04/04/2025: we wanted to try the 7-course menu (to which a free eighth course was kindly added) and I must say that it is a place that deserves it, I will definitely return. the only dish that wasn't too successful was a skewer with tongue, I don't know if it was due to the consistency or the flavor (it reminded me a lot of java pepper/cumin) but perhaps more due to personal taste than anything else. the rest is absolutely top notch, including the service.

25/05/2025: Abbiamo deciso di procedere con il menù degustazione (28 euro) e un vino bianco frizzantino (ribolla gialla). Tris di antipasti molto buoni seguito da un ulteriore piatto di antipasti con polipo fritto e salmone senza dubbio meno buono. Strascinati con vongole e polipo, un piatto dove comunque mancava qualcosa per renderlo un buon piatto. Infine frittura mista decisamente scarsa, pochi pezzi di totano non croccanti, questo sicuramente non è stato un buon piatto e tutti quanti siamo rimasti poco soddisfatti. Senza dubbio il servizio è stato molto positivo. Quindi tre stelle per il cibo ma cinque stelle per il servizio.

18/04/2025: My name is Luigi, I am 11 years old and I am on holiday in Piedmont, last night I was there and the first thing I saw on the table were the cutlery that looked like gold, very beautiful, easy and comfortable to use, then regarding the food I had taken the mozzarella which was very soft and creamy, the raw ham very good, but above all without a very high quantity of salt, and then regarding the pizza I had taken the bufalina, in which first of all I had eaten the morsels with the sauce together, B-U-O-N-I-S-S-I-M-I and then normally the pizza, which is also excellent. The moral? I would only spend my evenings there.

18/06/2025: First of all, courtesy and hospitality. The owners know how to welcome customers with kindness and a little pampering. From the details we move on to the substance: the food is excellent! And it was a surprise to find seafood dishes (at the foot of the Alps) made with very fresh fish and cooked to perfection.

Maaa..(or my serious doubts)... half raw pizza, soggy in the centre, poorly seasoned, pizza with a taste of the sea: €14 but they must have dreamed of the sea, 2 shrimps and 2 rings??? White request with added cherry tomatoes +1.5€?? 2 cherry tomatoes?? Fiordilatte +€1, avoid dessert, OK, let's move on to coffee: €2 for 1 pod?? No thank you! I'll take it home for €0.20...for the rest...maaa...I'm sorry, but due to disappointment I wasn't even able to take photos. Negative experience, but it can always be improved, young and dynamic staff..

17/05/2025: Cena ieri sera con un amico viziato come me per quando riguarda cibo. Cosa dire...la prima volta pensi di aver scelto i piatti giusti...la seconda anche...ma dopo 5 o 6 cene capisci che qualsiasi piatto sceglieresti dal menù sarebbe il top. Abbinamenti sempre perfetti dove anche il più particolare degli ingredienti si abbina a tutti gli altri in un esplosione di sapore. Sempre eccellenti i piccoli assaggi e il vermut di benvenuto e il pre dessert che sono offerti dal ristorante. Servizio molto attento ma mai invadente. Voto sempre 10 Laura e Bruno

The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect escape from the city. The villa itself is charming and elegant, with well-preserved historical architecture and tasteful decor. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with a lovely view of the garden. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and served in a beautiful setting. This hotel is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined stay in the Italian countryside. I will definitely return!

12/05/2025: Very nice Spanish restaurant. All courses were excellent, including desserts. The clientele is quite old, the prices are normal. The three of us spent 110 euros without wine. Friendly and friendly service.
