In keeping with local culinary tradition but with pleasant and interesting innovations: a secluded, quiet, elegantly furnished restaurant with an open kitchen. An extensive wine list, attentive and discreet service, and undisputed quality of the dishes, all deeply rooted in the local tradition and expertly revisited. Sincere compliments to the chef, a distinguished man and (finally, a rare occurrence) impeccable in his rank, and to the kitchen staff. The prices are fair and not at all excessive, in fact, very well-priced for the quality of the dishes. Make a note of this address; it's definitely worth a visit.

Truly a place to eat beautiful, delicious dishes. 😋 We stopped on the way there because it was on the way, but on the way back we made a special stop. If you live in the area or are on vacation, you must try Aquilano Ernesto's cuisine and his staff.
