materials, among other things local. I think it will become a fixed stop every time I return on vacation to Messina. Congratulations indeed and thank you 🙏🏻

24/07/2025: I promised I would return and it went very well this time too. I ate a plate of fantastic pasta, there was so much of it and so much fish that I couldn't eat anything else, but I had the sommelier serve me a nice bottle, he also gave me excellent advice. Thank you, thank you all.

12/07/2025: Sono stato per cena e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. Il cibo era molto buono, con pesce fresco e ben cucinato. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, e in particolare il proprietario si è dimostrato davvero cordiale: ci ha consigliato con attenzione, aiutandoci a ordinare le giuste quantità senza esagerare. Un gesto raro e molto apprezzato. Anche i prezzi sono stati sorprendentemente bassi rispetto alla qualità offerta. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tornerò sicuramente.

07/07/2025: Erano anni che avevamo deciso di non andare più a cenare in questo ristorante per la progressiva decadenza della qualità dei prodotti e della capacità di cucinare, purtroppo sperando che magari fosse migliorato abbiamo commesso l'errore di ritornarci. In pratica non hanno pesce fresco, solo surgelato che accompagnano con una salsa acidula che si ritrova quasi in tutti i piatti dagli spaghetti alla caponata di pesce e tutti gli antipasti come le cozze ripiene, sono dominate da questo sapore di pomodoro acido. gli involtini di pesce spada,senza pomodoro. erano secchi e poco saporiti ! Insomma una esperienza che potevamo benissimo evitare e che ha rovinato la serata. A fronte di un conto di 115 euro per 4 persone in pratica un antipasto e un piatto di portata a persona con un calice di vino e due bottigliette d'acqua!

29/06/2025: Burnt pizza bottom, exorbitant prices almost making you feel like you're in another country, decidedly sparse menu and heaviness in the stomach until the next day (suspected leavening with incorrect timing).
