29/08/2025: Had a bad experience here 2 years ago. Maybe it was the yeast, but I had a bad night visiting the bathroom a few times. To give it credit, I had a takeout recently which was fine after. Maybe it was just that one bad pizza. But I guess we all have to take our chances!

07/11/2025: Two weeks ago, reading the positive reviews, we decided to visit this place for two pizzas. We ordered two with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella. The prosciutto was no longer raw, but rather cooked because it had been cooked with the pizza. The buffalo mozzarella had a nasty flavor, making the whole thing salty and inedible. Not recommended!

10/11/2025: Delicious food! We stumbled upon it by accident, and after the season, we tried the grilled swordfish for the first time, and it was delicious. Plus, you can try the delicious local wine. We recommend it to anyone visiting Trapani. The service was wonderful 🤗 We highly recommend it.

22/11/2025: A terrible culinary experience. After three weeks of traveling around Sicily and trying about twenty restaurants, this one was the worst! The eggplant velouté antipasti: straight from the freezer or fridge, it definitely chilled you to the bone! The salmon and shrimp pasta dish: rather bland/very bland with a hint of soap... Digestion was so-so... The tiramisu and cannoli desserts were probably from the same fridge as the appetizer! In short, the food needs improvement... On the other hand, the service was superb, the staff were attentive, pleasant, multilingual, and friendly.

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

24/11/2025: My husband and I often go to Nitto because the food is truly delicious. The fish is always fresh, the quality is excellent, and we always leave satisfied. For this reason, I'm sorry to have to point out an aspect that has repeatedly ruined the experience. One of the waitresses, a very young woman, often has a standoffish attitude: she doesn't greet, doesn't smile, and isn't friendly, giving the impression of being annoyed by what she's doing. Yesterday, the situation was particularly unpleasant. We had just finished eating and were taking a moment before getting up, but the waitress started cleaning our table while we were still seated, spraying a bleach-based product that also stained my mother's jacket. It was a rather abrupt and rude way of letting us know we had to leave. I understand Sundays, the crowds, and the need to vacate tables, but there are different ways and times to do so. And I say this also because there are so many young people who truly need work and who would be willing and more attentive in their customer relations. Seeing such unprofessional behavior is a bit disappointing. However, I want to emphasize the professionalism of the waitress, who was always kind, attentive, and helpful. She asked us several times if we needed anything and made us feel welcomed. I'm writing this because the food at "Nitto" is truly excellent, and it would be a shame to let disrespectful behavior ruin an experience that, in terms of the quality of the food, is always excellent.

19/09/2025: We were visiting Erice and stopped in for dinner - what a lucky find! The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome even though we were a little early for their dinner hours. Our dishes were hearty and delicious, with generous portions and very fair prices, especially for the location. We plan to come back for the last night of our trip.

01/11/2025: Good Southern cuisine begins with spaghetti alla carrettiera... and I'd say we're on target! The swordfish rolls and marinated fish dishes are also excellent. The atmosphere is informal, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is prompt. I recommend it if you want to experience authentic Sicilian cuisine in a traditional restaurant.

31/10/2025: It was an evening with friends, and we were looking for a place to have dinner. We've passed by it a million times, and perhaps it would have been better to just keep going. We ordered two raw and cooked seafood appetizers (at least I expected the raw seafood to be edible, but the look of it didn't even look inviting, so I tried everything, and I can honestly say I was left hungry despite spending €35 for this dish). Two spaghetti with clams—taste? Absolutely "washed out"! I won't describe the other dishes, but I assure you, none of them reached a passing grade. The only noteworthy dish was the stockfish salad. The place, despite being overstocked, is clean. The staff was friendly. I usually write about value for money, but in this case I'll refrain from doing so. The quality was too low compared to what I could have eaten for the price I paid. Not recommended!

09/11/2025: A small restaurant with a varied menu, and although it may seem touristy, the food is really good. I still dream about the busiate alla trapanese, it's out of this world!!
