Beautiful design, gorgeous color combinations, excellent lounge music in the background, attentive and fast service, and very refined cuisine. I think there's no point looking for anything better in Favara. Prices are a bit above the local average, but fully justified. Excellent.

15/09/2025: Excellent quality and gourmet taste – always a guarantee I've been to La Nassa several times, and every time is a pleasure. I've tried appetizers, first courses, spritzes, and sandwiches, and I can say it's all fantastic. The cuisine has a gourmet touch that makes every dish special. The shrimp sandwiches are fantastic, and the tuna caponata is truly excellent: balanced, fresh flavors, and meticulous attention to detail. The first courses are also top-notch, an original and tasty way to showcase fresh fish. A restaurant that combines quality, creativity, and top-quality ingredients. 04/09/2025: The paccheri and swordfish portion was for children, and the prices were high. The quality was below average, and there are better options in the area. We waited 45 minutes before my partner ate, and then the pasta arrived 5 minutes later! Service worth checking.

06/09/2025: Excellent pizzeria with reasonable prices. The staff is attentive to their customers, and the pizza is truly worth it (contemporary style with a high crust). The dough is very light and doesn't weigh you down.

05/07/2025: We arrived at this restaurant by chance. We immediately found a good contact in Agnese, a very nice and prepared girl, who immediately put us at ease. I recommend this restaurant for the quality of the dishes and the fast and efficient service. I find the quality/price ratio advantageous and adequate. Thank you very much for the beautiful evening.

02/10/2025: I had an amazing evening meal here. It began with a warm welcome and had attentive staff. I started with the black boar carpaccio and then had seafood spaghetti. The olive oil on the carpaccio was brilliant and the seafood was tasty, fresh, and plentiful. A glass of local white wine and an amaro were perfect accompaniments to this feast.

01/10/2025: Carletto in Sant'Angela di Militello was a truly pleasant experience. Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the service, and, of course, the food. Among the dishes, the swordfish rolls stand out, a true house specialty: tender, flavorful, and grilled. A delicacy truly worth trying.

30/09/2025: The food may be good, with Carletto cooking by the outdoor fireplace, and working really hard, but the waiters don't pay attention to you. From the moment you arrive, you choose your table, otherwise no one tells you where to sit. A good 20 minutes passed before I ordered. The mussels for the appetizer were large, but they didn't seem fresh. At least in Sicily, fish should be eaten well. I asked for coffee, and the waiter was talking to known customers and replied as if to say, "Yeah, okay, I'm coming..." and continued calmly, ignoring my request. I wouldn't recommend it because there are only 2 or 3 waiters, the place is large, and you risk ending up like a piece of junk.

29/09/2025: I had lunch here today, and the quality was exceptional. The food was of the highest quality and variety, and the service and staff were impeccable. The fish was incredibly fresh. I'd love to return.

09/09/2025: We were only visiting the restaurant, not the hotel. We sat outside and were served quickly. The courses were explained to us very well in English. We chose the appetizers and a main course (€35 per person), which included some drinks (soft drinks, wine, and shots at the end). The food came quickly and was very varied. Unfortunately, we were disturbed by a lot of wasps, but were then moved inside. There was a tour group of at least 100 Italian people inside (it was almost impossible to have a conversation). All in all, it was good, but definitely too much for us.

We found the service very friendly, the seafood dishes high-quality and presented with impeccable care. Even the desserts were truly top-notch (must try)!!! Excellent value for money. At 1:30 PM, when we asked for another course after those already ordered and eaten, he replied that the kitchen had already been cleaned and it was no longer possible to order. Not only that, but 15 minutes later, they started clearing the table completely and cleaning underfoot while we were finishing our drinks (as in, "You've eaten, now go away, we're in a hurry to close.")
