21/11/2025: A very pleasant restaurant open year-round... (during the winter, open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and only for pizzas). Excellent pizzas and a great menu. The restaurant has a very bright dining room and tables in the shaded garden. In high season, it's best to make a reservation given the quality of the food and the reasonable prices! The beef in the tagliata di manzo is both delicious and tender (served with arugula purée and cheese shavings). The pizzas are delicious and very generously topped. It's not uncommon to see customers queuing for takeaway pizzas. The friendly and attentive staff ensures efficient service. A must-try!

25/09/2025: What a fantastic restaurant! We received excellent service from our waiter, Gennaro. As a starter, we had fish prepared in four different ways, followed by a main course of steak with pepper sauce and black pasta. Dessert, a delicious tiramisu, completed the meal. The wines were also very reasonably priced. In short, a wonderful evening in a charming location!

15/01/2026: We've been out for dinner with a colleague twice now and had a great time. The food was good and the portions were more than generous. The parmigiana was delicious. The meat was high-quality. The owner was friendly and very hospitable, as was all the staff. The homemade desserts were excellent! It's a regular stop every time I go to Tempio! Congratulations!

21/09/2025: We stayed at the hotel next door and walked over for dinner. The staff was very friendly and when selecting catch of the day Chef Gusieppie came out and described each fish and how it was to be prepared. We also ordered the Mussels in Myrtle which were excellent! We selected the rockfish and was very pleased with it.

19/09/2025: I know that many people find it scandalous to have a dish served on a bathroom tile! But we're open-minded! The tile was a tile anyway! The girl from Turin was super nice, welcoming, and helpful. I don't think they'll have another season. The mussels were dried out; the appetizer was good, but if I'd tried harder, I could have had a better one on the beach. Then I chose the catch of the day, a scorpion fish that the girl from Turin kindly served us! It was good, and I'll tell you tomorrow if it was fresh! Anyway, one adult and two children (the eldest is 10) with a glass of wine, two appetizers, a pasta dish with tomato sauce, a fried mixed seafood dish, and a scorpion fish = €200. Fine if everything is perfect! But given the shortcomings we can find, I can't give more than 3 stars. If it weren't for the girl from Turin who served us, I'd give it 2 ⭐️⭐️

05/11/2025: We spent two weeks in Palau and this was the nicest and most complete dining experience we had. The service and hospitality were spot on, attentive but not intrusive, and all the food was lovely - the grilled calamari was wonderful - I had it both evenings - the starters of marinated mussels and the monkfish Catalan were a delight, as was the grilled sea bass. We ate here our last two evenings and it was a delightful way to bring our holiday to a close.

01/11/2025: For us, without a doubt, the best restaurant of our trip to Sardinia. It's a shame we discovered it almost at the end, but even so, we were able to enjoy two nights there. The owner and all the staff are incredibly friendly; they welcome you, serve you, and offer advice. The complimentary appetizers and shots with dessert were a lovely touch. The food is completely homemade with top-quality ingredients. The pasta, rice dishes, fish, pizzas, desserts—everything was wonderful and full of authentic flavors. A must-visit. The best value for money in the whole area. Plus, they speak Spanish. Thank you so much for everything, and congratulations! If we return to Sardinia, we'll definitely visit again. 21/10/2025: Food is decent but compared to other Sardinian restaurants this won't be your best culurgiones, seafood, or seadas. Basically only the choice if you are staying in the region.

04/03/2026: We were there this summer, and it's simply one of the best restaurants to enjoy delicious freshly caught fish in Sardinia! Kudos to Dr. Nardino, who has managed his business in an exemplary manner, putting the customer first. The products are fresh and of excellent quality. If you're passing through San Teodoro, it's a must-visit.

04/11/2025: I was here for dinner, and I had a braised octopus terrine, which wasn't anything special. The octopus was good, but the dish itself was bland and a bit bland. For €18, I definitely expected more. Luckily, the Sardinian fregula with shellfish elevated the dinner; it was tasty, well-made, and I recommend it. The service was attentive and well-timed. The overall quality is there, but the prices are a bit high, and some of the preparation could be improved.

I had the pleasure of tasting the Black Angus with truffle, revisited especially for me in a dairy-free version, accompanied by gluten-free bread: simply exceptional! A dish crafted with attention to detail, with a perfect balance of flavors. A dream location, impeccable service, and genuine attention to food intolerances: what more could you ask for?
