I happened upon Cavour 2.0 by pure coincidence and was extremely impressed. The cuisine focuses on substance without getting lost in frills, as demonstrated by the spaghetti with red shrimp and anchovy sauce, impeccably executed with a perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness. A wonderful experience.

Discovered by chance, it was a real discovery. I'll start by saying we were in a hurry and opted for the €20 set menu, but the dishes were still top-notch, all seafood-based. The Sicilian-born owner made us feel completely at home with his love for his homeland and its ingredients. I'll definitely be back!

We discovered this restaurant by chance on social media and it turned out to be a real surprise: we enjoyed the perfectly executed, original dishes; high-quality ingredients at a more than fair price. The atmosphere is pleasant and intimate, given the small dining room: just how we like it. Attentive and attentive service, a good wine list that complements the flavors of Sicily. 17/08/2025: We ate with another couple of friends, enjoying a dinner we had purchased during a promotion. As soon as we arrived, we were told, "Tonight you just have to sit down, choose, eat well, and have fun," and so it was. We chose everything included in the promotion, from the same menu and in the same quantities as the other tables. There were no unpleasant surprises as often happens in other places with various promotions. The food was wonderful, and everything was impeccable, from the service to the friendliness. Choose this place for a dinner that's different from the usual. I don't usually review places, but this was a truly unique experience. The entire staff deserves top praise. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening. We will definitely be returning.
14/08/2025: A restaurant that captivates from the first course to the last! The seafood charcuterie board is a real discovery: tasty, refined, and unlike anything I've tried elsewhere. Everything else on the menu is top-notch, with incredibly fresh fish and meticulous presentation. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
