18/07/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante con il mio ragazzo e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Abbiamo cenato nella terrazza con vista sulla Tavolara! L’ambiente è accogliente. Il personale è stato gentile, professionale e sempre attento, senza mai essere invadente. Cibo ottimo! Consigliatissimo!

17/07/2025: Buona la pizza napoletana e la grigliata di pesce. Si respira aria napoletana ed il servizio è stato veloce e preciso Unico neo le vespe che all'aperto ti fanno compagnia e non ti fanno apprezzare la cena. Per il resto anche il prezzo è nella media.

08/09/2025: A delightful surprise. We'd never been to a mussel restaurant before, but the four of us discovered this place. Mussels are cooked 12 different ways, from the most traditional to truly original, yet always delicious. To top it all off, there are appetizers, seafood first and second courses, and desserts. Prices are reasonable, but not breaking the bank. A must-try for mussel lovers (and not just those).

26/07/2025: Premetto che non abbiamo prenotato il tavolo e alla mia richiesta di disponibilita' di un tavolo per 4 l'atteggiamento del cameriere non e' stato il migliore ma successivamente ho capito che manteneva un certo distacco per contribuire a dare un tono di eleganza al sito. Ci siamo accomodati in 4 + cagnolino in terrazza con vista panoramica sulla scogliera e su parte di Alghero, solo quella vista valeva il .."biglietto". Abbiamo consumato una frittura di calamari ( 23 euro) , due bistecche di pescespada (24 Euro ) e una bistecca di tonno ( 24 euro) . tutto molto buono con cottura alla griglia. Nel complesso aggiungendo coperto per 4 e 1 bottiglia di acqua e un solo tiramisu ( 5 euro) ( purtroppo ultima porzione disponibile) conto da 125,00 euro, nella media per Alghero. Esperienza comunque molto positiva sia per il sito che per il cibo e il servizio. Unico appunto: capisco che si voglia dare un certo tono al Ristorante, pero' maggiore empatia con un sorriso in piu' da parte del personale non significherebbe degradare il livello dello stesso. Apprezzamento per il giovane e riccioluto cameriere che ci ha servito l'unica porzione di tiramisu ( a fronte delle 4 richieste) con 4 cucchiaini... e qualche sorriso !

06/07/2025: Che dire il posto è carino in ottima posizione la qualità del cibo tutto sommato non è male ma il servizio è totalmente inadeguato. Prima non porta l'acqua poi il pane dopo un ora ci servono il secondo ma non erano arrivati gli antipasti. Insomma un disastro se consideriamo il conto €360 in 5 direi che non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Incapaci.

10/09/2025: Nice place, but nothing special. I think it's very expensive for what's on the menu. There's nothing for vegetarians. An appetizer for two, three first courses, and three desserts cost €200.

08/09/2025: The food was far too expensive and the portions were very small. The fish came with a piece of lettuce with a tomato and two small pieces of carrot. For that price, we simply expected a lot more attention to detail. Definitely not a recommendation.

09/07/2025: Ristorante fuori Baja Sardinia. Non si prenota ma si mangia secondo ordine di arrivo. Prezzi onesti con pizze che vanno dai 5 ai 9 euro. Pesce e carne. Spaghetti abbondanti per i miei figli ( porzioni molto generose) ma carbonara con panna anche no. Buono antipasto mare ma la nota dolente è stata attesa di quasi un' ora per me e mia moglie. Attendevamo uno spaghetto vongole e una grigliata. Agli altri tavoli ho visto una risposta più veloce. Entrato dopo di me e usciti nettamente prima. Mi dispiace ma ciò è intollerabile perché mi ha scombussolato la serata. Seadas ne ho mangiate di migliori.

