05/07/2025: "If you remain silent while eating, it means it's good" Modern place, well-kept and clean environments. Alessandro and all his staff are formidable. The menu offers local products and very fresh fish. Good wine list. Original and expertly studied combinations. We appreciated the purple shrimp tartare with its sauces, the burrata, the fresh pasta filled with grouper and roasted cherry tomatoes, then arriving at the grilled shrimp and scampi, finishing with a decidedly sublime chocolate, rum and orange dessert. 05/07/2025: Actually, I would like to review the restaurant, not a hotel. The environment is characterized by a very intimate, elegant but at the same time welcoming atmosphere. The owner is an extremely kind person and attentive to his customers. The dishes we ate were presented to us in a very careful way and turned out to be extremely interesting both for the quality of the raw material used and for the combination of flavors. The bill was correct.. Recommended.

29/07/2025: Wonderful place with a sea view and tables just steps from the sea. They welcomed us with great joy and pampered us during dinner. Dishes prepared with great care and attention and served in the dining room by trained, attentive, and very kind staff. I highly recommend anyone in the area to visit this restaurant 💫

27/07/2025: Alla fine della vacanza ci siamo Concessi L ultima cena a ristorante e siamo capitati purtroppo in questo locale . Il posto normale il cibo nella media del luogo ma i prezzi a mio avviso decisamente troppo alti per la proposta .

05/08/2025: Recommended by our hotel (which was amazing) But sadly food service and atmosphere were a let down. We had the 5 sapori starter - which was 7/10. Local flavours nicely prepared. Mains had Ciceri e tria and the millefoglie of Seabass. The sea bass was overcooked and ciceri was ok but overcooked. The worst bit was the wine. We ordered a reasonably expensive bottle, they arrived with a different bottle (retails at 50% of what we ordered) and they charged us the same. It felt a bit like a tourist trap and somewhat dishonest. Came away feeling like we had overpaid for a pretty mediocre meal.

29/07/2025: A disastrous experience from start to finish. Soulless cuisine, contemptuous service, and zero attention to the customer. You have to wonder if they’ve ever actually tasted the food they serve. The risotto was dumped onto the plate like in a cheap cafeteria. The fish? Boiled, flavorless, most likely reheated, and I seriously doubt it was fresh. And to top it all off: unpleasant, borderline rude staff who make no effort to understand the order. This restaurant is a disgrace — a perfect example of what hospitality should never be.

14/07/2025: Da tanti anni che andiamo in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati sempre bene,ma questa sera ci siamo ricreduti.Abbiamo ordinato antipasto mare e terra che doveva essere x due persone ma da come ci è stato presentato non bastava nemmeno x mezza persona ( es. Un pezzetto di polipo di 3 cm può mai bastare x due? e così altre pietanze tutto minimal) .per non parlare poi della frittura di calamari presentata in piccoli pezzettini ( x farvi capire dei mini calamaretti che non sono indicati x la frittura duri e senza sapore).Chiediamo spiegazione al cameriere il quale va in cucina dallo chef per avere una risposta, ma non lo vediamo più. Chiediamo ad un'altra cameriera più esperta che ci delucita sul fatto che loro usano i calamari di piccola taglia in cucina e ci vuole rifare un'altra porzione di frittura ma noi rifiutiamo. Dopo per compensare ci offre un amaro che accetto volentieri. Vado a pagare il conto e mi ritrovo a pagare anche l'amaro . Insomma una vera amara serata.

14/07/2025: Siamo stati davvero molto bene! Il servizio è stato puntuale nel rispettare l'orario della prenotazione e soprattutto molto attento nel far mangiare le bambine per prime e insieme, anche se avevano ordinato piatti differenti gesto da noi genitori molto apprezzato. Il misto fritto era davvero buono e leggero. Ottima anche la pizza, anche se personalmente l’avrei preferita un po’ più sottile ma resta comunque ben fatta e digeribile. I dolci sono una vera chicca, consiglio vivamente la millefoglie e il tiramisù, entrambi davvero deliziosi. Servizio gentile, attento e impeccabile. Una serata piacevole Consigliato

14/07/2025: Ristorante di pesce curato e con un menu vario a prezzi onesti. Abbiamo assaggiato antipasti, primi e secondi, disponibilità di poter scegliere anche qualcosa fuori menù con il pescato del giorno. Noi siamo stati con amici e bambini, devo dire che ci hanno trattato veramente bene, come detto i prezzi sono onesti e la qualità del pesce è buona. Tornerò sicuramente all'osteria del tempo perso se dovessi tornare in vacanza in Salento.

01/08/2025: Location molto suggestiva, servizio professionale di molto buon livello, mise en place del tavolo e della sala ben progettata e ben reaiizzata, accesso ai tavoli via scalinata in discesa che, per alcuni, potrebbe rissultare difficoltosa, cibo e cucina di elevato livello, tempo di attesa dei piatti molto accettabile. Qualche bambino rumoroso di troppo. Prezzo, per il sud Salento, elevato. Atmosfera e cucina più internazionale che salentina. Un locale così potreste trovarlo in altre note località di mare del mediterraneo: Amalfi, Capri, Cannes. Mikonos, Barcellona .., Se sei un turista (e te lo puoi permettere), almeno una cena dovresti gustarla, se invece sei un ricco, un abbiente, potresti andarci anche tre volte alla settimanai, senza mai stancarti.

31/07/2025: Hearing about it and trying it are not the same thing. This restaurant has earned my taste buds with its cooking and excellent selection of ingredients. Perched on the rocks of Novaglie (Lecce), set for a festive dinner from sunset (the most romantic time to enjoy it), arranged in keeping with the colors and style of Salento, it's a place that will remain in your heart. The fish has the sea inside it, and the chef arranges it artfully. Freshness and creativity, however, come at a price. The quality-price ratio is decidedly high, but if you decide to try it, you have to enjoy it and that's it. Kudos to the owners who have chosen everything to distinguish themselves and win over the customers. You're definitely worth trying again and again 🤩

27/06/2025: Coastal tower certainly built for defense against the Saracens. The marina in this coastal area is sandy, clean sea with free beaches alternating with lidos, excellent for bathing.

25/06/2025: Great beach with fine sand with no rocks. Public use beach. Free parking with easy walk to beach. You can go right or left from ruin and have great beach either way. Plastic is not bad as other reports say. Thailand and Asia beaches are way more polluted. Just do some good and take a bag full of garbage with you when you leave !

02/08/2025: We went for dinner and had a hard time getting there because the GPS was pointing the wrong way, but all that was quickly forgotten by the excellent dishes we ate. The combination of flavors was superb. Very satisfied. We recommend it to everyone for the lovely location and excellent food!

30/07/2025: A dear colleague recommended this restaurant, and it was nothing short of sublime. We started with the seafood, which was certainly fresh, and then went on to a first course of penne alla corsara, accompanied by a light but pleasant sparkling white wine. There's nothing left to say except that I hoped I'd never finish that excellent dish. Friendly staff and quick service. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything!
