The atmosphere was very interesting, with a refined trattoria aesthetic, but it felt like we were dining at the family aunt's house, so ⭐. Plus, it wasn't too chaotic, so the baby was fine. The service and waiters were friendly and attentive. We had two tasting menus, two glasses of wine, coffee, and a bitter (especially the herbal one). The dessert was almost scratchy. ⭐.... I started with a selection of the highest-quality raw fish: Sicilian purple shrimp, scampi, and the freshest sea urchins, with an intense yet delicate flavor. The care taken in selecting the ingredients was clearly evident. Among the hot dishes, the fried anchovies were perfect: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, light and not at all greasy. The real star, however, was the baked turbot served on a bed of sweet potato. A surprising, well-balanced dish, where the flavors blended creatively without overpowering the quality of the fish. To finish on a sweet note, a dessert accompanied by passito wine and coffee, the perfect way to end the dinner. Overall, refined yet authentic cuisine, showcasing the seafood with technique and imagination. A highly recommended experience.

We found this place with an old-world atmosphere, where the pizza turned out to be truly excellent. A particularly positive note: the fantastic option to choose your favorite type of dough! The real highlight of the evening, however, was the waiter: a young but incredibly talented man. When it comes to restaurants, this is exactly the quality of service you expect! Welcoming, friendly, and professional, he makes you feel immediately at home without ever losing an ounce of professionalism. If I had to make a small constructive comment, there are just a couple of details missing from the excellence: The appetizers: the idea of ​​an open fridge at the entrance leaves a bit to be desired; it would be much better to have them freshly prepared from the kitchen. The wine list: It could be enhanced by offering a few more unusual, niche, and less commercial labels. The decor: The retro style is beautiful, but it could use a little more attention to detail. Neive desperately needs a place that's both historic and contemporary! The pizza is excellent and the service is excellent... it's just a tiny step away from perfection. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

17/05/2026: I went for dinner for a bachelorette party. We ordered pizza, which comes in several variations. The ingredients aren't numerous, but they're available in a variety of combinations. I didn't appreciate the spicy flavor on more than half the pizzas. The option of whole wheat dough in addition to the classic version was appreciated. The tiramisu was excellent, served in a generous portion. The service was impeccable, and the waiter at our table was kind, polite, and professional. I would have liked a less formal atmosphere. I don't think it's suitable for groups of friends looking for a carefree evening. Lastly, I'd like to point out the clean and tidy restrooms, which isn't a given. Free parking in the square is convenient. Reservations are required.
