14/10/2025: I went to Trattoria Ciabot Pulaia last Sunday. There were six of us, and without a reservation, the staff were very kind in setting up a table for us on the porch terrace. We ate divinely, and the dishes served were delicious. The staff were very organized and the welcome was super warm. I also noticed that the kitchen staff was very organized and clean (all wearing hats), and the owner was very friendly and offered us a round of limoncello at checkout. Highly recommended, and we'll be back as soon as we have the chance.

24/09/2025: Amazing hidden gem in the heart of Torino. Little cute cozy authentic Italian restaurant. All the Italian flavors in your plate so fresh and tender, pair with a chilled bottle of Prosecco. The chef was really friendly she came out of the kitchen to greet us and explained how the food was cooked. Very cozy atmosphere, very friendly service and staff. They really deserved the tips. Afordable prices. We experienced a real authentic Italian hospitality in its fullness. Highly recommended for anyone who is a sea food/ fish lover.

But I want to leave you with my thoughts: Fabio and Manuela aren't just "good," they are the soul of this place. Their passion is reflected in a pizza that has become a regular occurrence for me, three times a week. It's tasty, but above all, so light and digestible that I could eat it every night without thinking twice. In a world of chains and soulless restaurants, this family business is a rare gem. They deserve not just 5 stars, but all the respect and admiration possible. For me, they are impeccable.
