03/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. The pizza was undercooked and cold. Although the waitress took it back immediately, she couldn't even manage a "sorry." She said the new pizza would be ready in 2 to 3 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, my pizza was finished, and the new pizza still hadn't arrived. We left, and there was no apology whatsoever when paying the bill either.

31/05/2026: Last night we went to this place for paella. Let's start with the wine selection; they don't have Italian wines. The waiter recommended a Spanish white wine. As soon as it arrived with the wine, we tried it, and it tasted like colored water. I asked him to try it too, but he replied, "I don't drink wine." So, my question is, how can he recommend wines if he doesn't even drink them? Leaving that aside, let's move on to the appetizers. Nothing exceptional, all frozen stuff. The patanegra dish was inedible and hard as a rock. Then we got to the house specialty, the paella. The shrimp were frozen and rubbery, and the mussels were only in their shells and tasted stale. On top of all that, we also paid 50 euros per person, which was reasonable if the fish was fresh and of high quality. Unfortunately, there was nothing noteworthy. Highly not recommended, never again!

19/05/2026: We spent two nights about ten days ago at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Perched right on the lake, its location is ideal. The room we were given wasn't quite right, but for a small extra charge, we were given another. It was large, clean, well-equipped, and perfect, with a view of the lake. Just a hundred meters from the dock where you can take a boat trip around the lake, stopping at various ports of call, you eventually reach Bellagio, a charming little town. In short, I highly recommend this hotel. I should add that the owner, a Frenchman, was welcoming and friendly.

27/01/2026: Truly exceptional raw and cooked fish appetizers, incredibly fresh and well-prepared. The discreet and quiet atmosphere is ideal for a leisurely meal. The service is familiar yet highly professional: attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. You come here to truly eat well, and they deliver.

18/05/2026: We had high expectations for La Colombetta, the Tuna Tartare was amazing! However, we were not asked how we would like our filet cooked, and it came basically uncooked. By the time our server came to check on our meal, my wife and I had shared our other entree, and our server was very forceful in that we should’ve asked to have the filet cooked more once it arrived, when it would’ve have been impossible to recreate the dish in the first place, given the sauce. When the bill came, our server exclaimed that our starter, tuna tartare, should have a 20% split charge. Bummed overall by the experience.

13/05/2026: Being vegetarians we booked a table for dining last fall but couldn't cancel it despite enough advance notice. We were advised that it was clearly mentioned on the restaurant website that the 50 Euro deposit (pp) was nonrefundable in the event of cancellation (this should have set off alarm bells) but can only be used for a later visit. Anyway, we moved our reservation to a visit this spring. We were told in advance that we will have vegetarian options available. Unfortunately, both entrees that we ordered (Tagliolini with black truffle and Asparagus gratin and eggs with black truffles) were anything but extraordinary. The Asparagus gratin literally consisted of some shaved truffles and half fried egg laid over some asparagus shoots. So much for gourmet food. The staff was extraordinary in their service but food quality was no where close to the high praise that we had come across in the reviews. Interestingly, we were the only diners in the whole restaurant for a good 2 hours we were there that night!

27/03/2026: Great place with a well-kept and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very kind and attentive throughout dinner. I had excellent mussels marinara and a pizza that, while not the classic Neapolitan style, was light, flavorful, and very easy to digest. Definitely good value for money, I’d recommend it.

16/06/2026: We would have liked to try the restaurant. We were the first guests that evening. We had a dog with us and were turned away. They weren't even polite. Incomprehensible... The ambiance certainly doesn't warrant such a haughty attitude. When we asked where there was an open restaurant, the answer was: "Look it up on Google..." Service/Friendliness: 0 stars

11/06/2026: An atmosphere steeped in traditions that have almost vanished, with an air of familiarity. Excellent experience, the only flaw being the limited menu with limited choices. The management's proactivity in selecting dishes also needs to be reconsidered, in my opinion.

26/04/2026: It is located in a beautiful setting. Delicious food and friendly service. Clean, modern room with a great view of the lake. The road leading there is a bit narrow but it is also accessible by van. We will definitely be back.
