17/08/2024: Tutto molto buono. Bel locale e personale simpatico e cordiale. Buonissimo e freschissimo il polipo e le ostriche, molto buona anche la pasta al pesce. Unica pecca la carbonara ecco questa magari no, la carbonara è un'altra cosa, ma tutto sommato ottima esperienza!!

20/08/2024: We waited 2 hours to eat an appetizer and a first course, the staff was very unprepared from an organizational point of view, it took them an hour just to take the order, the food was also good but you can't have such a long wait to eat an appetizer (caponata and crostoni therefore already ready) and more than an hour later to eat the first one, not recommended

20/08/2024: We booked online and when we arrived on site we only waited about ten minutes... it was very windy outside and having a little girl the owner was very kind and allowed us to wait inside and sit down... the service was very fast and impeccable... the food was a unique delicacy and absolutely adequate prices... I would return without any doubt

14/08/2024: The food was absolutely amazing. And the staff were very friendly and great at communication. They explained the dishes very well. We went there 3 times for lunch and dinner. All the food was cooked to perfection. This place is on my favourite list 😀

09/08/2024: Our family of 5 enjoyed this place very much. Tasty pizzas and pasta dishes. On both the nights we visited the place was full with locals and seeming Italian tourists. We were the only foreigners that I could discern. The waiting staff who could speak English were very patient with my well intended, but limited Italian. This added to our enjoyment. The drinks served in a timely fashion. The food took a while, but we were not in a rush so it didn't matter to us. The menu was on line which made perusing it a bit of a faff to be honest (there were something like 60 pages to view from an iphone) but I would visit here again without any concern.

08/08/2024: The restaurant is located in Viale Libertà where the furniture is in a modern style with gray and white colors that prevail a lot. The fish is fresh and the dishes were very good and appreciated. The service was fast and the staff very friendly and helpful. I thought the bill was suitable! I recommend it!!

10/08/2024: 100% recommended site! We ordered the tasting menu and the price is a gift with the amount of food they give you! And the quality of 100! What we liked the most was the shrimp with melon (an incredible flavor)!! But the whole meal was a spectacle! The waiters were totally attentive and very helpful. Almost the entire menu is gluten-free except for some dishes, to replace it they gave us a spectacular grilled tuna! And all for the same price One of the best restaurants in Scoglitti

02/09/2024: This hotel is located in the village of Scopello, offering an excellent location if you want to reach bars, restaurants, and even the Tonnara on foot. If you book a room with a sea view, you will be amazed—this is the most beautiful view I've ever seen from a hotel. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. There are several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The building is old and desperately needs renovation. In our room, the beds and wardrobes were made of old wood, seemingly from the 1960s. Closing the windows and doors was a challenge because the fixtures were worn out and difficult to manage. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite dirty, which is a health concern. The hairdryer in the bathroom was unreliable, working intermittently, which was another disappointment. When visiting Sicily, you expect a wide variety of fresh, local food, but unfortunately, the breakfast (8 euros) did not meet these expectations. The selection was limited to some fruit, store-bought yogurt, a few cakes and croissants. The only highlight was a homemade (I assume) yogurt cake. The service at the hotel left much to be desired. One notable incident occurred when my mother requested an extra bedsheet so we could sleep separately in the two beds provided. The receptionist was visibly unhappy about this request and simply left the sheet on the bed, forcing my mother to make it herself despite being a paying guest. On the second day, we requested a functioning hairdryer as the one in our room was faulty. Instead of apologizing, the same receptionist responded curtly, stating it was the first time someone had complained about it. Eventually, he gave us another hairdryer, although it was also in poor condition. Lastly, during breakfast, an international couple politely asked for scrambled eggs, a common and simple request in hotels worldwide. The staff member informed them that they couldn't prepare scrambled eggs and offered only boiled eggs. This experience was partly disappointing, especially because I am Italian and half Sicilian, so I have some understanding of Sicily’s landscape and culture. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful region does not consistently offer tourists the quality facilities and services they deserve. Too often, it feels like locals expect you to be grateful just for the opportunity to stay in their beautiful region and you have “to make do with what you have”. My advice, especially to international tourists, is to look for better alternatives where you will be welcomed and have all your needs met. Here, you won’t find that experience. Paying €75 per person per night is not worth it, considering all these issues.

20/08/2024: TERRIBLE GUYS!!!! THE SERVICE VERY LONG WAITING TIMES I JUST TELL YOU THAT AFTER 40 M THEY STILL HAVE NOT HAD THE SET UP AND IF YOU ARE CELIAC IT WILL PRACTICALLY HELP WHILE THE OTHERS ARE EATING STARTERS ETC. YOU WATCH 7 EUROS

19/08/2024: We had reserved a table for 6 people at 8:30 p.m., arrived there with no table in our name, in fact reservation forgotten. 30 minutes later, they set up a table for us inside where they were broadcasting the Torino Milan football match....incredibly noisy but good. Just to point out that we were served at MIDNIGHT... since 8:30 p.m., I admit that this is my record for waiting in a restaurant in all destinations... unfriendly waitress, quickly overwhelmed. Finally, some advice for customers tempted by adventure: bring a deck of cards, it passes the time and some advice for the restaurant owner: when you are not able to serve for 100 people, well, you take a little less, but of course when you like sous too much...sempre le soldi. And of course no commercial gesture: VERGOGNA

21/08/2024: Con l'obiettivo di una visita alla città di Marsala, abbiamo scelto Parrinello come punto di partenza della nostra gita. Ottimo inizio; pranzo decisamente all'altezza delle aspettative. Menù di pesce molto completo, pesce freschissimo e proposte "sfiziose"; insomma.... l'imbarazzo della scelta. Abbiamo iniziato con un fritto di cappuccetto e poi un primo davvero strepitoso.... spero di poterci ritornare per provare il resto che non siamo riusciti a provare date anche le porzioni abbondanti. Esperienza più che positiva, servizio super efficiente e molto professionale..... assolutamente consigliato!

20/08/2024: Siamo capitati in questo ristorante per caso mentre da San Vito Lo Capo eravamo di transito per raggiungere Mazara del Vallo. Una scoperta che ci ha entusiasmati davvero tanto, porzioni generose e portate di altissima qualità in un contesto sobrio ma molto ben curato. Peccato che per la sera era già tutto pieno altrimenti saremmo ritornato volentieri. Top. Se vi trovate da quelle parti non vi pwewtw questa opportunità.

07/08/2024: Dilapidated place, poor quality food, dry pizza like the frozen ones, cooked and then reheated, spaghetti with cheese and pepper like eating plastic thread and bitter condiment, perhaps given by the slightly moldy cheese, tortelli with reheated ragù and not of the day, apart from this, the cockroaches that walk under the tables in the garden, I was touched by the cat that was constantly chased away even though it was theirs, never again!!