02/07/2025: Siamo arrivato qui ingannati da una fila interminabile, una volta seduti è arrivato il cameriere che ci ha servito il pane che non era per niente fresco. Abbiamo ordinato dei gnocchetti sardi completamente esenti da sale e pasta scotta con salsa acida. Come secondi ci hanno servito carne completamente cruda nonostante avessimo chiesto cottura media. Carne con contorno arrivata con patatine quelle confezionate tipo san carlo e verdure grigliate con consistenza plasticosa, non erano nè cotte e neanche condite, esasperati abbiamo chiesto il conto e ci siamo trovati una porzione di pasta in piu per un errore del cameriere che nonostante si sia scusato alla cassa comunque l abbiamo dovuta pagare.

21/10/2025: This restaurant is a real pleasure! We dined there for the first time and returned without hesitation. The food is simple, delicious and typical Sardinian. The service is fast, attentive and the tables are very well set. We feel good there and we eat well, a true moment of happiness!

27/07/2025: Ho mangiato qui un crudo eccellente , poi ho ordinato insieme agli amici degli spaghetti vongole e bottarga , sono arrivati dopo una estenuante attesa di più di un ora e purtroppo immangiabili. Mi hanno rovinato il piacere del crudo. Il tutto in ambiente caotico .

20/07/2025: Mi hanno fatto aspettare 41 minuti cronometrati pur dicendo di avere fretta, e dopo la lunga attesa sul mio tavolo si è presentata una pizza surgelata. PESSIMO

22/10/2025: A really nice restaurant set in the heart of the village. The outdoor area is well decorated with lovely outdoor lighting to create a very cosy atmosphere. Considering we visited out of season, I was still surprised at how busy it was. A wealthy menu, which made chosing our meals quite difficult. Waiters were pleasant, friendly, and luckily spoke english very well. I would usually take pictures of my food, but unfortunately not this time!

03/08/2025: Il ristorante Il Marino, a Puntaldia, colpisce inizialmente con un bellissimo locale, curato nei dettagli e piacevole da vedere. Anche il servizio è impeccabile: personale rapido, gentile, presente. Una volta arrivati i piatti, l’esperienza cambia radicalmente. Il menù è un trionfo di salse, riduzioni, creme, aceto balsamico – tutto, a mio avviso, fuorché il gusto vero degli ingredienti, in particolare del pesce. I sapori risultano coperti, standardizzati, privi di identità. Piatti figli di una cucina che sembra puntare più all’effetto visivo che alla sostanza. Si ha la sensazione di una proposta pensata per piacere a tutti e finire nel dimenticatoio subito dopo. Io non lo consiglierei.

18/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel with two children for three nights in mid-October. Check-in was very pleasant. They explained to us which direction the wind would be blowing in the next few days and which beaches they recommended. The in-house restaurant was a dream in terms of food, so we spent two evenings there. The service staff was also very good. Whether at meals or at reception, the staff were always friendly. That's unfortunately still rare in Germany. And I trained as a hotel manager myself and always look at the restaurant industry with a strict eye. I like to find something to complain about. ;-) Not at this hotel, however. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't heated. But that didn't bother my husband and children. The rooms were cleaned daily. There were more than enough towels. You could borrow umbrellas, toys, etc. for the beach. The Wi-Fi was faster than at home. The city center was a 15-minute walk away. It was the perfect location for us. The nearest beaches are a 5-minute drive away, the city center and supermarket are 2 minutes away, and the location is quiet with a view of the mountains.

18/10/2025: The rooms are a bit dated, but this is more than compensated for by the overall package and, above all, the incredible friendliness and humanity of the staff. -Eating in the restaurant in the evening is highly recommended 👍🏽 -Superbly maintained grounds and a beautiful (unheated) pool 👍🏽 -There are several cats living on the property, and when our children wanted to pet them, a staff member was immediately on hand to give them small treats to entice them 👍🏽 -When one of our children injured his knee, he received immediate help, the wound was cleaned, and he was given a hug. You could really feel the humanity shown to you🫶🏼 -Moderate breakfast buffet, but you don't need more than that 👍🏽 -Really good location, great advice on beaches, etc. 👍🏽 Highly recommended, many thanks to everyone involved with the hotel.
