13/07/2025: Spectacular pizza. "Golosa" and "Emiliana" are a must-try! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is very clean (even the bathrooms, which is a plus!).

01/08/2025: Very nice and elegant original Italian villa, surrounded by a nice Italian style garden and swimming pool. The room are spacious, and there is an ancient elegant feeling in them. The breakfast is excellent, special thanks to the head manager Mr. Gasparre for his warm welcome and attention to details.

30/07/2025: Large historic complex with a nice classic interior. Good size new outdoor pool and nice area around the pool. Classic room is a good size and I like it more than the smaller Standard room. There is enough parking. Breakfast was good, but a few years ago the selection was a bit larger. I have to admit that in every hotel where we have had a repeat visit, the breakfast selection has become a bit smaller compared to previous years. 5 minutes drive from Serravalle Outlet. No mirror in the room. No free water in the room, would be very welcome in hot weather. There was only one free socket in the room and it was also broken.

Local cuisine with attention to detail, dishes rich in flavor and elegantly presented, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Burcina park. A special thanks goes to the owner, for the sincere hospitality and passion that shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, and to the waiter Stefan, attentive, kind and always smiling, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with his professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic and quality experience in the Biella area. We will definitely be back!

18/06/2025: Nous avons merveilleusement bien mangé au restaurant La Botte à Stresa. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’accueil a été chaleureux et sincère, l’ambiance à la fois élégante et détendue, et chaque plat était une véritable découverte de saveurs. La patronne est attentionnée et d’une gentillesse rare. On sent qu’elle met tout son cœur dans son établissement. Le service est fluide, et on se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Bref, nous avons passé une superbe soirée, dans une ambiance conviviale et raffinée. Une très belle adresse à ne pas manquer si vous êtes de passage à Stresa. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

30/06/2025: I have often come to eat at this place: excellent food, friendly service, but unfortunately I have to lower the stars on the environment because this evening something very unpleasant happened: it should be noted that we were reprimanded by the waitress who reported complaints from customers and I think also by someone else inside the place for our loud shouting (we were a table of 9 women, so a nice bill, intent on celebrating an event, we stayed only two hours and then we left). And perhaps this can also be accepted (even if I have a completely different opinion). The serious thing is that, after paying, we left the place and over our heads water was thrown on us (like a water bomb), liquid apparently coming from the floor above belonging to the restaurant. A real shame, I had the opportunity to meet the owners, but as far as I'm concerned they will never see me again. On the other hand, very nice and kind waitresses.

07/06/2025: An unexpected dinner: a truly excellent seafood appetizer, with many small portions, all special (shrimp cocktail, seafood salad, octopus carpaggio, smoked swordfish, marinated salmon, marinated anchovies, and more). I then ate scarpariello (a plate of pasta with sauce, with smoked scamorza and slightly spicy) and my husband the roasted octopus on a bed of potatoes. And finally a lemon delight (for two). And three glasses of Barbera. 76 euros seemed like a good value for money.

02/06/2025: Locale elegante con servizio molto cortese e preparato. La proposta ci ha convito ed i piatti erano molto buoni. Ottime anche le entree e la pasticceria. Unica pecca il tempo trascorso tra il servizio del primo e del secondo, troppo lungo. Detto questo ci torneremo molto volentieri. Prezzo corretto.

Il menù è una celebrità, ovvero una un’escursione di sapori italiani che riescono ad equilibrare tradizione e innovazione in modo sorprendente. La qualità dei prodotti, la freschezza del pesce e l’eccellenza delle carni tenere e saporite, qualunque sia la scelta, per la magistrale competenza e sapienza dello chef, rendono ogni boccone una delizia: sorprendenti, sempre, sono i primi, i contorni, i vini, e i dolci ancora di più. Attento e impeccabile il servizio. I camerieri professionali (un particolare complimento va alla giovanissima donna) sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e suggerire consigli sui piatti e i vini.
