22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

01/09/2025: I visited for work with a colleague and found the place quite busy, which is definitely a positive sign. We were greeted with kindness and personality, and after perusing the menu, we asked the waiter for advice, who suggested some off-menu dishes. We also chose the pappardelle with black truffle, which had just arrived: we saw it with our own eyes as they were preparing it. A truly pleasant experience, made special by the care and quality of the products.

25/08/2025: **English below** ------------- My Monday lunch experience in brief: almost an hour's wait for three plates of overcooked pasta, despite there being about 15 people in total. Several dishes on the menu were only partially available or unavailable due to a lack of certain ingredients. Overall, the food tasted okay. The waiters were friendly. Pizza was unavailable at lunch. The place certainly doesn't deserve one star, but not more than three. I don't know if I'll return, but if I do, I hope to have a better experience. I'm attaching a photo of the seafood linguine, which was certainly a generous portion, but the sauce was completely runny (the consistency of water). Note that clams were unavailable (as were other ingredients), so I hope this is an exception and not the norm. It should be noted that in the absence of clams, an extra langoustine and mussels were added, which was at least a welcome gesture. -------------- My experience in a nutshell: a wait of almost an hour for three plates of overcooked pasta, even though only about 15 people in total were there. I've attached a photo of the linguine allo scoglio, with a portion that was certainly generous but the sauce was completely watery. You can somewhat see this in the bottom part of the image, although it's not very clear - my bad for running away without taking any pictures after not even finishing the dish. I want to stress though that clams (clams) weren't available - like other ingredients - so I really hope the look of the dish is exceptional and not the norm. I must say that in the absence of clams, an extra scampo and some extra mussels were added, which was at the very least a thoughtful gesture. Oh and by the way I'm a local - I think it's worth mentioning it, just in case someone thinks that I'm a tourist and I know nothing about Italian cuisine.

05/10/2025: A trattoria with authentic flavors and interesting ingredients (the catch of the day was a pleasant surprise for its value). Reservations are a must. The wine list is decent. Good service. A small point: salads are better than cooked side dishes.

13/07/2025: A wonderful opportunity to enjoy the seafood! Dishes featuring the freshest fish, beautifully prepared. The welcome was warm and friendly. The owner, Alessio, was very helpful in explaining the menu and open to requests. Well done!

19/09/2025: We were visiting Erice and stopped in for dinner - what a lucky find! The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome even though we were a little early for their dinner hours. Our dishes were hearty and delicious, with generous portions and very fair prices, especially for the location. We plan to come back for the last night of our trip.

15/09/2025: Excellent view of the Trapani plain, attentive service, excellent pizza and fair price.

15/10/2025: Small place (max 45 people), but that's okay. Scaletta Zanclea is a small town on the Messina/Catania coast, run by a husband and wife team. Egidia works as a waitress, and Mario is the excellent pizza chef. The pizzas are varied, the dough is very good and easy to digest, and the price is reasonable. If you're passing through Scaletta Zanclea, take advantage of it. It's definitely worth the effort. 😉

06/10/2025: Amaznig pizza and fresh juise drinks. The waiter didn't understood english but we managed to comunicate somehow. Prices are okey. I recommend going there ☺️🌺

04/10/2025: A charming place with exceptionally friendly service and excellent food. Everything is fresh, the portions are generous, and the cuisine is top-notch. We've already visited twice and will happily return again.

24/09/2025: Anna was fantastic taking care of us. Her suggestions from the menu were on point, we loved every single course, including the bruschetta with anchovies, burrata and fruit as well as our pasta dishes. Highly recommended!!

14/09/2025: A beautifully designed, sophisticated, and very unique venue on the ground floor of the former stables of Palazzo Pantelleria. We dined outside, enjoying raw fish dishes and busiate pasta with calamari and Trapani-style pesto, in the evocative atmosphere of Largo Cavalieri di Malta, where the Palazzo stands majestically, behind Piazza San Domenico. An experience to be repeated!!!

10/10/2025: This restaurant is a little out of the way and seems to attract mostly tour groups, with just a few small family tables when we visited. But the food was outstanding — absolutely worth the detour. We had the burrata appetizer with tomato jam and mushrooms, the fresh pasta with the fish of the day, and the roast lamb. Every dish was beautifully prepared, but the roast lamb stood out — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Overall, an excellent meal and a great find off the main tourist path.

04/10/2025: We visited the restaurant relatively late, so there was still plenty of space. Reservations are recommended. The pasta we ate was very good. It's a bit more expensive than other restaurants, but it's worth it. Despite the small number of guests, the service seemed a bit overwhelmed and disorganized, but it was still very friendly. We would return.

11/10/2025: The presentation of the dishes, the quality of the ingredients, and the service are always efficient, courteous, and attentive (though discreet). Reservations are recommended (especially on weekends).

10/10/2025: We were on vacation and decided to try this place. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food excellent and high-quality. The fish was fresh and the portions were generous, so much so that we stopped for the second course. Definitely worth a try. The staff was also always helpful and attentive to our needs. Thanks to the guys who accompanied us on this delicious tasting journey.

14/10/2025: Enjoy the freshest seafood, prepared to perfection, overlooking the sea, traditional yet innovative. The wines are also exceptional, carefully selected.

27/09/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, and a highly knowledgeable sommelier. The albacore prepared here is truly remarkable. If you're passing through Milazzo, it's worth stopping by, but make sure you book in advance.

11/10/2025: The meal my partner and I had at this restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. The mussels were some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and the staff were friendly and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. My partner has coeliac disease, and the team were incredibly knowledgeable about cross-contamination and gluten-free options. Save for a small handful, all dishes on the menu could be adapted for her, and they even went the extra mile to prepare a custom dessert. The location, right on the waterfront, was amazing at sunset.

10/10/2025: Highly recommended!! Quality and professionalism. Delicious food, beautifully presented. The staff and atmosphere were truly lovely. The red shrimp tartare was superb!

27/06/2025: Kinda place that you yearn for. Away from the bustle of the main drag. Absolutely top service from the team and food that you will remember for a long time. Divine Burrata, the MOST amazing carbonara and the grilled octopus which has to be the best so far. Top marks and at very fair and reasonable prices. Excluding drinks €50 for two and we were stuffed.

18/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Divino Mare. The place was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. The service and the warm welcome from the owner Fabrizio made our dinner a memorable experience. The wines (which are exclusively natural) and the dishes were delicious, the products were local and the attention to creating clean and well-balanced flavors is evident. Special mention for the paccheroni dish with pear sauce and smoked tuna! I asked to be surprised and it was probably one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten in my life. I also asked for a grappa and frankly, the carob grappa I drank was phenomenal. Fabrizio even recommended that we visit a natural vineyard, which turned out to be a true marvel. Bravo!
