28/03/2025: Nice restaurant, at the entrance to the old town. The menu is small and fine, the wines are excellent. Just what we like: traditional, authentic cuisine. We felt very comfortable. And our Labrador Fanny too.

07/03/2025: Nous nous sommes retrouvés par hasard dans ce restaurant et c’était une belle découverte. Calme et à l’abri du monde (et de la pluie). Les plats sont bons, certains plats sont chers mais vous pouvez trouver votre bonheur à des prix abordables. Le cadre est très sympas ce qui justifie ces tarifs. Ps: les lasagnes sont succulentes, Garfield se régalerait

09/09/2024: Nous avons pu découvrir la cuisine sicilienne à base de poissons, un vrai délice. De l entrée au dessert, nous nous sommes régalés en plus pour un prix très raisonnable compte tenus de la qualité de ce qui nous a été servi. L accueil était aussi parfait, avec sourire et amabilité. Une très bonne adresse à tester sans hésitation. La route pour y aller est un peu tortueuse mais elle en vaut largement le détour. Merci pour cette belle découverte culinaire.

09/09/2024: An incredible dining experience. We were able to discover Sicilian cuisine based on fish, a real delight. From starter to dessert, we enjoyed ourselves at a very reasonable price considering the quality of what was served to us. The welcome was also perfect, with a smile and kindness. A very good address to try without hesitation. The road to get there is a little winding but well worth the detour. Thank you for this wonderful culinary discovery.

22/03/2025: Ancient trattoria in the heart of the historic center of Catania. You can taste good dishes of the Catania gastronomy in an environment that should be renovated. I don't know about the first courses, but both the side dishes and the second courses are certainly not generous in quantity.

21/03/2025: The food is delicious and served in a traditional way, trattoria style, I went back twice as I really enjoyed the grilled involtini di pescespada. I would have given 5 stars if the door was closed, eating with cold air coming from outside along with the smoke of people.. doesn't take much to close the door with a sign saying OPEN outside.

10/03/2025: We are a couple from Spadafora who came to dine for our anniversary...what can I say we found everything a customer expects, quality in the food, enjoyed in particular the truly unique and sublime tartares but everything else was really special and cooked in. Impeccable smell..super qualified and courteous staff and last but not least the owner, a true courteous and helpful host..our experience was truly unique..we will definitely return soon

25/02/2025: Restaurant in a central position in front of the port of Milazzo. Beautiful and elegant location, with attention to the smallest details. The service is quality, attentive and customer-oriented. High quality food, abandoned and satisfying dishes. The menu is rich, for all tastes and requests, and is mainly based on fish. Prices tend to be high, but fair for the quality offered.

17/03/2025: Trovato questo ristorante in Internet confermo che io e mia moglie siamo rimasti molto colpiti dal posto,con una vista del mare meravigliosa, dai piatti di pesce buonissimi ma anche da una gentilezza e disponibilità dei titolari sig.Rosario e moglie a dir poco squisita. Consigliamo vivamente!! All’interno del ristorante una parete di lava del 1600 circa da toccare con mano. Super soddisfatti!! I vicentini Francesco e Miriam

09/02/2025: I absolutely loved having lunch at La Vela. The entrance to the restaurant is located on a bend in the road that goes from Acireale down to the wonderful sea of ​​Santa Maria la Scala and Santa Tecla. It has a breathtaking visit to the Timpa and the Acieri coast up to Taormina. This is its strong point. On good days you can also see the Calabrian coast. It was the first time for me in this place but I will return because beyond the spectacular view the environment is welcoming and familiar. We ate excellent dishes prepared with tradition and care. We were welcomed like family. Furthermore, another positive note is that they had no problems accepting my little dachshund. We got the right day by going on a Wednesday as the place wasn't crowded. The place has an internal car park which I think gets saturated quickly because the cars are often parked outside. Nice experience. I'll be back soon.

15/04/2025: Simply perfect dinner! Every detail exceeded expectations: the fried fish was magnificent, crispy and light, one of the best I've ever tasted. The fish, very fresh, felt like it was fresh from the day, cooked with great care and respect for the raw material. The staff were a real note of merit: cheerful, smiling, welcoming, they made us feel at home straight away. The location is simple, "down to earth", but with attention to detail and very pleasant. Prices are slightly higher than average, but absolutely justified by the very high quality of the food and service. A place to definitely return!

27/01/2025: Durante una breve vacanza, sono andato, con la mia compagna, a cena in questo locale, consigliati dalla titolare del b&b. Locale molto carino e servizio eccellente. Carta dei vini ottima. Prezzi in linea con la qualità del cibo e del locale. Ci tornerei.

14/01/2025: Sotto consiglio di alcuni locali, abbiamo scelto di pranzare in questo ristorante. Appena entrati non si può che ammirare la riqualificazione stupenda che è stata fatta a questo antico capannone Florio. Il cibo ordinato squisito e porzioni abbondanti. L’attenzione per i celiaci è straordinaria: La frittura tra le più buone mai mangiate. Servizio attento ma non pressante. Costo giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Da provare assolutamente!
