11/09/2025: I was there this evening, September 11, 2025, for dinner with friends. We had booked for 9:00 pm and we were seated promptly. Impeccable service, excellent food, excellent value for money, exceptional product.

08/09/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, good food

01/10/2025: In a square far from the traffic and noise, they offer truly exceptional food. The brandacujun is excellent: soft, just the right amount of flavor, and well-made. The toma ravioli with a flavorful tomato sauce are delicious. Desserts, such as hazelnut cake with zabaglione and bunet, are truly exquisitely made and served with elegance.

20/09/2025: The restaurant is on a side street, with no traffic noise, except for the residents. The server was super nice. We had a brief chat in English. The menu is promising, with dishes for meat-eaters as well as vegetarians. The food arrived very promptly, there was no long wait, and it was very good. He was helpful in choosing the wine. Everything was excellent.

07/10/2025: When I searched for a restaurant in Biella I couldn't find anything, and here I got on the reccomendation of a local citizen. We ordered "Pizza Fortunata"🍕 and ravioli. The pizza came out to be very delicious, but the ravioli weren't as good as the pizza, but it was decent. Overall it was really nice to eat here and the service was also really friendly. It was a nice experience.

28/09/2025: It's a restaurant where you can eat. The fish is unbeatable in the Biella area, and the rest is excellent, both for appetizers and well-prepared first and second courses. There's also a small room for private conversations. For those who prefer pizza, this is a top-notch place.

13/10/2025: The place is very welcoming, as are the staff and the owner, who are kind and helpful. Each dish is explained and presented as it's brought to the table, which I personally greatly appreciate. The quality of the ingredients is evident, as is the attention to preparation. The light and crispy fried cassava and the double-cooked octopus are delicious. The ceviche, in its various interpretations, is a must-try. We will definitely be back to enjoy Peruvian flavors again.

06/10/2025: I was very disappointed, I've never eaten such a dry ceviche in my life, and when I pointed out to the waitress that my ceviche didn't have any marinade at all, even though it was written on the menu (tiger leche), she simply said "we do it like this") and it's true that there are perhaps several versions of ceviche, but that dish on the menu said it had tiger leche, and also chili pepper, but in my dish there was neither... I was born and raised by the sea in Peru so I know ceviche well and the marinade on raw fish is always abundant, but in that dish there was absolutely no marinade... I went with my girlfriend to introduce her to ceviche and honestly we left that place feeling robbed because for 2 appetizers and 2 glasses of wine I spent almost 100 euros which seems a bit excessive to me, and I also felt mocked because that wasn't a real ceviche, I definitely won't be returning.

19/10/2025: Fresh fish cooked to perfection. The royal platter is beautiful (available by reservation only). "Off-menu" options are always a must-hear!

26/08/2025: Excellent dinner, a bit disappointed by the cake called "la torronata." Otherwise, the fish is truly excellent! The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the sommelier makes the right selection.

09/11/2025: The food is fantastic – typically Italian. The pizza is excellent (great dough), and the pasta is homemade. The service is friendly. One caveat: the restaurant is crowded, and online reservations don't always go through – it's best to call. Other than that, it's great.

04/11/2025: I know you can't expect attentive service for a quick lunch, but a little kindness is always welcome! The pizza isn't bad, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

21/09/2025: We stumbled upon Portico by chance; we couldn't have been luckier! A very elegant venue, impeccably clean, the waiters are friendly and brilliant without being intrusive, and very knowledgeable. But the 110 with honors undoubtedly goes to the food! Rarely have I eaten so well! Excellent quality ingredients, enhanced by the chef's skilled hands! Everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert, in generous quantities. 30/10/2025: Top marks for this fantastic place: the owners' dedication is evident in the quality of the fresh fish and the preparation of the dishes, all exquisite 🤩 Among the offerings, the raw fish tasting will satisfy fish lovers, although it would be a shame to miss the Catalan-style lobster steak, a perfectly executed appetizer! The risotto, perfectly cooked and with bold flavors, and the spectacular desserts demonstrate the chef's mastery. Congratulations! Bonus: the chef's thoughtfulness when it came to dessert, since it was a dinner to celebrate our anniversary, speaks volumes about his concern for his guests. But then there are other things to review about a restaurant, and there too, everything was perfect: a refined and elegant venue, a romantic atmosphere, adorable staff (owner and waitress), a beautiful wine selection... There's one last thing to consider: the bill. Perhaps the only item where the quality isn't top-notch (I mean, the prices are good), thus offering excellent value for money. It was a perfect evening and a wonderful discovery. We'll definitely be back. 😊
