14/12/2025: Great service, fast, excellent quality

14/12/2025: Drawn by the stellar reviews, we went to this restaurant. We booked about a week in advance, arrived, and for some reason we didn't quite understand, there was no table. They asked us to wait a few minutes to be seated—no problem, obviously. We waited, and after about 10 minutes, a young woman, who I assume is the manager, told us that we could either sit down immediately but have to leave the table quickly, or we could wait some more. Her tone was hasty and annoyed, not very polite. We decided to sit down and eat quickly. We picked up the menu. Unfortunately, one pasta dish was undercooked, and another had been cooking for about a week. The portions, however, were generous, so I couldn't eat the main course; I only tasted it, but it wasn't anything special and lacked flavor. We ate in record time and left. The place is large, but they have tons of tables packed together. Honestly, I don't feel like recommending it, but it might be better during less crowded periods, who knows! 🤷🏻‍♀️

06/10/2025: Went yesterday with a couple of Thai friends and their son. We arrived late, but a kind and friendly gentleman seated us anyway! I wasn't that hungry, so I only had a really delicious cheese platter. My friends had pasta dishes, which they loved. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. I'll gladly go back, I recommend it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

23/02/2026: Soleluna's pizza is a pizza from another era. When you eat it, you can taste the benefits of the long leavening process, the top-quality flours, and Cristian's impeccable handcrafting. These are all aspects that allow you to taste how crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the pizza is. The top-quality ingredients do the rest. I personally had a pizza with spicy salami and gorgonzola (I know... it's not a protected category... but it passed the test with flying colors). The pizza is so good! Excellent beers accompany it, and homemade desserts like meringue, cheesecake, panna cotta, and traditional cakes complete the picture. That's not all: the service is punctual, attentive but never intrusive; Tushal knows how to be discreet and genuinely helpful. The enthusiasm and professionalism of Maria, who welcomed us upon arrival, only makes our return even closer. I can't wait to eat some real pizza again! Thanks to all the staff. See you soon! 08/02/2026: I ate at noon on Thursday, and the pizza was truly delicious. I called to reserve a table for 1:20 PM, since they close at 2 PM. The owner was very kind. On Friday, I called back to reserve a table, but they didn't answer. When I arrived at 1:20 PM, they told me they'd closed early and wouldn't let me have lunch. The problem, in my opinion, is that if you close early, you should at least answer the phone so customers don't waste their time.

10/03/2026: I've been to this pizzeria and I have to say it was a real discovery! 🍕 The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and perfect for both a dinner with friends and a more relaxed evening. The pizza is simply exceptional: light, well-leavened dough and high-quality ingredients that truly make the difference. You can taste the attention and passion in the kitchen. The menu also offers a nice variety of pizzas and dishes, all very inviting. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service was fast and well-organized. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. The prices are more than fair for what they offer. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat really good pizza in a pleasant atmosphere!

09/03/2026: I took it for takeaway and it's true that there is a takeaway further on but because the takeaway pizza is smaller than the one they serve there in the pizzeria and yet it seems to me that the prices are the same

22/02/2026: 🍽️ La Caletta Restaurant Lunch that reconnects with the sea. Homemade spaghetti with sea urchins and crab: full, authentic flavor, without being forced. Grilled tuna, tenderer than butter—perfectly cooked, raw ingredients you can taste. Delicious paranza, fried dry as it should be. An Erbaluce di Caluso to accompany it, balanced and pleasant. Carefully prepared desserts. Coffee to match. The price? No need to ask when quality and service are this good. You come here to eat well. And you leave satisfied.

16/02/2026: We were greeted with professionalism... the appetizers were good and very tasty... the first courses were good but without any fuss... as for the fried fish, we were disappointed; the fried food was dry and crunchy, the only positive note... but the variety of fish was limited to one shrimp and a few squid rings and the rest were anchovies... on the plate there was a paper cone that had absolutely nothing to do with the proposal... and I must add that €25 per dish seems really a lot to me... in any case, we had a good time... but making do...

08/03/2026: An excellent culinary experience, it takes you back to old-fashioned village restaurants. The food is all top-quality, made with excellent ingredients, generous portions, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a Sunday family lunch or even a lunch break. Appetizer: veal with tuna sauce (generous portion) First course: risotto with Barbera, sausage, and Toma cheese. Dessert: bunet. I'll definitely be back.

11/03/2026: It doesn't live up to its reputation. I had mussels (a lot of oil in the sauce... so I left it with the croutons) and grilled meat (four pieces also seemed greasy or overcooked). The atmosphere is a bit dated, but that's understandable here, while the service was truly poor... we weren't given a chance to taste the wine poured from the bottle (it was just poured and then the waiter turned and walked away), the lemons on the grilled meat plate were hand-scraped, an extra bottle of water was added, and when we arrived and were seated, within two minutes, he came over three times to ask us what we wanted... that's just not good... not to mention the tone/attitude used... (same comments as the other three diners)! Next time, I'll get up and leave.

15/03/2026: Good value for money, generous portions, and a first course that's enough for two without sacrificing flavor. Friendly and attentive staff, fast service, though a bit disorganized at times, perhaps due to the large space. We had the mussels with pepper, mixed fried fish, and paccheri all'Ischitana. Everything was delicious, and there's also ample parking. Highly recommended.

13/03/2026: Great restaurant in the charming town of Domodossola. Reservations are highly recommended, but since I was alone, they still had a nice table for me in the cellar. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an unbeatable menu. 16 euros for a starter and main course, including a carafe of wine—you really don't find that everywhere anymore. Together with an espresso and a bottle of water, the whole thing came to 20 euros. The Carbonara was good, and the beef even better. I am not a big fan of polenta, but this was one of the better ones out there. Next time, I would love to come back for the fish (as that is what La Meridiana is known for).

11/02/2026: We stopped here for lunch while passing through. There was a bit of a wait because it was crowded, with tables already reserved and us, rightfully so. The staff was friendly and helpful, professional, and attentive. Some dishes were very good, like the truffle pasta dish and gnocchi, and the portions were generous. The prices were fairly reasonable. Nice family-run business. I can't comment on the rooms.

This is our second time here, and we will definitely keep coming back. They have a wide variety of high-quality dishes, both sweet and savory. The variety of pizzas is impressive, and they are so delicious! Everyone who manages the place and provides the service is extremely friendly, making for a very pleasant experience. I recommend it and thank them for the wonderful experience.

The food was delicious. We had two pizzas, and I have to say it was the best I've ever eaten. The price was as advertised, €20-30 per person, but for the quality, it was excellent. I recommend this restaurant.
